She failed to answer the 'human' question because.... in reality she did not know. Chloe only knew that senshi had special starseeds and were the spokes people of their celestial bodies...nothing much more than that. It was a topic of late night contemplations sometimes. To her senshi WERE humans... just with 'alien' souls.
"Mmm... Nothing i can think up right now. If you have questions you can call me any time, Perseus. I will usually always pick up." She did not say 'always' because... who knows she could sometimes be helping another senshi, or be being chased by some sort of youma hellbent on making her dinner.
"Sometimes the answers come in time.. you know? Even i do not know everything."

"Thank you for the offer." Perseus stood, looking down at the small siamese cat. It was amazing to think that something that was so overlooked as a stray cat could be so knowledgeable. "I'm sure I'll have the need to call on you someday." Checking the watch in her brooch, Perseus gave a small frown. It had already grown much later than she'd thought, and the walk home was a long one, powered up or not.
"Its getting kind've late... but I'll definitely see you around Chloe. Don't hesitate to call if you need help." With that, the Senshi of Illusion padded off into the night, offering a wave before disappearing into the darkness. "Thanks!" Armed with more knowledge than she'd had previously, Adira went to bed that night feeling much better than she had in the past week.
