Mikhail was not in a talking mood today, too much effort. The defiance in the room was thick ahd ignorance even thicker. Former Vice Captain had finished his push-ups doing 50 in the time it took most of the others to do 25. He then leizurely made his way outside and kept pace with the Captain while doing chin-ups. The exercises were rudimentary but they were all a good warm-up should the training Mikhail suspected they were about to underago be as intense as he thought it would be. 'Children and their insisten nagging. Suck it up and do as you are asked.' How Mikhail wished he could beat the living crap out of those that were to be annoying him today. [Sorry for the crap posts. Busy week for me just trying to keep up.]

Orcus jolted out towards the bars as quick as his legs could take him and bowed deeply at his captain once he got there, making sure not to fall over. "I am sorry for being late Captain, I have no excuses for my actions but I am ready to take orders, any that you deem fit for my tardiness." Orcus was a respectful man as he had never found any reason not to be. He didn't know how his Captain would respond to his lateness seeing as he had never been in her presence before. He merely wished that she wasn't as 'strict' as people could get.

She took a deep breath, letting go of the pole. She stretched out her arm for a moment, feeling the burn just a bit. She moved over to the dirt clearing, waiting for the rest of them to finish.
"Ok, once you're all done come gather 'round here. umm... You there! Er, uhh... Orcus!" She said, snapping her fingers in an attempt to jump start her memory.
"You come here and get started on these push-ups! Don't stop till I'm done explaining things here. Its time for you guys to learn about the whole purpose of the training here."

Mikhail had finished fractions of a second after Boelba-Taichou had done her set of chin-ups. Physically he felt nothing out of the ordinary, his breath was steady as ever and his muscles felt unphased. Long ago these exercises would have made him feel the ache and feel the burn within his limbs and core but now they could do nothing more than make him doubt their effectiveness. Nevertheless, Mikhail was going to do everything today as commanded without a second thought or question of his Captain's leadership. In many ways, Mikhail was Eme's b***h. For the others, he hoped they would realize that doing as told would be in their best interest today but that was entirely in their hands. Walking to Boelba-Taichou's side, the 6'7" Russian Shinigami stood silent awaiting to hear what his Captain had to say.

as the others began their chin-ups, Veltex got up, and went to the bar, gripping it tightly. Using his weight he swung his body forward, giving momentum for the ride back, causing him to complete his chin ups easily, but also cheaply. As he finished his set, he got went back to the spot he was at, and awaited the captain's next orders. Already he was in a sweat, and the sight of the others doing to exercise with ease made him feel even worse.
He vowed to himself he would work with all his might, so that he too, could pass these challenges with ease.

Naru hopped off of the chin-up bars with a light huff, dusting off his arms and walking calmly over to the area where his captain had designated, standing in a calm military pose once he arrived. Waiting for his captain's orders.

"Aye aye Cap'n." Orcus saluted and said nothing more. He dropped strait to the ground which, in hindsight, wasn't the greatest idea. You see, Orcus and his arms weren't used to heavy impacts, his forte was redirecting attacks not actual stopping them dead on. After holding himself back from a faceplant he straightened his body out and pushed himself up, away from the ground. He went back and forth, putting his face just and inch off the ground every time, after a while he forget all about his muscles burning more than fire.

"Alright, since it seems that everyone is about done... Its time to listen up. I don't expect you to immediately pick up on this tech. Some of you lot might even have a knack for it, some of you may not. Hell, even after you learn it, you might not even get to use it. Or, it may even might not be the technique for you. Regardless of all that, I'm going to teach you.
The technique, Rengeki is more or less, a leeching technique. There is a more advanced version of this tech, however I'm not using that since the drawbacks to that technique are far too taxing for it to even use. Anyways, the theory behind rengeki is enabling the user to siphon reiatsu from an attack or directly from the source, another person. With time and a LOT of practice, you may even be able to siphon elemental properties as well. However, don't let that be your goal. The leeching in general is the main focus.
This technique does have its drawbacks though. No where near as horrible as the advanced version, but are still one to take note of. You have to be in direct contact with whatever you're siphoning. You're putting yourself at risk trying to do this, so its best to pick those times to apply rengeki wisely. If you want to absorb the reiatsu from an attack, you must let it hit you. If you want to take it form your opponent you need to touch them, and maintain that contact for a long time. I'll leave how you guys can accomplish that to yourselves.
Now, one by one, line up in front of me. I want to guys to experience rengeki from the point of view of the one being leeched. This'll will give you more of an incentive to get this working, since I'll be draining a hefty portion from all of you.
Your task and proof of learning the technique would be to take what I took from you right back." She smiled, taking a few deep breaths to regain her composure after talking a mile a minute. She stepped back a few paces to give them some room to line up. She relaxed for a moment before getting ready.
"Rengeki..." She whispered softly, her reiatsu fluctuating from being incredibly intense to one that was more serene and calm. She maintained a pace of slow breathing, keeping a meditative calm about herself.
"Alright, now one by one come forward."

