He turned and started swimming, pulling her along. "It's no problem, I'm sure you'd do the same if someone knew showed up in your lake. Besides," he coughed lightly, "it sounds like you've been awake so long you've gone a little loopy... Three days without sleep can do that." He nodded back at her. "I'm sure you'll feel much better once you've slept, and ate. What do you like to eat, for that matter? I can make sure to have some ready for when you get up."

She let him pull her through the water, too tired to pay attention to which direction they were going. When he called her loopy, she giggled again, this time seeming unable to stop, but at the mention of food, all hilarity stopped and her stomach growled, loudly. She blushed at the embarrassing sound and told him, "I adore steamed seaweed. I love the warm feel of it in my mouth, and the salty flavor."

He nodded again. "All right, I can swim down to the ocean and pick up some seaweed for you while you sleep. I suspect you'll be out for a while, so I should have time." He glanced back at her and gave her a smile. "You'll like it here, Tellulah. As soon as you get settled in a home, and all set up." It didn't take them long to reach his cave, and he gestured her inside. It wasn't very furnished, just a few trinkets around and on the walls, and a matt of soft water plants on one side to use as a bed.

Too tired to think better of her actions, she kissed him on the cheek with a mumbled 'thank you' and sank down onto the 'bed'. She curled her tail around herself, using it as a pillow, and swiftly fell into a sound sleep.

Conláed sputtered a bit when she kissed him, completely shocked, and didn't have time to reply before she was fast asleep. It took him a few minutes to regain his composure, at which point he shook his head, then headed out of the cave and towards the sea.
By the time she woke up, he'd returned, and the smell of cooking seaweed filled the cave. He was getting tired himself, and looking forward to some rest before they went hunting for a home for Tellulah, but he'd promised her he'd make her something to eat.

Tellulah woke to the smell of seaweed. She groaned as she sat up. She was still exhausted, but hunger was overruling her need to sleep. She made her way over to Conlaed, perhaps moving to close 'My, that smells delicious' she announced at his shoulder.

He'd been almost dozing off while cooking, and jumped when she spoke. "Oh, uh, good morning Tellulah," he replied tiredly. "You said you'd wanted some seaweed, so I went and got some for you. It should be just about done." It didn't take him long to pull it off the heat and serve it up, and they soon both had big bowls filled with it. His own stomach rumbled, but he waited to see what she thought of it before digging in.

Tellulah smiled and savored the smell of her relished treat before tentatively tasting a piece. She groaned and closed her eyes, savoring the taste. She only paused long enough to tell him how delicious it was before devouring her bowl. She licked any extra flavor off her fingers before leaning back, yawning widely. She smiled sleepily at him before she spoke, 'How long have you been here?' then she noticed the tired droop to his eyes and said 'Oh my, you must me exhausted. Please, dont let me keep you from going to bed. I'm still sleepy myself.'

He smiled in return. "I'm glad you enjoyed it; it was clear you were starving." He rested one hand on her shoulder. "You really shouldn't do that to yourself, denying food and sleep. You can badly hurt yourself that way." He then glanced longingly at the bed, before looking back to her. "Are you sure? You look like you could still use a lot more sleep."

She nodded and gave a small yawn, "I wont again, I promise." She smiled again, this time trying to stifle another yawn. "No, no, it's your bed, you sleep. I'll just..." she trailed off as she looked around the small cave. She spied what looked kinda like it would be somewhat cozy. "I'll just sleep there." Pointing to the spot she found on the floor. ''Unless....unless you think the bed big enough for two?" she murmured, blushing hard and tracing patterns on the table.

((Ah, that's what you meant. xd Unfortunately, she's moving a bit fast for poor Conlaéd. He'll take longer to start thinking of her that way.))
The faeshark blushed even more brightly than she did, and started stammering. "Uh, um... I think I have enough to make two beds, I'll just, um, split it up? It'll be, ah, better than sleeping on the floor..." He was so flustered partly because she was pretty... but he'd just met her! He quickly pulled apart the mat of plants into two separate piles, and set up the second one right next to his. "There, you can sleep there, and I'll sleep here..." Still blushing heavily, he curled up on the now smaller bed and pretended to go to sleep. If she looked carefully, though, he was actually watching her, to see what she'd do.

((xD Yea I knew that >.> It was just a fun little thing to put in there, give the shark a bit of a hard time twisted lol))
Tellulah rubbed her cheeks, trying to get rid of the red that was seemingly painted permamently on. She was relieved to not be sleeping with him, but she brightened at the fact that he wasn't making her sleep on the floor. She looked over and watched him sleepily for a bit. He was such a nice shark, and she could swear he was blushing in his sleep. She crept over to her bed, he had been so tired she didn't want to do anything to wake him. She curled up on her bed and looked at him one more time, smiling slightly as she fell asleep, hugging her tail to her.

It didn't take Conlaéd long to fall asleep, and he slept very soundly. Nonetheless, he woke before Tellulah, his stomach rumbling, so he started making something to eat again. The smell of cooking seaweed filled the cave again, and he took a bowl to start eating while he waited to see if she woke.

She was alone, so alone. She could see nothing but endless blue. There was no one to talk to, to care for, no one to care for her. She swam and swam, but all she ever saw was blue. She tried to swim for the surface, but it was like someone suddenly grabbed her and was pulling her farther down, it got darker till all she was black. Pressure was building all around her and she felt like she was going to explode. She needed help. In her sleep, she reached out for Conlaed, abd woke with a start when she couldn't feel him beside her. She looked over to confirm that he wasn't there and she hugged her tail tighter to her as small tears slid down her cheek. Then she looked over and saw him there, and her body flooded with relief and she quickly wiped her eyes and gave him a small smile, offering up a small, "Hello."

At the sound of her distress, he swam over, and offered her a hand. "Are you all right?" he asked, genuinely worried.
