Today wasn't the best of days for sixteen year old Cassidy Harper Pierce. Not only was she moving into a house with a bunch of strangers to get married in three months time but she had to meet them all with a headache that could kill a dinosaur. In an attempt to forget this horrible morning, she had gone out partying with her friends and on/off boyfriend until 6 o'clock and had barely climbed into bed when her parents had come bursting in to wake her up. They were awfully happy to be giving their only daughter away. Why hadn't they made their good for nothing son go through this? Oh, right. It had to be because he had knocked up his girlfriend and was currently flipping burgers for a living while Cassidy had no job of her own. Sighing, the brown haired girl finished reapplying her eyeliner in the dim bathroom. Running her hands through her chestnut tresses, Cassidy gave her cell phone one last fleeting look before she left the room, leaving her life line behind in what she supposed she should call her old room.

The car that had arrived for her was a sleek and brand spanking new Mercedes-Benz and it was definitely nicer than her second hand lime green VW beetle. Her bags were already in the trunk and the driver was holding the door open for her--no telling how long he had been standing in that same position while she wasted time getting ready inside. She gave the forty something year old man a small smile and climbed inside, sliding across the leather interior until she was squarely in the middle. She pulled her sunglasses from her purse and placed them over her eyes even though the windows of the car were tinted. The river climbed into the front seat and looked at her via the rear view mirror. "All set then, Miss Pierce?" Cassidy turned her head to the window and let out a quiet sigh. "As ready as I'll ever be..." She slouched down in her seat as the driver pulled away from the curb and sped off toward her new life.

The drive to the airport was the longest ride of her life. The plane ride was even longer. As she exited the plane, a man in a black suit was holding up a sign with her name on it. Oh, gee, was he waiting for her? Couldn't be. She rolled her eyes and walked over to him as he extended his hand to take her bags from her. The car looked exactly the same as the one that had picked her up from her house but that one was halfway across the US back in New York. The new driver was younger, maybe a few years older than her, and he certainly was yummy. He was a lot quieter than the other guy though. Barely two words left him on the drive to her new home. Pulling up the long driveway to the mansion, Cassidy stuck her head out the window to get a better look. "Holy s**t!" This house was huge compared to the loft apartment she shared with her parents. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all...as long as she didn't have to get buddy-buddy with her soon to be hubby right away.

After the driver had left, Cassidy was on her own to get her three bags up the stairs and to her room. She dragged them inside and left them in the parlor while she went upstairs to scope out a room. After opening just about every door on the second floor, she finally found the room she would declare to be hers. It was decorated in green and black and looked more like a modern hotel room than just a bedroom in a normal house. Now all that was left to do was drag her things upstairs, and explore the rest of the massive building. Cassidy went back downstairs and hoisted one bag over her shoulder and grabbed the other two, climbing the stairs backward and dragging the bags across the white carpet. Who put white carpet in a house with a bunch of teens? Well, whoever it was wasn't very smart.

Twenty minutes had passed before Cassi finished hanging her clothes in her new closet and placed her other clothes in the drawers of her sleek black dresser. Placing her hands on her hips, she smiled for the first time since arriving. It felt a bit more like home now that her clothes were put away.
Shoving her bags under her bed, she climbed back to her feet. Where the hell is everyone else? I know I'm not in this alone, she thought to herself as she realized she had yet to hear anyone pass by her open door. Leaving the room, Cassi took the stairs slowly, glancing around the house from her vantage point atop the staircase. The rooms were large and decorated in good taste (at least in her opinion), they weren't overly cluttered but they was just a single piece of furniture with an entire room to itself. The kitchen was decorated with black wood cabinets and a thick marble counter top. There was tons of space to cut things up and whoever cooked couldn't possibly have a single problem with this kitchen. The appliances were all stainless steel and they looked pretty damn new. Everything in the house did. Cassi nodded to herself and as she did so a glare nearly blinded her. Holding up a hand, she wandered over to two French style doors, a broad smile creeping over her face. That pool was amazing.

Running back up the stairs, Cassi threw open her door and started digging through the dresser for the tiny bikini top she almost didn't pack and her black boy shorts. Quickly she pulled on the articles and threw on a pair of jeans even though she was only going downstairs. If anyone showed up, she would feel better if she could be wearing at least a little bit of clothing instead of walking around mostly naked. She wasn't a slut like her wild child ways portrayed her to be. Going into her bathroom, she grabbed a towel hanging from the wall and practically ran back downstairs. she could hardly wait to get in the pool. Throwing both the towel and the jeans on a chaise, she walked to the edge of the pool and stared down at the bottom. She was tempted to feel the water but if it was cold, she'd never get all the way in. Turning her back to the water, she backed up the edge and crossed her arms over her chest. "I hope it's frickin' warm...." she mumbled just before she fell backward into the water.

Well, the water wasn't that warm but it wasn't cold either. It still made her push off the bottom as hard as she could and fly out of the water with a sharp intake of breath. She bounced around in the water for a while before settling down and moving to float on her back. This was peaceful. It was too bad that soon people were going to be showing up soon and she'd have to share this paradise with other people. Closing her eyes to block out the sun, Cassidy Pierce floated idly through the water.

The eighteen year old half british, half asian teen woke up from a familiar voice...her mother. "Wake up dear! You don't want to be late." her mother yelled out in enthusiasm, which was that compared to the girl's expression. She took her side pillow and burried her face on it with a groan of irritation escaping her mouth. Kenn..iiiii...vvveee..wefffttt..eeennn...feece..eeenn..kwaaaaiiieet..." she muttered having her face burried. Her words were off, mostly muffled, but she mean to say 'Can I be left in peace and quiet?'. No matter, since she couldn't abide by her parents' wishes, she had to deliver full cooperation. At first she hated the idea of being set up with someone she didn't even know...who would be her future husband. She stood up stretching her arms and trying to get ready for the morning. "Why me?!" she thought in solemness. Well, having to think about it, she would be far away from her parents for a while, besides, whoever said she had to cooperate? In the house she was being brought to, she could just have fun without even introducing herself or getting to know the guy who could be waiting for her on the end of the aisle. More or less, she had nothing to worry about, or so she thought. "Is she up yet? We can't have her late." her mother asked one of the maids in the house. "Yess...ma'am. She's in her bath at the moment." she declared, pouring some coffee for Mr. Rothschild. Mr. Rothschild wasn't so pleased with the arran ged marriage idea, but whatever his wife wanted for their only daughter, then she'd get it. She was the only Unica hija and precious family jewel of the Rothschild family. She had no cousins, well, coming next in line of the name. She was the one who'd soon take over everything, which didn't excite her as much.