 'A leech technique eh? That'll be quite useful.' Taking a long moment Mikhail listened to Eme give the full logistics of the technique. Listening carefully, he tuned out everyone but his captain and made sure to obtain all the infortmation she presented and not just the select information he found most important. 'Direct contact with the attack or individual in question, seems simple enough.' Mulling over the received facts, Mikhail began to connect a few dots, many of which pointed at the Rengeki and his Bankai's ability to subjugate reishi from his surroundings. The idea was similar and very much so based off the same principle of using what you have at your disposal in order to "power up". He could assume however that Rengeki would be much more complicated than his Bankai's function and from what Eme said, its predicesor was even more impressive. 'I should like to understand Rengeki's grand-daddy.' Rubbing his chin, Mikhial now cleared his head to focus on the task at hand.
Raising his hand without word, Mikhail took a step forward towards the Taichou and gave her a curt nod to proceed. 'Understanding a technique such as this takes first person experience. Who better to test Rengeki's strength than I?' Standing tall, yet relaxed but still poised, Mikhail focused in on his Captain using his physical sense of sight. The vibrations that travelled through his feet dispersed into the earth and traveled outward travelling up anything that caught its path. Everyone present in the training grounds became a becon and Mikhail let himself blacken out everyone but Boelba-Taichou. 'Focus on her every move, her every flux in Reiatsu and even her bodily and facial gestures.'

Orcus stood up and streched his arms out by putting his arms behind his back and pushing them up. It was unorthodox but it felt nice. When he was done streching he stood in line, behind Mikhail and ran through everything his captain had said. Orcus didn't initially think that this technique was for him, he tried staying back in a fight so as to not open himself to attacks but he figured that it might come in handy some day.
If this technique would prove to be helpful then he would work at it but he has other things taxing his mind at the moment. He was thinking of his back pain which was immense at the moment.

In the not so far off distance, a stray Shinigami could be easily spotted atop one of the marble blocks. If one were watching a few seconds ago, they would have caught site of his jumping from off of the near-bye building's rooftop. Those late would have only just caught site of him landing into the eagle crouch he now sat in silently. The boy was looking down at a little map in his left hand, a stuffed animal sitting happily on his shoulder. The little toy seemed to be fussing him, but from his far distance off, it was obvious that it's little rant was inaudible. The two seemed to conversate in this awkward fashion, the boy mostly just nodding at the animal while giving little to no traces of attention. Eventually, something became capable of being heard, suspected of being the little animals voice. ".. and that's how we got here. So what's the lesson, Herieo..?" With it's arms folded in a stern fashion, the little toy tapped it's right foot on the boy's neck a few times. With a careless turn of the head, the boy elicited his brief response. "Don't tell a living radar to 'Look at the map'..?" The toy jumped with joy, using the little hop to propel him to an upright standing position. He seemed satisfied now, patting the teenage child on the head before hopping off his shoulder. The little thing sat cross-legged on the marble platform, hanging off the edge in a cool fashion. The boy continued to sit in his crouch, fumbling with the map for a few seconds before tucking it away into his uniform shirt. "Well, kid.. Go on'. I think that's her over there. She's got the biggest spiritual pressure, next to that other guy in fron'a her so that's probably miss Emily. Go intra'duce yourself." The toy spoke with it's arms crossed, looking away. It was obvious that it was sorta 'Directing' the boy with it's many instructions, but that was only due to the situation at hand. From this point, it would seem the older boy was on his own. "So this must be the second squad those guys were talkin' about..? It looks pretty cool around here. Lotsa' trainin' devices. A buncha gathered Shinigami.. Stronger ones at that~" As the boy thought to himself, he began to hop down from the marble platform. Once down, he began to casually walk towards the group, entering there range and standing outside of it in a shy fashion. From here, he let out a small smile and then a wave. With both eyes closed, and a handsome grin he spoke. "Hiya people! I'm Herieo. Herieo Tenmoni! Um, I was directed to come here upon entrance to the Seireitei. My escorts got sidetracked back at the big sink-a-man gate, so I came on here alo-.." The boy's rambling was stopped at a moments notice, once he reopened his eyes and caught site of what was going on here. The woman, just a few yards away, was in a meditative state of some sort. Luckily, he hadn't said enough to truly catch anyone's full attention. He merely stood idle, both hands behind his back and placed casually on the rather large broadsword he held. ".. She's got a big presence.. And so does that guy in frunna' her! This'is pretty tense. I wonder what's goin' on. Whatever it is.. I wanna get in on it!" Excitedly, the boy hopped forward, nearing the space between both the man and the woman.

