Victoria sat her violin case up against the wall, under the window, out of the way of foot traffic. She made sure her dress was just right before sitting down and scooting in her chair. All her of her moved just right, even her curls.
More and more she was noticing the looks her friend was giving. For a moment she wondered if she had the same affect on the same gender as she did the opposite gender... or, if the emotions were genuine.
"In the evening I play at the cafe that I live above- sometimes with family, but recently I've been doing solos. Also I am practicing to participate in the youth orchestra," she grinned. "So, yes violin is just about everything for me."

Evari sat down in the seat across from Victoria and set the napkins down between them, blinking and watching her sit down. Her eyes widened and she watched her scoot the chair in, clearing her throat and looking away with another blush. Holy cow! They were little and all but...but geeze! Um...uh...oh! The violin case. They were talking about her violin. Right! "That sounds fun." For...Victoria, anyway. It didn't sound like Evari's thing though. She blinked. Wait, the details were off! "You mean you don't live above that club from before?" Aw, man! She loved that place!
"Soooo why doncha swim, Miss Violiny?" Evari asked, holding her head in the palm of her hand and tilting it to the side curiously. Boy she really did contrast this girl. Victoria was sitting all proper and dressed nicely, while Evari sat with her body turned so her back should be to the window but her torso was turned so she could put her elbow on the tabletop and hold up her head, leaning on her arm. Not 'proper' at all~.

"That place above the cafe is where my aunt lives," Victoria grinned. "I do occasionally sleep over from time to time but not so much since my sisters arrived."
She again kept quiet of Evari's eyes on her. She could already tell her friend was a considerable bit uncomfortable and there wasn't any more reason to push it. Still she wondered if it was genuine or just her influence. Even when she didn't try she still moved the way that attracted attention.
"I really dislike wearing swim suits. Mostly because I don't agree with wearing ones nickers in public. But, more so because of the violin strings on my back... I've learned to cope with the ivy," she sighed and again started to play with a curl. "If someone is going to look at me- look at me for me as a whole not for my odd markings," she smiled.

"Oh. Okay." If she could stay at that place whenever she wanted then perhaps it was okay. But then there it was: Siblings were keeping Victoria from doing something. Dumb siblings. They really did ruin everything.
Evari listened to Victoria's explanation on the reason why she didn't swim, furrowing her brow and looking very confused. Knickers? What were those? These were really strange reasons not to go swimming; Evari thought maybe something traumatic happened, or she was allergic to water...or something! But that was all? How silly! She giggled and raised a brow at her words, lifting her empty hand and staring at her fingers. "That sounds silly, 'Tori. Yer not wearin'...knickers...whatever those are." Evari laughed. "Ya gotta wear a swimsuit. And...my skin glows, 'Tori. And my best friend's got big wings and a tail and her skin's stoney. Think she's gotcha beat." She shrugged and folded her arms on the table, putting her head on top of them.
"So what if people're lookin' at you 'cause ya got green stuff on your body? What should you care?" Evari blinked, not quite understanding what the problem here was. So what? It shouldn't matter what other people thought, especially if they don't even know you. They were just idiots anyway if they were judging you for your looks. "You've got violin strings on your back though? That's so cool! I wanna see!"

"Nickers is another word for underwear," Victoria giggled. She suppose to most that 'nickers' was a silly word, if nothing else a word hardly used. "Swimsuits are pretty much underwear. Very rarely do you see someone wear something over their swimsuit. I don't agree with the thought of pretty much total exposure in public... Save that for when your older and in the bedroom. It is shameful to attract a person that way- you should use your wits and talents," she gave Evari a wink.
She looked around and took a mental count of the table tents that were lower than theirs. They still had at least fifteen minutes before their food would be ready.
So that she didn't attract attention she stood up slowly. She took Evari's hand and forced her to stand up and follow. She figured that if she'd show Anon and Kay had seen them then it couldn't be all that bad to show her girl friend. She was pretty sure that with all Evari had said that she would laugh.

Underwear?! That's just dumb! "Tooooriiii. Swimsuits're swimsuits! And they got ones with skirts an' stuff that cover ya if that's yer problem." Evari was grinning and waving a hand, rolling her eyes. Victoria was just being silly. She blinked and looked a little startled when Victoria suddenly winked at her, helplessly grinning afterward. Silly Victoria. There were plenty of suits for prude girls like her! And there was no way she could convince Evari that swimsuits were something indecent.
Evari blinked and got up out of her chair to follow Victoria, tilting her head a little. "W...wait, what about our stuff?" Her violin, and their food! She neglected to realize that this was to show her the strings on Victoria's back, the confusion over suddenly being dragged somewhere making her forget she'd just said she wanted to see.