Persyphonie was finally in the shower, the water setting its perfect temparature of exactly forty percent cold water and sixty percent hot water. That's her usual bath temperature, which would never been thought possible. Nowadays humans just keep on adding water, mixing the temperatures of it and waiting the right one, but no...she had her own measurements. In the shower, she did her usual, rinse, shampoo, rinse, soap, conditioner, and final rinse. When she's not lazy, she likes to double step her soap by using body wash. But at the moment, she wasn't feeling too happy in the morning, knowing that she was being sent off. After she finished with her bathe, she got out of the shower room and directly entered her room. She came out with a robe and a towel on her damp hair. She scattered to her huge closet, which is in itself like a master bedroom fit for royalty. At last, she found something to wear. She had on a white lace trim cropped top and Proenza Schouler yellow green horizontal striped skirt. She topped her outfit with ivory platform peeptoe shoes which had a lovely rose corsage, a chloe scalloped edge blazer in case she got cold earlier, a layered chain necklace and a small pear shaped green tourmaline earrings in 22 Karat. Her outfit was perfect and she was set to go. She took her white studded shoulder bag and had it on one shoulder. As she was coming down the stairs, her parents both had smiles on their faces, especially her mother. You..are gorgoeous!" she declared in excitement.

Soph's face was glittering as well, smiling at what she could progress. Having been part time modeling has put her good fashion sense to use. "Thank you. I too, like my outfit today." she declared with proudness in her voice. Her father pulled up a seat for her to sit and eat breakfast. "Come eat first before you go and leave. At least have this last meal with us. Seriously, I don't know why your mother wants all this." he said sarcastically. "Oh darling. You know it will be good for our daughter. Besides, we've talked with the parents of your upcoming groom already, and well...he sounds absolutely perfect. I'm sure you'll like him.!" she told her and then taking a seat of her own. Soph poured some pink lemonade on her glass and took a sip, tasting the sweet yet tangy flavor. "Hmmmm..I'll miss this." she declared savoring every bit. She watched the set table filled with breakfast cuisines. She took in a toast on her plate. some scrambled eggs, and vegetable salad on the side. Taking her fork, she ate decently, but not finshing her meal. She dropped her fork to the side when the chauffer had declared that it was time for her departure. "Time to leave Miss. Persyphonie." he said with a sushine morning attitude. Everyone who worked in the Rothschild residence had great and respectful personalities.

With a sigh, Soph stood up and smiled, her chauffer carrying her luggage that needed to come with. When she walked out to the lawn, she gave a last hug to her parents and smiled. "Be good! Don't forget your meals." her mother declared, while her father just patted her mother's shoulders. Soph chuckled knowing her parents had nothing to worry about. Besides, she wasn't five years old, she was eighteen and fully capable of living on her own.Entering the car, she sat comfortably while her chauffer drove out of the house and tall gates. She smiled having seen the sight of her parents waving back at her. Then...the adventure starts. the drive was about four full hours, which ofcourse would take forever just to get there. On the way, she didn't feel like texting anybody, so instead, she took a little nap as the driver drove off in silence continuously. She woke up noticing her driver had pulled in front of the designated location. She looked at her phone in her purse and noticed that she slept for about 3 hours. "I must've been really tired from that last pictorial" she muttered to herself.

As Soph's chauffer dropped her off in front of the house, she got off the car and layed her luggage on the ground. she sighed looking around. "I hope this ends up as a nice vacation" she mumbled. "Would you like any help, miss Rothschild?" her chauffer asked opening her door for her to come out. "No, thank you. you may take your leave" she responded politely. She took a deep breath as the car drove away. She looked around every corner and didn't notice anyone there. "Maybe, they're somewhere in the house" she mumbled to herself. She stopped by a room which she instantly knew was her's due to the descriptions her parents had informed her of. She laid her luggage down on her bed and began adjusting to the surrounding. She looked around the room and smiled.

I wonder how it looks outside she thought to herself. She planned on going sight-seeing and just wandering off later on. She wondered who she would see everyday. Taking out a book that was in her suitcase, she took her phone with her as well and went downstairs, sitting on the couch while she read the book titled "Memoirs Of A Teenage Amnesiac." She opened the first page and began reading. It was quiet and peaceful, so it seemed like the right time to read. "finally some peace and quiet." she murmurred to herself in relaxation. Then at the curiosity, she heard a splash somewhere near the pool, which most likely would've been due to the loud splashing of water. So, thinking about it, there should have been somebody in the house already, which made her second guess her options on whether she should check out who it was. Soph was the type of person who loved making friends, so knowing who she would meet first in the house would seem fun. At least by then, she wouldn't feel lonely, besides...whoever said she couldn't make friends with the people around her? Smiling, she closed her novel and stood up from the couch, eyeing every corner as to which way led to the pool. The first route she took wasn't so sucessful, and she knew herself that she wasn't good with directions, one reason she had a chauffer around to take her somewhere. The second time she tried, she ended up in a library. "Wait...is it even an indoor pool? Silly me, outside should be where I'm checking." she muttered, chuckling at herself. Finally exiting through the back of the house, she noticed a girl having fun in the pool. She smiled, knowing she finally found someone. Taking a seat on the bench with the shade, she smiled. "Hello there!" she said happily, setting her book down beside her, hoping the girl wouldn't splash so her book wouldn't get wet. With a smile, she wondered if it was only them two who just arrived in the house. She began to think that maybe this would end up as a great stay.

The water of the pool muted any sounds of people going through the house and the sounds of the girl who had approached her. It wasn't until a shadow fell over her face that she realized someone was there. Planting her feet on the pool's bottom, she held up one hand to shield her face from the sun and to see who was here now. A girl was standing there with a book in hand and a smile on her face. Cassi wasn't much for reading but to each their own. "Hey," she replied, squinting one eye against the glare of the sun reflecting off the water. Before the other girl could reply though, a tall male with messy brown hair came outside. Now this is what I'm talkin' about! she thought with a smirk as the guy offered her her towel. "Thanks. I'm Cassidy." Hoisting herself onto the wall of the pool and stood up to join the other two teens. Both were fairly taller than her and both were older than her. She frowned was she really the youngest here? At least she wouldn't have to worry about anyone pinching her cheeks and telling her how cute she was, although if Geoffrey was doing the pinching she might not mind so much.

