Wax-Wax Fruit
Wax clone,Harden,Creative

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Background:
The Doru Doru no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that turns its user into a candleman. It basically allows the user to tap unlimited amounts of wax from their body and create things from it. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia power since they can't turn their bodies into wax. It is also not a Logia power since the user is also able to generate a small amount of fire, a different element from wax, on top of their head as they produce wax in relation to being a candleman. "Doru" comes from the Japanese word for candle, "kyandoru." In the Viz Manga and 4Kids and FUNimation dubs, it is called the Wax-Wax Fruit. It was eaten by Mr. 3.

The fruit's bestowed powers, as used by Mr. 3, have been used mostly in techniques that comply with Mr. 3's artistic sense. These range from wax statues that completely resemble other people in every little detail, to a gigantic wax cake complete with burning candles. Amongst these techniques, Mr. 3 most notably uses the fruit's powers to encase his enemies with wax in order to turn them into living wax statues similar to the popular concept used in the horror movie, House of Wax.

Mr. 3 can also create keys with his wax, which proved to be an invaluable asset in breaking out of prison cells and shackles, even if they are made of Kairoseki. How Mr. 3 knows the key's exact structure (along with the mechanisms inside the locks that they were supposed to open) and can reproduce it completely is yet unknown. Another use for his powers is to power his ship, similar to certain Logia-class users does, though his exact method is unknown.

Weakness:
-Wax can brake wax
-Standard Devil Fruit Weakness (Thrown In Water, or Sea Stone weapons Weaken or negate Fruit Powers)
-wax can be melted by heat

Strength:
-Wax is as strong as steal
-Can create any thing from wax
-Wax cant melt by acid or poison

Rules:
Wax is as strong as steel
wax can brake wax
wax can be melt by fire

Fighting Style
Candle Dance: This user fights by disabling there opponent with wax and finishing off there opponent with wax powers.

Wax-Wax Fruit Powers List:
* Candle Lock (キャンドル・ロック, Kyandoru Rokku): Producing wax and spreading it over an opponent's limb, ties down your opponents with a massive candle.
Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

* Giant Candle Service Set (特大・キャンドル・サービス・セット, Tokudai Kyandoru Sābisu Setto): Creates a massive birthday cake-shaped wax arrangement with a pillar on top of the lower "floors" of the cake, then makes a spinning half-dome on top of that, with burning candles. Then places targets that have been captured onto the cake. As the candles burn, they slowly encase the targets in wax vapor, and essentially turn them into wax dolls.
Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

* Candle Jacket (キャンドル・ジャケット, Kyandoru Jaketsu): Uses wax to tie up on opponents the ground.
Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

If the thing she will do next is an attack, she will state the name of the attack in English. Gum-Gum Fruit Special Techniques:
Gear Second
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.
Note: Cannot Reach This Stage Till Pirate/Lieutenant

Gear Second (ギア2(セカンド), Gia 2 (Sekando)) is a powerful form that was first seen in Luffy's fight against Blueno. Luffy pumps his blood rapidly with his legs to kick start the process which in turn, increases the speed of his blood flow, thus providing more oxygen and nutrients to various parts of his body which makes him faster and stronger. It uses even more oxygen and energy, hence using up more food and he has to breather harder. This causes him to be hungrier than usual or lying on the floor after a long usage of it, like in the second fight with Rob Lucci. Lucci, one of the first of Luffy's opponents to witness it, compares the process to taking a stimulant. In Luffy's case, all of his organs are made up of rubber, so they can expand and contract, allowing the blood to move at the increased speed without stressing any internal organ, such as the blood vessels and the heart, without causing it to explode. This mode's enhancements to Luffy's physiology gives him the ability to use a new, stronger set of techniques which are generally the same as his old ones, but are so fast that even a skilled assassin would have a hard time actually seeing them.

