Autumn smiled and began to purr loudly as she had her head under Odyssey's chin. Ankou rose to his feet and walked closer to the one called 'father'. " So you're our father? I guess it'll be nice to have someone to keep mother happy." He said as he heard his mother purr. something he hadn't heard since they were only born.

"And I guess you must be the first born, Ankou correct..?" Odyssey smiled at Ankou and said, "You look so much like me, but you have your mother's markings. It is good to know you were there for her when I couldn't be... Thank you son..." Odyssey smiled and purred a bit louder.
"Autumn my love. I need to stop by my old den and grab a few things. Come with me...?

Ankou nodded at his father,That's what mother named me." He leaned close to whisper in Odyssey's ear, so mother couldn't hear."She sometimes talked in her sleep about you. If you break her heart even more, I'll tear your heart out and devour it." He threatened then moved away with a sly smile. "Sure, but what about the children? I'd feel awful if we left them here..." Autumn said as she looked at each of her children then back at Odyssey.

"I would never leave them here. Orus travel the skies, and not even brave Ankou could take one on. Not yet at least." Odyssey chose to ignore the heart tearing out thing. Ankou would not dare attack his father. "The can follow along. I am sure they want to see where their old dad has been bumming around and to make fun of his sloppy ways." He grinned a silly grin. "And at least we can eat a bit before we travel."

Autumn smiled,"Lets go children. We're going to daddy's house for a lovely meal~" she said to them with a heart warming smile. "Will you lead the way, love?" She looked at Odyssey as she purred loudly.

Odyssey nodded and purred, running at a lope her waited for her to follow. Climbing a few hills they came to an area that was well hidden from sight, and Odyssey vanished for a moment, only to reappear moving a boulder to the side exposing a cave entrance. "Welcome to my home Autumn and kids."

Autumn giggled,"Don't you mean family?" She asked as she watched him move the boulder from the den's entrance. Ankou was surprised that their father had a good place to call home. All they had was a den in the mountain side.

"I am still getting used to that love..." He grinned at her and touched his nose to hers. The way Ankou stared at the cave he wondered if their home was secure... It frightened him to think he might lose Autumn or his family again.... "Maybe... Would you like to live here with me...? I have plenty of food stocked up and the lake is right there for the children to play...?"

Autumn smiled in a joyful manner when Odyssey asked her to live with him, "Now we can be a complete family. Of course we'll live here, Odyssey!" She told him as her purring become much louder than before. Ankou gave a low growl, but kept it down so father wouldn't hear. He didn't like this nova what so ever, but had to behave since mother was happy.

Odyssey's ear twitched lightly as he heard the growl. But he chose to ignore it, "I am really happy to hear you say that Autumn. This place is really safe, no Skeptos around, and Orus are rare. I... I missed you so much Autumn... My love..."

Autumn motioned the children to go inside the den as her and Odyssey talked. "Odyssey, would you care for a lovely dinner by the lake edge?" She asked with a smile as he looked into his eyes. She wanted to make him dinner and make it romantic.

Odyssey's eyes sparkled as she said that she wanted to have a romantic night's dinner by the lake. "I... Autumn, you are so perfect. I would love to have dinner with you at the lake." He purred and licked her cheek.

Autumn leaned on Odyssey as she purred," Finally, we can be a family." She said aloud as she watched the sky turn a lovey shade of orange as it began to set. Night was coming onto the new family. Ankou's crimson snakes eyes peered from the den's entrance as he smiled. " Looks like us three are going to spy on our new father. If you don't like this idea, then you'll have to death with me. I'm going to be incharge since I want to keep mother happy at all costs. He doesn't set well with me." He said to them as he smiled grimly then growled a little to intimidate them.

Odyssey listened to his mate purr and sighed to himself thinking, 'Finally... Autumn is back with me... And now Nomine can't interfere...' Little did he know someone was watching the happy couple. And it wasn't Ankou... Tenkai and Rust looked at their older brother and nodded, preferring not to deny him what he wanted. ----------- Nomine slunk through the grass, her bright orange body low to the ground, she was brightly colored but she could hide during this time of day. She wanted Odyssey for herself, and Autumn be damned, she would have him.

The sunset on this day of reunion as the family od Odyssey and Autumn got ready for the night. "Now children, please stay inside while mommy and daddy have their dinner by the lake." Autumn told them as she put the food on a few leaves that were sown together by tail. She looks over to her love with a smile, " Are you ready, Odyssey?" She asked as she walked over to his side to give him a lick on the cheek. Ankou smiled lovingly at his mother, "You have nothing to worry about mother. We'll stay here and make sure we are in bed before you get back. I hope you two have a great time." He said in a honey'd voice as he watched his mother lick the nova he called father. Autumn smiled," Tenkai, Rust. Ankou is in charge while we are gone, alright?" She told them in a loving way with a smile. She picked up the 'bag' of food to enjoy with her mate, Odyssey.