Standing there with the towel draped over her arm, the silence between the three of them was starting to get to her. The sound of the door closing inside the house caught her attention. Someone else had shown up and soon they'd probably be joined by another model type girl like the dark haired girl who still had yet to reveal her name. "So where are you two from?" she asked, blurting out the first thing that popped into her head. Miss Model looked like she could be from anywhere. It was obvious by her clothes that her family had money and sexy man Geoffrey looked like he could be from California or something like that. At least in Northern California where there were ranches like her cousin owned. As she waited for both their answers, she wondered where the new person in the house was as she dried her hair off a bit. The water was dripping down her back and with the light breeze that picked up, goosebumps were appearing on her skin.

XXXXXXXXXo way this was happening. Geoffrey Kieran LaFond was a free man who could do anything and anyone he pleased. Not that he gave up what most girls hold most dear, and boys flaunt when they finally do something with their "friend", but he was not going to stand for this. He was standing outside the house he was to move into with eleven others, and they were all to have arranged marriages. Knowing nothing of anyone else residing in the manor, or where anything was, the third bouncing boy sitting at age nineteen of the LaFond family frowned in annoyance at the door, not particularly wanting to enter. If he had it his way, he would be packing his room in Oklahoma to go to sunny Florida for the summer where he would have no parents forcing him to undergo torture, a well paying job, and a nice vacation before going back to university for ten more years before finally getting a job he's satisfied with. Back to the situation, as it wasn't so much of a problem, Geoffrey let out an aggravated and miserable sigh with an annoyed grimace, before entering the house, taking a brief look around. By his sides were two fair sized suitcases, and on is back a duffel bag full of whatever else he couldn't fit into the other luggage.

XXXXXXXHe had been driven in a beautiful car he could only dream of having, as his family wasn’t the richest on the block, but it didn’t matter. He was more into 'doing the work yourself' kind of guy. The drive to the airport was torturous, and the plane ride murder. Geoffrey, feeling hopeless, decided to look on the bright side of things. There was going to be six beautiful young girls with bodies made for pools and similar to the posters he wanted on his walls.

XXXXXXThe brunette heard voices to the far right of him, muffled by walls and doors, but their pitch made it obvious that he was alone with two females so far. Not wanting to seem like a pervert, though he could be known as one if given a few drinks, Geoffrey made his way upstairs to a simple room that would fit his needs. It was black and green, spacious, and plain. First thing to do was decorate the walls in posters of bands, semi-modest models, and cars. Next came his clothes. Three shirts and two sets of pants needed to be hung in the closet, the rest were able to be stuffed in drawers. Shedding his hoodie, now in a mere T-shirt and jeans, the man got to work. It didn't take long for his walls to be covered, and his clothes carelessly thrown into drawers in the dresser, and fancy wear hung up mindlessly, the nineteen year old decided he would pay a visit to the two lovely ladies outside at the pool. Hopefully, neither was his fiance, after all, he wasn't wanting anything to do with an arranged marriage. He was there for the experience.

XXXXX"Well let's see what lovely ladies this house is offering. After all, they can't get mad if I wanted to know what party I was missing out on..." Reasoning to himself with pointless thoughts, Geoffrey made his way down the stairs, looking around for a pool through the windows and doors. Finally, after a few minutes of searching around, the boy finally found his desired destination. One pretty girl was standing over the pool looking down at the girl in the bikini top, who, was in his opinion prettier. Letting out a whistle to himself before stepping out to greet them with a wave, the brunette couldn't help but talk to himself. "Hello beautifuls and thank you Mom and Dad!" As he stepped out to the pool area, his shoes making light sounds on the ground, he leaned against the door frame clearing his throat. "What's up? I'm Geoffrey. A pleasure." Giving his infamous boyish smile to the two, he grabbed the towel, offering it to Cassidy who was obviously younger than he.

(OOC: Sorry, needed to change something. This goes BEFORE Cassidy's second post. After the banner will be responding to Cassidy's second post)

XXXX"Oklahoma. Yourselves?" Pushing his hair out of his face, the brunette winked at Cassidy, knowing the look in her eye. She may have been younger, but she was cute. His arms were still crossed, and he backed off the two a bit, slightly noticing the newest male to arrive at the house. Luckily, he never bothered to introduce himself, so the player still had time alone with the two females before him.

With the unfamiliar male voice that came from behind, it was obviously indicated that they were joined by yet, another member of the house who was arranged to be married sooner or later. Soph was slightly startled, thinking it would be awhile before people actually start arriving. She eyed the male up and down, from head to toe, studying him as if he were a piece of artwork. The guy had a flirty aura around him, which didn't amuse Soph. She settled for the less approached guy. Surely they'd have to be cute, but it wasn't to her upmost interest to have a fling with a guy she knew would never be able to keep himself steady. Just then when the male said something, that her attention was caught, and she vanished all silly thoughts. "Uhhh...My name's Persyphonie." she declared, smiling slightly. Something about the male seemed so troubling. Finally, when the girl had spoken, her eyes darted at the girl who cleared up to the surface and out of the pool, the air soothing her skin ever so lightly, which probably made her feel cold. "It's a pleasure to meet you Cassidy. Call me Soph." she stated once more, only this time, indicating her nick name which she preferred to be called as. For some weird reason, she found her name senselly awkward to state. Darn her parents for giving her a name of a greek goddess. "What were they thinking?!" she thought in her head. When the female had spoken once more, the attention was on her. "I'm from United Kingdom. I moved near here recently, which is four hours away. I've been living in the U.S. for a week now." she declared, her accent still audible. She tried as much to hide her accent, but something about it was too hard to hide. It would just be with her. The people would probably find it annoying. "Quite frankly, the only reason we moved here was for this uninteresting arrangement." she found saying, harsher than expected. Her gaze then fell to the guy once more who stood before them, Geoffrey, if she remembered correctly. "If every boy were to be like him in the house, then forget it!" she thought, rolling her eyes dramatically.

It wasn't long before another thump was heard from inside the house. "Hmmm...another person?" she questioned in thought, to her curiosity. She wanted to check out who it was, but straining from the idea, it would probably be a bad idea. Besides, she didn't quite know how to handle herself. When facing Americans, it was difficult for her to be understood, knowing that she hasn't made any friends much from around her neighborhood. On the contrary, she made tons of friends from the agency she worked at as a model. They were all very kind and hospitable, and so she returned it with respect. She was glad to have people know her even though she'd been modeling in her country. It was a shock to have them seem excited with her arrival, which she slightly put aside to thought when there were a pair of eyes gleaming out from a room in the house. She began to look up, idle in sight, yet wanting to know further who it was. Seeming its only her imagination, she focused on the two that were standing in front of her. "Pardon my accent. So...you all do find this arrangement fairly stupid as well, am I correct?" she questioned, flashing her pearly white teeth at the two teens. The girl who stood with her bikini top was fairly petite, but still attractive. She also seemed to be younger than her, which is unexpected. Not that it mattered, but why would such parents be shipping their daughter off to someone at such a young age? "What are parents thinking these days?" she thought mindlessly. She even felt that she was too young to be arranged, at least they could've waited till she turned twenty three or something, but nineteen and being separated to be surrounded with unknown people was just unfair and irrevelant. There was no point to this as she knew that in the end, she would never agree to marry such an individual that she barely knew. At the most, she wouldn't divorce the poor guy, but just object to her parents' decisions, hopefully they would hear her out.

