But how are we going to explain how we're so far away?

YOU GOT KIDNAPPED AND SOLD AS A SLAVE o.o
And I'm being held hostage so I can't come rescue you.
By the Queen.
Who makes me stir her tea and butter her crumpets.

Ahhhh, no way! xD
Arc doesn't know what a crumpet is...
*dances and sings*
See, a crumpet is like a weird flat bread thing that some people in England eat for breakfast. It's a stereotypically "English" thing, like drinking tea and the Queen, and so I've had a whole bunch of Americans mention all those things to me lots of times once they know where I'm from.
Therefore, I like to slip references of them into my conversations every so often just to play up to it 'cos it's funny =3
In reality, I hate both crumpets and tea.
They're vile.
>.<

Oh, I wouldn't know anything about that. I don't know much about Asian culture =3
At least, the Asian culture I think you're referring to?...
Over here, we refer to people of Pakistani descent as Asian, as there are far more of those people living here. I myself am told frequently I look "Asian" because I have olive skin, but that'd be different from an American's definition.
Ah, yes. Everything's so wonderfully, wonderfully confusing, just the way I like it.

Mmm?
Well, I don't know what Filipino actually is (from the Philippines, maybe?), but I suppose it doesn't matter. That's the great thing about the internet; your real-life labels are pretty redundant =)

that would be the basic premise.
At least, that's where my family is from...I'm a 1st generation Filipino-American...(that means I was born here)
My family are all naturalized citizens.