This form also enables Luffy access to his own version of the Rokushiki technique, Soru, which would make sense since he used Soru's principle, which is to kick the ground ten or more multiple times to propel the user over to a desired distance at imperceivable speeds, as the basis of Gear Second by incorporating it with his Gomu Gomu No Mi powers. In other words, Luffy practically uses his elastic body by compressing it and using it as the kick-off point when initiating Gear Second. As a result, he can not only utilize a much more refined form of Soru that is far superior to other Soru users, but the power of his attacks are also greatly enhanced by the great speed that they seem to break the sound barrier, generating sonic boom-like effects in the process. In this form, his metabolism rate is so high that his sweat vaporizes rapidly giving rise to a steaming appearance, and his skin turns slightly pink from the increased blood flow. He also says almost all of his attacks in English as opposed to Japanese. Luffy also tends to take a certain pose right after activating Gear 2nd with one hand making a fist and touching the ground in front of him and the other one touching his knee, possibly to maintain the increased blood flow until the process has stabilized.

At first Luffy can only use Gear Second for a short period of time, because the accelerated speed at which nutrients are used up depletes his stores rapidly. The mechanics behind this enhancement thus also mean reduced strength and ability after significant amounts of usage, as pointed out by Lucci when Luffy's attacks start losing their speedy edge because with all his nutrients running low, having a faster blood flow would be useless as there are no nutrients to use. Due to this, as also pointed out by Rob Lucci, Gear second hacks away Luffy's life force dramatically, increasing a chance of having a much shorter life because he is starving his body, though Luffy rebutles, saying that it doesn't mater as long he saves his nakama. After Gear Second wears off, Luffy can recover quickly through replenishing of his nutrient storage by eating meat. Recently, Luffy has demonstrated more excessive use of his Gear second ability throughout the cause of the Impel Down arc without such exhausting costs like his fight with Rob Lucci, as well as being able to activate it at conveniently brief periods to save his stamina and strength reserves for more lasting durations. This is possibly because of Luffy's mastery over the form along with his desire to save Ace.

While not considered canon, in the 7th movie of the series which takes place before the Water 7 arc, Luffy briefly and unknowingly activated Gear Second during his fight against Ratchet, the antagonist of the film, when the sheer pressure of the machine Luffy is forced to hold up unknowingly causes his legs to end up pumping his blood flow.

The known named techniques that are used by Luffy so far in this form are as follows:

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol (ゴムゴムのJET銃[ピストル], Rubber Rubber Jet Pistol): Delivers a Gomu Gomu no Pistol so fast that the fist's movement is invisible, and it truly seems like you shoot your opponent, except that the resulting impact is not akin to an actual pistol, but to a small hand-held cannon and powerful enough to propel the unlucky recepient several meters away. The incredible speed both makes the strike more powerful, and harder to dodge.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Rifle (ゴムゴムのJET回転弾, Rubber Rubber Jet Rifle): Delivers a very fast Gomu Gomu no Rifle. The winding of the original Rifle along with its snapback happening almost at the same time as you speed towards the target makes this move impossible to evade.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Stamp (ゴムゴムのJETスタンプ, Rubber Rubber Jet Stamp): Delivers a Gomu Gomu no Stamp, with the same effect as the Jet Pistol.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Yari (ゴムゴムのJET槍, Rubber Rubber Jet Spear) or Gomu Gomu no Jet Lance(ゴムゴムのJETランス, Rubber Rubber Jet Lance): Delivers a very fast Gomu Gomu no Yari that seems to connect instantly with his opponent.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Missile (ゴムゴムのJETミサイル, Rubber Rubber Jet Missle): Stretches and grabs onto an enemy's body. Then, you very quickly retracts, crashing into the foe.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Bazooka (ゴムゴムのJETバズーカ, Rubber Rubber Jet Bazooka): Charges at your opponent at high speed, and delivers a very fast and very strong Gomu Gomu no Bazooka.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Axe (ゴムゴムのJET斧, Rubber Rubber Jet Axe): Stretches your leg vertically and then crashes it down on his opponent, unlike the usual version however, rather than merely smashing your foot into the enemy the speed at which it is done is so quick that rather than attacking the area directly in front of you, the Jet axe strikes several metres in length, thus increasing its range.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Whip (ゴムゴムのJET鞭[ウィップ], Rubber Rubber Jet Whip): Delivers a Gomu Gomu no Muchi, so fast, that only the slipstream is visible.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Bullet (ゴムゴムのJET銃弾[ブレット], Rubber Rubber Jet Bullet): An extremely fast, close-range punch. When attacking head-on, the stretching of the original Bullet along with the resulting snapback seem to occur almost simultaneously at once, making it virtually inescapable.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Twin Jet Pistol (ゴムゴムのツインJET銃[ピストル], Rubber Rubber Twin Jet Pistol): Punches with both arms simultaneously. Visually, the move only differs from his normal Gomu Gomu no Bazooka in that instead of doing an open palm strike, has clenched fists which leave two knuckle shaped imprints on your foe. As since the move hit so fast, the air from it really looks like you are literally firing two pistols.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling (ゴムゴムのJET銃乱打(ガトリング), Rubber Rubber Jet Gatling): Stands still, and moves your arms so fast that they become invisible, covering the enemy with punches (each with the force equal to Jet Pistol) in a mere split second. The hits land so fast that, after a volley, they seemingly connect simultaneously, while a circle of airbursts from the punches surround you. The circle resembles the many barrels of a real gatling gun. However, due to the large amounts of energy it uses, you cannot sustain it for long, although the time it is used is considerably longer than the regular gatling.
Rank Of Useage: Captain/Admiral

