It's been awhile since someone last posted here. I just wanted to say a few things.
As for the removal of those who are inactive - things I look at before removing them are:
1. if they have made any posts
2. how long it's been since a post
3. how long it's been since they have even logged on to gaia
If they haven't made a post and they haven't logged on in more than 3-4 months I send them a note letting them know why they were removed. They have the option of rejoining in the future.
If they have recently logged on, but their post was quite a long time ago, I message them to ask if they still wish to be a part of the guild.
This process takes up quite a bit of time but is effective.