Veltex noticed someone new in the training grounds, but as for now, he was much more concerned about this leeching technique they were being taught of. He was still iffy on the effects, and was completely unsure of what to expect. None the less, his curiosity grew, and when it became his turn, he braced himself, and allowed the leeching to begin.

Orcus looked over at the roof top and caught the last glimpse of the wandering Shinigami boy before he appeared on the marble block. Orcus paid no mind to the boy because he wasn't the best eye in the squad and no one else had reacted to him yet so obviously he was of no significant importance. He watched the boy walk towards them, the training squad two members and introduce himself. Orcus still paid no mind to him, it sickened his conscious that he hadn't paid a bit attention to this boy yet until he tried getting in between the Captain and Mikhail.
Orcus turned about and pulled his hands out from behind him just in case he would have to use them though he didn't want to. Orcus blurted out something along the lines of, "You really shouldn't get any closer to the Cap' and the first trainee." Or so and then continued, "Our captain said it's a leeching technique; I wouldn't get caught in it if I were you."

Angel gently grabbed Orcus's shoulder and held a finger to his mouth. He had payed attention to what the Captain had said and simply took notes in his head. He whispered so onyl Orcus could hear, "Calm down. He's here for a reason. Let him continue." He then walked over to Herieo and held out his hand, "My name is Angel Kotoshi. Nice to meet you."

"Stop right there and get in line like the others Tenmoni Herieo. I'm in the middle of a training session. I have no need for the interruptions at the moments." She said calmly, yet with a stern tone. She stepped up to Mikhail, placing a finger on his chest.
"These effects are going to be far more sudden than they should be, Mikhail." As she finished her sentence, her reiatsu fluctuated intensely for just a moment, bracing the sudden surge of energy. Hopefully the effects weren't too sudden for him to drop to the ground. She moved her finger off him, moving on to Orcus.
"The key here, once you finally understand the technique and can apply it, is to match as closely as possible to the reiatsu you're trying to leech from. This will take a long time, i assure you all. Eventually you'll get a feel for the... 'frequency' of the persons reiatsu and work from there. Its a unique process, and even I can't explain it to the best of my ability sadly." She said to her students, placing her hand on Orcus' shoulder. Again her reiatsu fluctuated as it did with Mikhail's, leeching an equivalent amount as she did with him. She went to them all one by one, stopping at Herieo.
"You, I will have to teach later, you ended up coming too late. I'll have to blame the escorts for that. Hopefully they have your paper work as well since it doesn't seem that you do. Once you lot are able to stand without any repercussions, come to me and try to apply what you learned. Even if you're able to take a little, you can still consider that a successful attempt. Once you do it, you're dismissed to go about your business. I'm sure the lot of you haven't made your way to the barracks either, so I suggest getting your room before it gets to late. Herieo, for the time being, I want you to run some laps around here. Thats for being late.
((A technical auto-hit of sorts here. Imagine the sudden draining to cause you to faint briefly. Seeing as she took a large portion of your energy quite fast.))