The uneasiness killed her, knowing a pair of eyes were watching from afar. She had to get away from there, and as it seems, the two lovebirds seemed to have made a match set for heaven. Besides, she promised herself that she'd check out the rest of the house. Who knew what else lurked inside the manor. "Well...I believe it is my cue to leave. You two lovebirds have fun chatting!" she declared with her playful tone. With a chuckle, she was on her way, out of their site, only about three steps till she yelled out again "It was nice meeting you both." The teen then let out a sigh in relief and carried her book in one hand, taking her phone out of her pocket, which she had silently took from her parents, not knowing she actually brought it. They told her it was forbidden to bring such items along. "What's wrong with bringing this?" she questioned in a mutter to herself. When she checked the signal, it declared no bars. "What?!?!? she yelled out in surprise. How on earth was she ever going to survive?! Why did her parents have to be so unfair? Why her?! It was bad enough they had to move from U.K., which was parting with her friends and being set up with -who knows- some lunatic maniac she never met. But now...not having signal, no communication was crossing the line. With irritation, she marched up to her room, only throwing the phone on the bed with irritation. How could they be so cruel?! "Seriously, after this disastrous three months, I'm moving out, with no husbad to take care of!" she thought burning up at just the thought. All thoughts had vanished about the mysterious pair of eyes from earlier on. As she calmed, down, she headed back out her room and searching silently around the house. With no actual destination, she headed down the kitchen, feeling a growl escape her stomach. "Oh God I'm hungry! I didn't get to finish my breakfast." she complained. Opening the fridge, she found a carton of eggs, some milk and other mysterious ingredients to behold. Although Soph was spoiled, she was capable of cooking for herself, as it was a class she had to take. Oh she missled TLE/HELE. She took some eggs, milk, and vanilla extract from the fridge. On the cabinets, she reached for the vanilla beans, sugar, salt, a bowl, a wooden spoon and other ingredients she needed to make truffles. She mixed all ingredients together and found herself waiting for it to finish baking in the oven. She opened her book while it baked. Soph was the patient type, as long as she wasn't annoyed or played with. With the timer going off, she checked the oven and pulled out the truffles. The sweet smell surrounded the kitchen, and perhaps some parts of the house. She left it to rest for a bit as it needed to be cooled off. Finally cooled, she placed them on a presentable platter and sprinkled it with confectionary sugar, or powdered sugar as it was referred to. The sight of it was too good to eat. Smiling in satisfaction, she took the plate and set it on the living room table. She sat gracefully down on the couch and took one, finally beginning to take bites. "Gosh this is good." she mumbled, savoring every bit of the freshly baked truffles. She liked eating it while it was warm and fresh, rather than having it cold and hardened.

XXXXXXXXXow that was unexpected. The accent wasn't horrible, and it was pretty clear to understand her, so there was no reason for an apology. Obviously, she got the wrong vibe from his playfulness with Cassidy, but he wouldn't do anything to a girl without permission. He had more respect than that. "No need to apologize, your accent's fine." Glancing back at Cassidy after seeing Soph's look, he knew this was aboslutely degrading and disgusting. He was nineteen, and the two were both younger than him, Cassidy by an obvious gap. Just what were her parents thinking? Sixteen years old and they were being shipped off like cattle to marry. This wasn't ancient times. Feeling slightly bad for being a slight pervert, Geoffrey turned his head away, pulling up a chair.

XXXXXXX"No doubt about it. This thing sucks. I'm supposed to be going for my second year of university and now I have to think about what flowers I want on a dumb cake." Grumbling about the situation slightly, and expressing his views on marriage, the brunette leaned his head back, exhaling with a sigh holding aggravation. It was true for every single one of the teens there. Some, who were still in high school, or just exiting, obviously still wanted to test the waters before diving right into a commitment, not to mention shake off some stress before getting the consequences of sharing your life with someone. Besides, how awkward would it be to return to school and say to a person "sorry, I'm married." Sheesh! The only good thing out of this was the luxurious life he got to enjoy for a while.

XXXXXX"We're not lovebirds! We got fiances, remember? Later!" Calling out after her, still grimacing at the 'f' word, the brunette looked to the other brunette, eyebrows raised. "Gonna keep swimming? I saw another guy walk in here, I might go meet up with him before I get dragged into some awkward conversation... You wanna come?" Afraid of getting into any "theme 5" or body image topics, or any situation that may lead him to an awkward position later if she wasn't his 'fiance', Geoffrey offered himself a way out, still including her out of courtesy.

XXXXX"This idea sucks. Not to mention, I feel like I'm in a horror movie or something. Rich home, pretty girls, feeling like I'm being watched. Not to mention, computer, no phone, no games, no nothing. What am I supposed to do? Read a book?" Obviously, he wasn't going to study his med books all three months he was there, and his comics, magazines, and other novels hadn't really appealed to him during packing. And socializing 24/7 and doing whatever activities were offered at the place didn't seem fun in the long run. "Man I feel like cynic. This blows..." A low chuckle came from his thought, but it was honest. His views were pessimistic, and if it kept up, he could be classified as a cynic.

ƇøɍɨɳɳɛǺℓɛxα МƈШɨℓℓɨαɱʂ

I'm in the business of misery let's take it from the top.
She's got a body like an hourglass and it's ticking like aclock
It's a matter of time before we all run out
When I thought he was mineshe caught him by the mouth
I waited eight long months, she finally set him free
I told him I couldn't lieHe was the only one forme.
Two weeks we caught on fire, she's got it out for me, but i wear the biggest smile

~*~*~*~The night before~*~*~*~
"Chug chug chug chug!"