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Rocket (ゴムゴムのJETロケット, Rubber Rubber Jet Rocket): After grabbing onto something with stretched out arms, you instantly propels himself forward with blinding speed.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Jet Cannon (ゴムゴムのJET攻城砲 (キャノン), Rubber Rubber Jet Cannon): The time you launch your punches in order to "charge" the attack seems to be shorter and the impact, obviously, is higher in this form.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

Gear Third
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.
Note: Cannot Reach This Stage Till Commander/Captain

Gear Third (ギア3(サード), Gia 3 (Saado)) is another powerful form that is first hinted at the climax of the fight between Luffy and Blueno, and first used to knock down a steel door in Enies Lobby. It was first fully seen in Luffy's fight against Lucci. Luffy corks his mouth with his thumb, bites into his thumb joint and blows very hard into it, which inflates his arm. He is then able to transfer the air through his entire body, requiring the torso to act as an interface for his various limbs. Luffy blows so much air into his body that when they're all focused on a single limb, they become the size equivalent to (or greater than) that of a giant's. Used with his already-strong physiology, this apparently gives his arm more mass and a larger area to attack with far greater strength, but he sacrifices mobility for this strength, as his limbs are now so large that Luffy has extreme trouble moving unless in his Fuusen form. This is called Gear Three in the Viz Manga and Third Gear in the FUNimation subs.

Gear Third is generally used when raw physical strength is needed, the bones are the key difference between this form and his old "Gomu Gomu no Fuusen" move, where his balloon form was soft and squishy like a regular balloon, whereas the inflated bones are very hard, similar to an inflated car tire. Unlike the normal Gomu Gomu no Fuusen technique, bullets ricochet off of Gear Third instead of bounce off. The bones being much harder also mean a lot of compression of air takes place when using Gear Third, making Gear Third not just a 'for-show' move as Lucci initially thought, but like a giant mace of astounding mass when used in attacks. In between his attacks, Luffy brings the air back to his chest and then shifts it into another body part. The downside is, the lag time in which it takes Luffy to transfer and re-channel the amount of air trapped inside his bones through his very being can be disadvantageous. Furthermore, it is quite difficult for Luffy to move while part of his anatomy has been converted to gigantic proportions, making the Gear inadvisable to use against opponents capable of moving at high speeds (like Lucci) or in an enclosed place as he is leaving himself vulnerable to attack, which is why since his battle against Rob Lucci, Luffy tends to only activate Gear Third against massive and often slow-moving targets whom he likes to assault with his Gear Third moves coming from high above in mid-air, where the said attacks could not be obstructed. To deactivate Gear Third, Luffy leaves the form by exhaling heavily, which can cause him to be propelled backwards.

