 Kuja is badass. ^^ Anywho. I gotta say Kuja. Sure, everyone wanted something. But he went on a Mental Breakdownnn! D: Trance form ish scaryyy.. Though, he was technically doing his job because he is a Todesengel.. So, maybe it's Garland from 9. He created 3 machines of death so he wouldn't be bored and more souls would be in Terra. Who is with me? xD

Sephiroth.... Woo! Go one winged angel! Honestly... he killed aerith and summoned meteor... how can you get any eviler?
P.S. notice how the end of each game has to do with summons( at least the ones I've played)? For example, sephiroth summons meteor, ultimecia summons greiver, jecht is a summon and yu yevon just uses all the summons...

there are serveral bad a** villans out there. Genesis, Ex-death, Kuja, Sephiroth, Seymour. But no one can out do the ultimate one-winged angel, Sephiroth.

I believe the most evil would definately be Kefka. Not only does he betray everyone he ever had any connections to, he also essentially consumed espers to gain more power. He takes the statues power and reshapes the world into his chaotic image just for the hell of it. And since he was the god of magic, when he was defeated ALL magic actually went with him, departing from
the world. I would say that's pretty damn signifigant. So that's my reasons anywho...

I haven't played many FF games unfortunately so the evil-est Villian is Weiss. I don't know the villains well. But Sephiroth is pretty cool.(and Kadaj)

I would agree with Sephiroth- only because my friend talks about his 'evil-ness-ness' and XII's boss is wimp (XII-the only one I've really played).

I would have to say two people.
Hojo- Messed up everyone's lives well mostly everyone in crissis core
Sephiroth- Killed people such as arieth oh and has perfect hair and is impossible to beat and has a really huge sword but the best reason is sending meotoer.
