Well, that was hint enough about which Melody he was talking about! Her eyes remained upon his brown ones for a bit longer before resuming her easy demolition of the cookie. She made quick work of the soft chucks of pastry before trilling out a "thank you" meow. It was obvious this boy had a lot of worries on his mind. And apparently some logic in his head, if he was able to notice a Senshi calling him by name without introductions.
This boy obviously knew some Senshi when they were not masquerading about as Sailor scouts. Of course, the gears in the feline's mind began to turn, she couldn't help but feel a bit curious over who specifically knew him. Perhaps it was Metis? Or someone else?
The cat soon enough, hopped off his lap and wandered forward a bit. Was she getting ready to leave? No.
She wandered forward, then spun around, mewing out contently. It almost seemed like...?
Wait, the cat couldn't be doing that.
Was she inviting him to walk with her?

Azzo watched her finish off her cookie, it was almost amazing speed for such a small cat. Giving her another soft scratch behind the ears, "Your welcome."
He said as she jumped down from his lap. Figuring since she was full she was going to leave, but she didn't. He looked confused when she turned around, it was like she wanted him to follow her? He blinked for a second, "Hm... eh well, I'm already crazy..." He said softly almost to himself.
"What do you want Kitty?" He asked as he grabbed his bag to follow her curiously. Maybe someone was in a well? Lassie always went to get someone when something like that happened right? Oh wait this was Destiny... there probably wouldn't be any open wells around here. He could mentally hear Grams yelling at him for even thinking to make that attempt at a joke.

If the cat had any sort of plan, she wasn't very obvious about it. The boy stood up to follow her, and she began to wander down the pathway the sidewalk carved into the grassy park. She didn't seem to be in a hurry, and in all honesty, there seemed to be little to no point with this action.
However, every so often, the cat glanced back and almost seemed to do a once-over before turning back to face forward. It was like she was looking him over with each glance back.
There was no well. In all honesty, ********* merely just wanted company. Who knew, maybe the boy would say more interesting things again?

Azzo was still curious where it was leading him, watching it glance back every so often. He almost felt like the cat was judging him. He shook his head a little bit before continuing curiously.
He was keeping his guard up too. "I'm glad these things don't seem to be out during the day." He was curious if they lurked in the subway systems at night or in dark abandoned houses. "It always seems so lively at night." When they were free of the children and parents he was talking a little more freely.
Though there was the stray passerby that made him pause in his talking until they passed. "I think one of the senshi, or the terrorist whatever you want to call the 'heros', called them Youma." He said with a sigh.
"What's odd is even though I feel them, there's an odd... familiarity with them." He wrinkled his nose. An unhappy thought in the least, "but they're bad..." He said more for himself than *********.
"Polaris said the Negaverse was bad too." He was pondering curiously, "I just wish there was someone that knew why I could feel these things."

This boy did not fail to disappoint the cat. They walked, and he spoke more. He must have been a really lonely or confused boy, to feel the need to talk to a manx cat in such a fashion. It didn't help any that ********* actually understood what he was saying and was somewhat encouraging it.
He knew what Youma were, even by name, he knew the mention of the "Negaverse," but the thing that made ********* wonder was his statement about familiarity.
How did a boy feel familiarity to a Youma? Certainly, the puppy-earred boy seemed normal enough. Not powered in any form, and once again, he had not attempted to capture her yet, so the Negaverse was also ruled out.
Rather suddenly, the cat turned around, facing the boy, and literally sat down. She then looked at the boy.
And looked.
And looked.
How did a boy feel familiarity to a Youma?

Azzo watched *********, as she walked. When she stopped suddenly he stopped looking at her. Honey Brown eyes curious as to why she stopped.
He pondered and moving off the path just a little and sitting down in the grass for now. It wasn't like his pants would get grass stains, but he didn't move. He was looking at the tailless cat looking at him. He seemed to be trying to puzzle something out. "Doesn't make sense does it?"
He murmured, "It's like I know them... but the first time I saw one was in the hospital." He said, "Looked like a snake lady." He shook his head, "Damn organ ring must've messed with my head more than I ever expected."
He shook his head, "I don't remember anything about it either, neither does Mel... some knew my name... but I didn't know them, but I feel like I should... Like I should've known Mel, like I should've known Fallon, she was mad that I didn't remember her. Like feel like I should know the youma..." He wrinkled his nose.
"Maybe I was hit on the head or something when I got the broken ribs. Hits on the head can cause amnesia and funny s**t to happen right? Like feeling things one shouldn't?" He asked the cat looking at her.
"I mean... they said it's post traumatic stress type amnesia, but I mean...." He sighed a bit helpless. "Stupid doctors... they're no help at all. I mean why in the world would an organ ring break ribs? My left ones at that." He shook his head.
"Maybe I'm just Crazy... I probably am Crazy. Mel probably just said she could feel them too because she didn't want me to feel that way... Fallon said it might've been coincidence... but it happens far too often to be a coincidence that I can find where they are."
He sighed, "Most of the others seem to have gotten out clean, no worries, parents who love them, normal lives, no one having relocated." He paused, "Maybe that's what's wrong..." He was feeling abandoned, and useless. Two things Azzo didn't like feeling.

No, a boy feeling familiarity with a Youma did not make sense at all. The cat continued to look at the boy as he explained the scenarios, supplying ample amounts of information. Names were tossed about almost haphazardly, and in all honesty, trying to keep all the names organized was making poor ********* mind spin.
One thing glaringly obvious. This boy had been through a lot. The pale feline wandered up to his leg and rubbed up against him. There, there, poor little puppy boy! ********* had plenty of sympathy, even for someone who wasn't a senshi. Every so often, she paused from her rubs to gently headbutt him.

Azzo settled down close to the ground so he could rub ********* again. He was looking at her, by now he concluded the fact that he was probably imaging the cat understood him, because it seemed like it did.
However, impossible. He sighed and looked at her, "It's a wonder I can keep a happy face around people." He said softly the cheery demeanor was often times because he wanted people to be happy. Azzo couldn't let himself bring others down most of the time, cats that don't understand were easier to spill someone's guts too about things that shouldn't be but were.
He wrinkled his nose for a second. "Would you like to see where I live?" He asked knowing full well the cat wouldn't actually answer but so far it'd been doing a pretty good job of being sorta creepy really. What with the uncanny ways it seemed to understand him in, the petting, the sizing up, the wanting him to follow. He figured he might as well offer the cat someplace else to eat if nothing else.

Unfortunately, ********* could not afford any more time out of her daily schedule towards mere house visitations. All of the time she could have used for such had been spent eating cookies in the park. The cat leaned her head into his petting fingers, and eventually she gave him a few scratchy licks in a similar fashion to how a dog would. It was almost as if she was giving him a few goodbye kisses before she added a couple more gentle headbutts.
You aren't crazy... you just need to be strong and keep that happy face.
Pale green eyes looked back at the boy again, and with a small mewing sound, she dismissed herself. She turned around and bolted off faster than one would expect from such a small cat. ********* would see him again. She was good about seeing people again, especially when they least expected it.

He watched her as she licked his fingers he chuckled, "That tickles..." He said rubbing her once more after the headbutts.
He watched her as she looked at him again, "Alright, I'll see you around then. Maybe you'll wonder by my neighbor hood sometime. Grams would love to feed you too." He said with a chuckle and watched her take off like a bat out of hell.
"Bye kitty." He said.