The deactivation of Gear Third brings about shrinking, which is a negative side-effect due to the massive expansion undergone prior to release. The amount of time Luffy spends in his shrunken form is roughly equivalent to the amount of time spent in Gear Third mode. This shrunken form has shown little to no ability to stretch at all, and it has been shown that Luffy loses a incredible amount of strength when he kept hitting Lucci's face to no effect. The best strategy Luffy could use, while waiting for himself to return to normal, is to run and hide from an opponent for the duration of the shrinkage. Another strategy is only using Gear Third for a few seconds for only one move so his shrinkage is minimized. His clothes shrink as well to fit his small size as it's one of the Devil Fruit's Abilities - Clothes expands or contracts according to the Devil Fruit's abilities's size. However, as of recent chapters this disadvantage has not been seen.

The known named techniques that are used by Luffy so far in this form are as follows:

* Hone Fūsen (骨風船, Bone Balloon): Inflates your body by blowing air into your bones. This is done by biting into your right thumb, presumably cutting it open down into to the bone, and then blowing air directly into the opened bone. This technique seems to give you a sturdier defense than the regular balloon, since bullets now ricochet off of you instead of bouncing off of you.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Pistol (ゴムゴムの巨人の銃(ギガント・ピストル, Rubber Rubber Giant Pistol)): Delivers a Gomu Gomu no Pistol with extremely high amounts of power due to the larger size of his fist.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Axe (ゴムゴムの巨人の斧(ギガント・アックス, Rubber Rubber Giant Axe)): A Gomu Gomu no Ono with even more power due to his enlarged foot and leg.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Whip (ゴムゴムの巨人の鞭(ギガント・ウィップ, Rubber Rubber Giant Whip)): Gomu Gomu no Muchi with more power due to his enlarged foot and leg.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Bazooka (ゴムゴムの巨人のバズーカ, Rubber Rubber Giant Bazooka): To create this attack, you inflate both your arms by biting both your thumbs and blowing into them. With both his arms inflated to large proportions, delivers then the attack onto an opponent the same way you regularly do with a normal Gomu Gomu no Bazooka attack.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Jet Shell (ゴムゴムの巨人のJET砲弾(ギガント・ジェットシェル, Rubber Rubber Giant Jet Shell)): While still in Gear Second, you go into Gear Third with Hone Fuusen. With the combination of Gear Second's speed and Gear Third's air within your bones, can launch your air filled body and rams onto an opponent like a large cannonball. This move is rather reckless as you suffer both from the excess burn on his body from Gear Second, and the difficulty of moving your body from Gear Third.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Rifle (ゴムゴムの巨人回転弾(ギガント・ライフル, Rubber Rubber Giant Rifle)): Activates Gear Third to expand one of your arms and then use it to launch a giant version of the original Gomu Gomu No Rifle at a target, drilling hard into the unfortunate target.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Stamp (ゴムゴムの巨人の印章, Rubber Rubber Giant Stamp): Activates Gear Third and expands your foot to deliver a giant version of Gomu Gomu no Stamp.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

* Gomu Gomu no Gigant Fūsen (ゴムゴムの巨人の風船, Rubber Rubber Giant Balloon): Activates Gear Third and expands your torso to create a giant version of your traditional Gomu Gomu no Fuusen. This move was strong enough to cushion the impact from a massive adversary.
Rank Of Useage: Commander/Captain

Munch-Munch Fruit
Eat,Devour,Chew,Fuse

Background:
The Baku Baku no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to eat and chew anything (aside Kairoseki) from wood to even the strongest metals. The eaten items can then be fused to turn their body into a weapon or be combined together to create something else. "Baku" is the sound of sheet metal being struck, while "Paku" is the sound of eating. Its name could also come from the phrase "baku baku tabeteru", which can be likened to "chowing down" in English. Another possible derivation is the Baku, a Japanese mythological chimera that eats nightmares. This Devil Fruit was eaten by Wapol.

Weakness:
-"Chewy" foods, like rubber, are slightly hard to swallow for the user.
-Standard Devil Fruit Weakness (Thrown In Water, or Sea Stone weapons Weaken or negate Fruit Powers)
-It's not exactly stated how long the effects the user's transformed body stay with the modifications.