This chant rang through out the room. A female stood at the end of one table, a male at the other. They were having a drinking contest. Each person had a line of five cups in front of them filled with beer. Whoever could chug them down and flip all of them upside down first won. The red-headed female was surprisingly ahead of the male. She was on her last cup, the rest were already flipped upside down. She finished off the cup in her hand, placed it on the edge of the table, put her fingertips underneath of it and flipped it over. It landed perfectly and cheers rang out through the room as the female raised her hands in the air in victory. "Way to go Corrine! People said patting her back. She was really dreading tomorrow, she would be getting engaged and living with, someone she didn't even know, by her parents choice. They supposedly wanted her to have a better life and relationship than they did without having to go through all the drama. But, they were out tonight, so Cor decided to invite a bunch of friends over for a last-night-of-being-single party. So now here they were, having drinking contests. "Who wants to get their a** kicked in beer pong?!" She shouted out. After that point she couldn't remember what happened.

~*~*~*~That morning~*~*~*~
Corrine had somehow made it to her bedroom without puking her guts out. She had a massive headache though. Her room was empty, everything had been packed the day before. Only a bunch of suitcases sat in the middle of her floor in her room. On her bed was a single blanket, the rest of her bed set were packed away as well. The sun in her room was killing her eyes. She rolled out of bed and headed into her bathroom. There was someone passed out on the floor. She kicked him in the side and yelled at him to get out that she had to shower and leave. He groaned and dragged himself out of the room. Cor closed and locked the door before turning the water on and stripping. She stepped into the shower and went through her normal shower routine, body wash, lather, rinse, shampoo, rinse, conditioner, rinse, and finally face scrub, rinse. Turning the water off she grabbed her towel, dried off and stepped onto the floor mat, wrapping the towel around her waist. She went back to her room and put on her outfit for the day. Then she straightened her hair and applied her make-up. She slung her bag over her shoulder and grabbed one suitcase in each hand, which left another suitcase and duffel bag. "Daddy! I need help!" She yelled then held her head, she should not have yelled it hurt her head way to much. Thinking about it she threw on a pair of sunglasses. A male in his late 30s came up and grabbed whatever was left on the chair. They carried the stuff downstairs and threw it into the trunk of her dad's car. He was taking her to the airport. The ride was quiet. It was his fault she was in this mess in the first place. She didn't really have much to say to him. But when it came time, Corrine broke down crying and hugged her father tightly. "I'm goinna miss you daddy. I'm not mad anymore." She said looking up at him. They let go of each other as she was led into the airplane. Cor looked back at her dad one last time and saw that he himself had a few tears in his eyes. The two of them were extremely close. Once the airplane took off she turned on her ipod and put her headphones over her ears and allowed the music to drift her off to sleep.

She woke a few hours later as the plane was landing and the stewardess was telling her to turn off the Ipod. Corrine walked off of the plane and to the luggage area. She grabbed her stuff, dragging it along behind her she noticed a guy with a sign that had her name on it. Must be my ride She thought to herself as she walked over to the guy. He took her bags and carried it to the car that would be taking her to her new home. She climbed into the backseat and watched as they whizzed by buildings and people on the sidewalk. Finally they arrived at the house. The driver lifted her luggage out of the trunk and helped her carry it up to the house. Corrine looked up at it. Just the size of it made her head hurt. And from now on she would be on her own.

Corrine walked in the front door. "Hello?" She shouted as she walked up to her room and set everything up. Looking out the window she noticed that there were people out by the pool. Smiling she put on her bikini and walked out to the pool. She immediately did a cannonball. Being from Wisconsin, she was taught to take advantage of warm days and not waste time before the sun went down. "Hi, I'm Corrine." She said to the people around the pool after resurfacing.

With each word That came from Persyphonie's mouth, Cassidy like her less and less. She seemed like such a snob behind that fancy accent and expensive clothes. She made assumptions that were way off--just because she and Geoffrey had a physical attraction and he didn't seem that interested in Persyphonie, they were love birds. Couldn't someone flirt innocently with another attractive person? Then again, these opinions were only Cassidy's and unless she wanted to make some enemies and run the risk of a cat fight whenever they passed in the hall, she would keep these thoughts to herself. Also, it wasn't that hard to understand her accent. It wasn't even that noticeable. Cassidy's accent, on the other hand, was an obnoxious (in her opinion) accent from Brooklynn.

Shaking her head as the girl left, Cassidy turned her attention back to the male in front of her. "Oklahoma, huh?" she repeated, ignoring Geoffrey's suddenly being uncomfortable around her. Was it because she was so young? Had that stupid Persy girl made him feel like ***** or something? She might only be sixteen but she had probably had more boyfriends (all two of them...) then that girl would have in a lifetime. Cassidy would have to try to get Geoffrey to be more comfortable around her. If she was going to marry anyone, she would prefer it be someone she was attracted to and she was definitely attracted to him. "I'm from New York," she said, returning to the topic at hand. Suddenly the conversation was switched to something less interesting. "Doesn't seem like you want me to. Whatever, I'll just catch you later." She shrugged like it was no big deal when she really wanted to have his company. But if he wanted to leave then that was his decision.

Before anything else could be said between the two, a flash of bright red caught Cassidy's eye before a wave of water splashed her back. She let out a surprised little scream when the cool water made contact with her now warm and cry skin. She moved to take a step away from the edge but somehow slipping and landing in Geoffrey's lap, scraping her palms on the concrete when she tried to kept her face from meeting cement. Hearing the girl's voice from where she had been standing moments before, she managed a exasperated "Hey, Corinne..." as she tried to pick herself up from Geoffrey's lap without scraping her hands up anymore. Now sitting on the edge of the lounge chair, she inspected her hands before blowing a stray chunk of damp hair from her face. Cassidy let out a sigh, indicating that clearly she was not pleased with what had happened. Ignoring the throbbing in her hands, she managed a small smile and introduced herself to the redhead. "Cassidy." She looked over at Geoffrey to see if he was even half embarrassed as she was. She tried to hide the fact that she was a klutz sometimes but now there it was out in the open. How embarrassing.

