Rasco let out a big sigh when the nova passed out again. He needed to take her to his den where she could rest and dry off, even if she didn't want him to. He couldn't just let her stay out here alone... there were dangerous things for a nova who couldn't defend itself.

It took a few tries, but he got her onto his back, his big frame easily supporting her as he made his way back to his den.
