He definitely was handsome and she had to admit that she liked being around him. Daruka was strong and loving, the way he looked at her Velrati felt warm inside. So they didn't know each other very well, didn't mean they couldn't get to know each other more as mates. So she went to his side and licked the side of his face with her tongue, "And I you." She replied with a wolfish grin. "Then let's get to know each other more as we go down this path together."

He smiled and he nuzzled her neck. It was warm and soft, it made his heart feel light. His hair was on ends from excitement. "My dear, we shall." Raising his nose to the sky he sniffed. "We should find a home to stay or another pack. Being out in the open like this is...dangerous." Rouges had been forming groups and becoming more offensive. They could attack them, Daruka could take them all.

Velrati agreed with a nod of her head. Although they were now walking down the path of being together, it wouldn't be good if they were attacked before they could make their bond stronger. She also knew that she was very prone to danger even if she didn't willingly look for it, the damn thing followed her like a ghost.
"Where would we go? What packs would take us in?" She asked. In the barren land here there wasn't much to offer them, they would really need to travel somewhere else with more food and less open rugged spaces.

"I've heard of a pack called Xa'los. They are between Aelos mountain and Milorak forest." Daruka knew they were in the Akaizhar plains not very far from Xa'los. They take wolves in need but he would be tested for his worthness. His face become solmen and worried. "It will take three to four days to reach them." He nuzzled her again...her smell was intoxicating. Spirts lifted and head heldhigh he stepped forward making the first step on their path together.
[Had to get in some of the new names from the map. XD
So was thinking we'd do the whole journy close this and then continue in the Xa'los pack thread so our wolves can get into the war action]

Velrati nodded, "We should make sure to find as many watering holes as possible. I will help hunt for food along the way as best I can." The electricity that shot up through her spine made her tremble with joy for a brief moment. Finally she had a reason to be stronger if not for herself for him. "Let's get going then, I don't want to be ambushed by Rogues."

"We can travel along the river...but there won't be much coverage." But Daruka smiled and they walked on. Maybe days went by and Velrati and him became closer each day. He was very happy to be with her. Very loving toawrds her.