... There's nothing surgery can do when I break you little heart in тωσ

╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Preston had woken up long ago in fact he never went to sleep. Today was the big day when his parents would finally be able to dispose of him a legal way. There was no way that this would actually work for he wanted to be single for the rest of his life. He didn't need some girl bossing him around and telling him what he should and shouldn't do. It was bad enough just having parents who did that but a woman he would have to spend every day with and couldn't escape? That would just be a living hell. Now his dad was banging on his door while screaming profanity at him to get out of there or he would not be ready on time. "Oh yeah it would be just terrible for me to be here for any longer right?!" He could hear his dad sigh through the door and Preston already knew what he was going to say. It was the same thing he had been telling him for days maybe even years. "If you wouldn't have turned on us then maybe we would want you home but that is not what this is about. We just want to steer you in the right direction and this girl will help you do that." There is no way that he would ever understand this for he felt like he didn't even do anything wrong. Okay so maybe he had a drunk night of fun that he had done stuff that he shouldn't have. That didn't mean that they should disown him or send him away they are supposed to work with him to put him on the right path. Of course being in a small town in Kansas new travels fast and the story gets worse with every person it passes through. He finally gave in and got out of the bed but there was no way he was showering for this girl. Maybe if he made himself utterly unattractive to this girl she would refuse to marry him or even better her parents would refuse to let her. This was not officially his mission and so he looked through his closet for his pair of jeans with the most rips and an old, nasty shirt that was in the back of his closet. Obviously he did not have enough of that kind of clothing for the whole time he was there but first impressions are the most important. He went into his bathroom to brush his teeth and just messed his hair up a little more before he walked out of his bedroom. When he came back his room would probably be a home gym or a yoga room for there was no way they would miss him enough to keep all of his stuff. When he finally got downstairs to where everyone was eating without him as usual. Honestly they just didn't care about including him at all. His little sister was giggling as she was being fed the mush that usually ended up on the walls more often than her mouth. "Hey princess high five!" She put up her little hand and gave him a high five just as he had asked for. If he would miss anyone it was going to be his little sister who he hoped would not be screwed over the same way he had.

Although he was really not that hungry because he was so nervous about the possibility of actually having to marry someone. Even though most find the way he lives his life to be disgusting and distasteful he enjoyed it and that was all that ever mattered. Preston decided to take a bit into an apple and the just leave it on the counter. Then he stepped outside and pulled out a cigarette which was quickly lit once it was in his mouth. When he picked up this habit his mother had been furious but gave in and told him she would tolerate it as long as he didn't do it inside the house. He didn't know whether this was to protect his sister or because it was just a little less time that he would have to spend around them. It is really unhealthy how much they hate their own son but he learned to not let the pain show on the outside. Once he was back inside the how the only one still there was his little sister who had just been left alone in the highchair. He had no reason why she was left like this but he did not care for this gave him a chance to say goodbye to the one person he really cared about. " You know you're the one person I'm really going to miss. Be good or else the evil lady and her husband will send you away too." There was a sad look on her face now and he knew that he had upset her and if she cried then she would be taken away from him faster than he could blink. He hugged the sad little girl and bounced her around a little so that she would not cry. As he walked to where her room was he placed her in her crib to see that his parents door was closed. They would be pissed if he left without telling them but there was not way that he was going in there to see what they were doing. Preston went back upstairs to retrieve his bags and went outside to see that his ride was already outside and waiting. " Are you ready sir?" The true answer to that question could not be said for it would be hell no so he decided to tell him in a more polite manner. "As ready as I'll ever be." The man opened the door for him and he slid in reluctantly. His parents were 't even there and if he wanted to he could have just ran away. He didn't legally even have to live with them bu to do to a lack of job he has no money which has forced him to stay with these people. Now all he could do was stare out of the window for he had no idea which bad held his ipod at the moment. When he finally reached the airport he felt like he was in some type of haze. It just felt like none of this was actually happening and it was nothing but a dream that he could wake up from at any minute. As much as he opened and closed his eyes this nightmare did not end.

The flight was equally boring enough so that he fell asleep. Luckily one of the flight attendants had to wake him up who was very attractive along with letting him in on a glimpse of cleavage. Once he finally found the tiniest bit of motivation to get up and walk out he found a man holding up a sign with his name. When he reached the man he just dropped his bags in front of him for there was no way that he was carrying them. After walking while slouching more than he had before he finally reached the car and didn't even wait for him to open the door for him. At this point he just wanted to get to the place so that he could lay down and relax without being disturbed. Another quiet ride to another destination was the last thing he wanted no matter how easy it was to fall asleep. When they finally pulled up to the house, no, mansion he was happy just to be at a place that he could stay. This why they never really traveled Preston was just very grumpy after not having much sleep and going from place to place. As he was bringing his stuff in and going up to his room he saw people by the pool which was one place he would not be going. Swimming made him tired and at the moment he did not want to deal with people anyway. There was probably a library somewhere that he could hide in. In fact he was sure there was a library that he could hide in and if he got lucky there will be some other guy that felt the same way when he got there. Seeing as he was feeling extremely lazy he decided that he would just lay down in his bed first and if he didn't fall asleep then he would start putting his belongings away. When he sat on the bed he quickly realized there was no way he was going to be able to sleep with all of these people in the house. He rose from the bed and began putting all of his clothes away and most importantly he hid his bunny stuffed animal under all of his blankets. There was no way he was gong to let anyone find it even if there was no way anyone besides his was going to be in there. Now there was nothing for him to do which meant that it was now time to explore and hopefully stay away from people.

The first place that he saw was the living area in dining room which was quite nice if he did say so himself. Actually he should have known that the whole place would look nice considering his room was already pretty nice looking. He could hear people getting closer so he started moving towards the library. The red head in the pool was the one he found to be especially loud but also attractive. Now he was walking backwards only to bump into another guy which is also how he found the library. "Oh sorry man I was just uh... well my name is Preston but if that is too weird for you then just call me Jack." This was one of the most awkward ways he had chosen to meet anyone in the house. Hopefully he wouldn't think that he was a totally freak but he did find who he was looking for. Another sucker who was avoiding people who were too loud and happy for the situation they were in. "So.. did you try to get away from everyone too or am I just a complete antisocial?" Hopefully he would say yes to the first one and not the second because he really didn't want to be know as the antisocial. At home he was obviously the crazy one of the town who had no clue what he was doing with his life but he wasn't exactly going for that here. Maybe just the guy who is fun to talk to and hang out would do for this place. Truthfully he didn't want to make any type of relationship in this place but it would be better if he just had one friend rather than being completely alone. If all else failed he could just sleep through most of the time.