"First off my name and address in on my case and its enchanted... Secondly I come here often enough that it isn't going to go anywhere... Lastly, from my guesstimation we've got at least fifteen minutes or more before our food arrives," not that Evari could see it but Tori was grinning.
"Besides wasn't it you who asked about seeing my violin strings 'tatoo'?" she said as she closed the bathroom door behind them and locked it.
There was a look in her eyes as she batted them very slowly. It wasn't something that she did intentionally- it was more something natural.

Oh. So they were okay just leaving...to do something in the bathroom? What, was Victoria one of those girls that needed a partner to pee? Oh! Oh, right! She got to see the strings now? Awesome! Evari grinned again and leaned against the door with her arms folded behind her back, tensing up a little at the way Victoria bat her eyelashes. Geeze! Was she doing this on purpose?!
"...Wait...how're you gonna show 'em? You've got a dress on..." And her hair was in the way. The only option would be to...take off the dress...? Sh-she didn't have to do that!

Evari was a girl so this was just fine... right? or, was this one of those moments like she had with Kay that would get her into a ton of training. In any case, they where here now... and all of that didn't mater. This was between them.
There wasn't a dress that she owned that didn't zip on the side- perhaps it was because most everything was custom made with the exception of a few pieces... but, that didn't mater.
She didn't say a word as she spun around in place, curls following. Slowly she pulled them forward before reaching to her side to unzip her dress. Carefully she rolled her shoulders so that the spaghetti straps fell with ease. From there everything fell in place to reveal her back, bra strap and waist line of her panties.
She looked over her shoulder and smiled at Evari. Not that she would ever openly admit it but she wished that she could be this confident around others when it came to her strings. "Well... is it what you thought it would be?"

Well? How was she going to show her? Evari stood there and waited, watching intently as Victoria did her little turn and moved her hair to...oh wow, she was unzipping her dress! Evari watched with wide eyes as the dress fell a bit, her cheeks burning hotly. Holy cow! She even had a bra now?! A-and she wore lace? Wait, why was Evari noticing the lace? Sh-she needed to see the strings! Strings, strings...oh! Haha...r-right. There they were.
Evari swallowed hard and stared at the strings on Victoria's back, clenching her fists behind her back and nodding very mechanically. "Th-they're really strings! That...ah...that's really cool!" She squeaked out, smilingly helplessly. Wow, she really was really pretty. She even had a curve to her! She coughed and stood up straight away from the door, tentatively reaching out but suddenly pausing. "Ah...can I touch 'em?"

Victoria was unsure how to respond. No one had touched her strings except for herself and that was just barely. One's arms could only reach so far behind them. Not to mention, even if Evari didn't say it, it showed how 'nervous' she was. Her friend was normally fairly bold. But, if she didn't say yes to the question would she be offended.
She was already half undressed and this far into things... "Just be gentle- no one besides me has ever touched them before," she said with a soft sight. It was followed by a nod of her head to confirm agreement of Evari touching the violin strings on her back.

Oh dear, Victoria was rather hesitant. Evari would be gentle! Really! She just wanted to feel them! She grinned when she got the okay, nodding her acknowledgement of Victoria's words. "I'll be gentle! Promise~!" She stated proudly as she finally reached out to just gently poke one first. She was making sure it was a real string and not just a really well done tattoo! Once she had her proof her eyes widened and she curiously ran a finger along the string, tilting her head a bit. Wow! They felt so weird!
"Haha! I wonder if you can be played like a violin!" Evari teased with a laugh, moving her finger from one string to another without plucking or picking. She was just rubbing very gently with her finger, leaning in close as if listening for some kind of sound. They were violin strings, right? They should make sounds like real violin strings!

"No one has ever tried to 'play me'," Tori chuckled. However her laughter quickly died down the moment she felt her friend touch her strings. She sucked in a breath and for a moment expected the worst.
However, the worst never came... instead an odd sensation rippled from her back outward all over her body. She made a funny little mumble and shook a bit.

Evari couldn't help but grin proudly at Tori's answer, still playing with the strings as gently as she could so she wouldn't hurt the other girl. She gasped and stilled her hand on Victoria's back when the girl shook and made a funny noise, watching her with wide eyes. "I-I was being gentle!" Evari reassured her, thinking that had been the problem. Was she okay?
"Are you okay? I didn't hurt you, did I?" She'd feel so bad if she did! She didn't want to hurt her friend! But these strings were so cool she couldn't stop playing with them!

Having already lost slight control of the hand that held her hair back she drew in a breath. Trying to regain her calm she held her breath for a second.
"It doesn't hurt at all," Tori said after releasing said breath she was holding. "It actually feels surprisingly good." There really wasn't any further way to describe the sensations that were vibrating through her body.