XXXXXXXXHer parents must have really hated her for breaking the Egyptian vase they got last year in the winter. After all, why else would she, the youngest of four siblings, all single girls, be sent off to marry some stranger? Especially since the dear brunette had a boyfriend before the announcement, when she was forced to dump him with the 'sorry, turns out I'm engaged and not with you' bomb. Buried under her sheets, morning was passing her by, and Aiden refused to move. It was warm, comfy, natural, and her home. All clothes, save for two outfits had been packed the previous night before, only her bed, desk, and walls cluttered in her stuff. Comic books had been packed delicately in one of her suitcases, figuring she'd need something to do in the mountains if phones, computers, and even her I-pod wasn't allowed. Livid with her parents and siblings, Aiden's pale hands grasped the head of the bed frame, while her dad tried to rip her out of her sanctuary. "I don't 'wanna get up!" With profanities, threats, and the tearing of the sheets done, the sixteen year old brunette frowned from her room to the bathroom down the halls, downstairs to the kitchen, and finally to the dining room where she sat with a bowl of cereal for breakfast in utter silence. This was the room her sisters all shared together, preferring to eat, catch up in the morning an hang out in. Only at dinner did they all sit together in the other main dining room. Though this morning the other three had left for other plans, leaving her all alone to be abandoned at the airport, and eventually a new 'home.' Taking another bite, the English stared dazed at her grandmother's ring on her left hand, gleaming in mockery. It was given to her as a gift, as her birthstone was the same as her grandmother's, an aquamarine.

XXXXXXX"This is probably the only reason I was chosen to go. Because I had a ring and no man. In a sour mood, Aiden left her food behind, deciding to get dressed, and get a move on. Otherwise, her parents would humiliate her by throwing her onto an airplane in merely boxers, a tank top, and unruly bed hair. Shuddering at the thought, Aiden threw her hair up in a pony tail, merely smudging eyeliner around her eyes, and a light coat of foundation and sheer blush. A chauffeur was waiting for her with her bags in the trunk already, planning to get her to the airport. deflating slightly, the girl climbed into the car, pouting. Without a single glance to her parents all morning, Aiden was taken to the airport where she would leave behind everything she knew and enter her personal hell.

---

XXXXXXDropped off at the mansion with her bags, Aiden hauled them up the stairs, searching for her room. Knowing her parents, it was horrendously girl-y and childish, but since no one was going to enter her room unless they offered food or a way out of the mansion, it didn't bother her. ignoring the older girl in the kitchen, the three people at the library, the only female frozen, and the voices outside near the pool, Aiden entered her room shutting the door immediately after. Time to unpack. Sadly, her parents threw in her most horrid nightmare of all-- a ruffled dress. A fire needed to be started and soon. There was no way she was wearing ruffles. Aiden had no problem wearing dresses, in fact she liked being all dressed up and feminine, but ruffles were too far out of her comfort zone. "Damn you mother. I won't forget this." Seething, the sixteen year old left her bags and decided she would unpack later, wanting to find more people and eat before any physical activity. Waving to the library, doubting anyone noticed/cared, the youngest Gordon entered the kitchen, waving once again. "Hello." Greeting Persyphonie with a fairly thick accent, Aiden raided the cabinets for crackers, sitting on a counter to eat.

" Don't Live With Regrets
Because Honestly, You Don't Want To Miss A Thing.
"

One eight hour flight and seven hours of driving was the estimated time it would take to reach the house secluded in an area of mountains. "Well, this can't be all bad, can it Lo?" Eric asked the dog laying next to him. The elkhound lifted his chin from its resting position and gave a small wimper. "Yeah, I'm gonna miss you too bud. The parents aren't that bad, really. But I'll understand you being anti-social. Just don't get sent away like me, okay?" The dog groaned again laid his head back down as Eric rose from his bed and grabbed his shoes from the floor by the door. He clicked Loki into his leash and walked him the fifty feet to his parent's house. Living in the guesthouse of his parent's place wasn't so bad if one didn't mind the constant checking.

Eric opened the back door of the house that led straight into the kitchen and the other options of continuing upstairs or the basement. The twenty year old turned left towards the kitchen and released Loki from his restricted walking range. "Hey mom," he said when the woman came into sight. Katrine looked up from the sink where she had been washing dishes from breakfast and smiled to her son. "Morning sweetie," she said over the running water. The dog stood still by Eric, almost ready to leave whenever he did, even though Eric knew Lo would be staying, and so did he. Eric's mother turned off the faucet and dried her hands on a towel while walking toward her only son. "So, are you ready?" she asked. Eric slowly nodded for his mother's approval and told her how to care for Loki. She only looked at him like he was dumb for telling her how to watch a dog.

"Mom, I'm being serious. I want my dog to be alive when I get back. And I do mean when I get back. You're not getting rid of me," he said. His mother only continued to look at him until her husband walked in, fastening a watch to his wrist, with a plain expression on his face. Honestly, if you walked into the Karlson house, you wouldn't be able to tell who had more say in the family. Both mom and dad acted the same, and by the look Eric's dad was giving him, he knew it was time to go get his things and put them in the car. This only supported the reason to go away to the states and get married. His parents were so controlling, even after he was of age and moved out of the main house. When he got back, he was taking Loki and leaving.

Eric walked out of the house, leaving his dog in his mother's hands and went to grab the things he was taking with him. After locking the door behind him, the dirty blond took his bags to the car and tossed them into the back seat. His father was already in the driver's seat waiting for him, so when he was seated on the passenger's side, they were on their way. His dad didn't say much. He only reminded Eric as to why he was spending three months in the house and who he was going to be marrying. His eyes were not to be on anyone else and the boy was only to get to know the betrothed girl. All along the way though, Eric was thinking how good it would feel to be away from the people who raised him. He never really like their parenting style to begin with, so the arranged marriage thing didn't exactly rock the boat. In his opinion it was a rather smart idea, but he also believed in finding your own love and taking the process slowly. Eric only had three months to get to know this girl who his parents had chosen, and three months was not at all long enough for him. He was the type to wait like a year and then decided where to go from there. But this was a good kick in the right direction.

From the flight, to the driver with the sign, to the house, Eric had only had more and more time to think about the situation he had been placed in. Although he had thought the idea was somewhat alright to begin with, by the time he saw the house, the boy was thoroughly unhappy about being here. Who were his parents to tell him what he was allowed to do with his life? He was freaking twenty years old. It wasn't like they would have to wait nine years to get grandchildren. But, his parents had also been involved in an arranged marriage, so maybe they thought it was just how things had to be. Well, they were going to get a wake up call, because this was seriously bull.

Eric would deal with his parents later, but now was the time to put on some sort of confident face and enter the house he was supposed to live in for the next few months, with some random teens no less. If I'm the oldest, there's going to be a problem, the dirty blond thought. And there was going to be a problem, especially of the girl he was going to marry was at a different maturity level. He even began to wonder what the age range in the house was. His parents didn't really give him much information about this whole ordeal. Just that, the twenty year old was sent to the house to meet his fiance and get to know her. But there's going to be other girls in the house...so what if he found he liked someone better? Eric rolled the idea off his shoulders and said he'd deal with the subject when or if it arose. Currently, the boy was standing on the front porch of the mansion and thought he had lingered outside long enough with his thoughts.

Eric grabbed the handle to the door and entered the house, quietly as he always did, no matter where he was going. He walked around the house a bit, just kind of peeking into every room to see what was in it. He heard some people in the kitchen, but decided that he should put his belongings at least in his room before going in and joining some conversation, otherwise he would forget he was holding heavy bags and would have to pay for it later. Definitely not something he wanted to have to deal with this early in the "trip". So Eric made his way up to the second floor and searched for a decent room that wasn't occupied. He didn't really know if there were assigned rooms or whatever, but he really didn't care. Everyone should be able to pick their own room, especially if they were staying in it for a while, they should be able to be comfortable. Eric didn't even need to look in three rooms to know which one he wanted. Wood floors with a built in entertainment wall. Good for use as a closet/dresser, book case, and there was even a space for a television. The room was just him, in less words. So ten minutes later, the boy was fully unpacked, his bathroom supplies in their place, his clothes put away and everything. Now it was time to find the kitchen again. Not very hard to get to, but he would have to get used to the layout of the house. His room alone was like a mini loft. In the kitchen though, he saw there were two girls sitting, only two. Good enough for him for now. A crowd of people might have just been strange, and instead of letting the air around them continue to flow, Eric walked in and greeted them. "Hey," he said, "I'm Eric," and from there he would just let the conversation take them.

Barely getting any sleep the night before, Olivia was not in the mood or ready to be awake. The hotel room was even worse than she expected it to be with its lumpy spring mattress, uncontrolled air conditioning, and children running up and down the hallway at eleven am in the morning. Normally Liv loved kids, but not when she was trying to sleep off jet lag. Then, little miss paid-to-make-sure-you-get-to-where-you're-supposed-to-be starts making some noise and lifting the shades. "Olivia, we have to get going," the twenty something female said. The brunette couldn't argue that her babysitter was trying to be as nice as possible, but she felt like a ten year old who couldn't be trusted to do anything or go anywhere on her own. Darla, the babysitter, came closer to the bed when Olivia didn't stir. Truthfully, the girl was just laying in the bed with her eyes closed, resting. Everything that made noise she heard, she just wanted to ignore it and keep her eyes closed, and not move. "Olivia, I'm sorry, but you really do need to wake up now. You can sleep on the ride to the house." Darla slowly started to move the comforter off of Olivia's face, "Olivia? Did you - " "Darla, I'm awake," Liv said, her voice slightly hoarse from not drinking anything for a period of time.

Darla's hand returned to her side after her charge and had made some sort of movement. She again told the girl that she would be able to sleep once on the way to the house, and that the quicker she was ready, the sooner she could rest. Olivia, rolled her open eyes at the woman and laughed inside. Are you dumb? Once I'm awake, I'm awake,' she thought as she swung her legs from the warmth of the bedding to the hotel room temperature. The floor was carpeted so her feet weren't instantly frozen, but because of Darla's time controlled schedule, Olivia wouldn't be able to take a shower. In fact, since Liv had worn regular stretch shorts to bed with a tank top, all she needed to put on was a bra and underwear. Soon after she had brushed her teeth and pulled her hair back, the babysitter was rushing her out the door, handing her shoes to her in the hallway. 'Are you freaking kidding me?' Liv expressed in her mind. She was biting her tongue, that was for sure. But when the two reached the car, the teenager sat in the back with her headphones plugged in and the music turned up three-quarters of the way.

About six songs into her third playlist, the car had pulled into a circle drive in front of a spectacular looking house, the house Liv assumed she would be staying in for about the next three months. Actually, if she was being perfectly honest, the house looked very much like the type of home she would want to live in the rest of her life. The girl couldn't wait to get inside, so as soon as Darla had officially stopped the vehicle, Olivia tucked away her Ipod and stepped out onto the walk. Her eyes memorized the outside of the building as she stayed leaning against the car in awe. Most likely she would be the only individual who liked the house, or at least she thought so. Darla handed Liv her duffle bag and lifted the teen's other suitcase out of the trunk before shutting it and moving forward to the door. "Uh, where are you going?" Olivia asked the woman in disbelief. Darla stopped where she was and turned her head back to the girl. "I'm bringing your bags up to your room," she had said. Liv shook her head in a 'not so much' manner and said, "I can take it from here."

Darla let out a deep sigh and directed her eyes at the ground as she returned to where Olivia was standing. Her head was lifted back to the normal eye level when she handed the girl her rolling suitcase and waited for her to go off. But Liv could tell she had hurt the small woman's feelings some and stayed a few moments longer. "I'm sorry Darla," she started, "I don't mean to be so difficult. I just really want to do this on my own, you know? It's bad enough my parents want to choose my life for me." The woman seemed to understand as she nodded her head said her goodbye. Olivia, dropped her bags to give her a hug and watched from the front step as she drove away. That was one thing about Liv, she couldn't stand to leave people on bad terms. It was also probably the reason she smiled and kissed her parents goodbye when she left Italy. Oh she missed her home right now, but currently the girl was here, without her parents, and about to meet a whole bunch of others who were in the same boat as she.

Luckily, no one was in the entry way of the house when she got in, otherwise she would have been so embarrassed. She didn't usually dress the way she was right now, in here pajamas, especially when she was going to meet new people. First impressions were almost everything to her. The girl found a room suited to her likings and dropped her bags before falling right into the bed. 'Ah, this feels so nice,' she thought, letting the comforter rise around her. A few minutes later, after resting in the sheets, the girl walked over to her balcony connected to the room and noticed that out back there was a pool. A fricking pool! Liv quickly ran back into the bedroom, stripped out of her clothes from last night and into her new bikini she had bought for this summer, before the whole engagement thing had been splashed on her of course. She took a look around before leaving the area and to her amazement, her room was already a mess. But she didn't mind really. The kids were all in a close age range anyway, and a little mess was sometimes good for the mind. Too much order and Olivia would be bouncing off the walls inside.

In a hurry to surround herself with water from the pool, Olivia grabbed a towel from her suitcase and ran downstairs to find the door that led to the pool. It wasn't really hard, like she had expected it to be, so when she got to her area of choice she was relieved to find that she wasn't the only one there. Actually, she had completely forgotten about anyone else arriving for a few moments. In her mind, she knew there was going to be more people, but she didn't really connect the dots until there were real people in front of her. "Hey everybody! How's the water?" she asked, not even thinking she would be interrupting anything.