Strength:
-User gains the ability to stretch open their mouths to large proportions
-Be able to eat things that would otherwise be unconsumable.
-Have the ability to turn their bodies into weapons depending on what they had eaten.

Rules:
Not allowed to devour other member's character unless they get permission to kill them

Can turn into things the user eats

Fighting Style
Devouring Frenzy: User eats whatever they want and fuse with it making them adaptable to many situations.

Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

* Wapol House (ワポルハウス, Waporu Hausu?): After one "butter sauteed cannon", one "cannon extra rare", a "cannon and gunpowder salad", and one "grilled house", user absorbs them into his body and transforms into a house complete with doors, chimney, and windows included. He also transforms his arms into cannons, the chimney is also a cannon.
Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

* Baku Baku Factory (バクバク工場(ファクトリー), Baku Baku Fakutorī?, literally meaning "Chomp Chomp Factory"): A technique in which user combines two or more different things he has swallowed to create something else.

Spring-Spring Fruit
Spring,Boing,Leap

Background:
The Bane Bane no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to turn their legs, between the user's knee's and the ankle's, into springs. "Bane" means spring. It was eaten by Bellamy the Hyena. The power of the fruit was hinted at with the state of the site where Roshio was killed. The fruit's actual power was revealed when Bellamy and his crew attacked the leaders of the Saruyama Alliance in order to steal Montblanc Cricket's gold.

Weakness:
-The user only seems to be able to propel themselves in a straight direction
-Standard Devil Fruit Weakness (Thrown In Water, or Sea Stone weapons Weaken or negate Fruit Powers)

Strength:
-Can open doors on solid objects to get by no matter what
-Can open doors to trap arms and legs and other body parts
-Can open doors on humans and other living things to immobilize them since there body is a door now they cant use there body part that's open

Rules:
Gives its user amazing jumping and bouncing power.
The user is able to launch themselves at incredible speeds in order to deliver attacks enhanced by the velocity of their momentum.
Can even break what ever he is jumping off of, shown when he split the Going Merry in half.

Fighting Style
Rocket Power: The basic concept is that Bellamy turns his legs into springs and then launches himself to attack an opponent; Bellamy heavily relies on this power for his combat style. Outside of combat purposes, the fruit's powers have been seen being used by Bellamy to jump to the top of a tower where Luffy was calling out for him. Other than that, any other uses the fruit may have outside of combat purposes are currently unknown.

Spring-Spring Fruit Powers List:
* Spring Snipe (スプリング狙撃(スナイプ), Supuringu Sunaipu?): Turning both his forelegs into springs, user launches himself directly at his opponent with a punch.
Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

* Spring Hopper (スプリング跳人(ホッパー), Supuringu Hoppā?): Using the surrounding geography like the buildings, he bounces from one spot to the next, increasing in speed with each successive spring, also disorientating opponents with the continuous sound of springing. He keeps increasing his speed to such a level that he seemingly disappears to spectators. Then he simply has to aim himself at the target and let his velocity do the rest.
Rank Of Use: Deckhand/Recruit

Ope Ope Fruit
Room, Shamble, Operation

Background:
The Ope Ope no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to create a spherical space or "room", where the user has complete control over the placement and orientation of the objects inside. "Ope" comes from the word "operation", as the space the user creates is compared to an "operating room" and the user to a surgeon. This fruit was eaten by Trafalgar Law. Its power was first seen during the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, but was not given a name or explained in any way until the Punk Hazard Arc. In the Viz Manga, it is called the Op-Op Fruit.

Weakness:
-The user of the Ope Ope no Mi can only use its powers within a specific area, so if the target moves outside the area, they are immune to its powers. -The user has to make hand gestures to use certain attacks and also cannot walk without canceling out his Room.
-A Logia's intangibility may offer some level of protection from the fruit's powers
-Haki may offer some resistance. Other than this, the Ope Ope no Mi has no other revealed weaknesses aside from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Strength:
- Can manipulate everything within a specific area, such as people, cannonballs, and ships in what was described as a "surgical" manner.
- Can also attach separated parts in any manner he sees fit
-

Rules:
Once you first start out, the area generated is pretty small.

Fighting Style
The user will typically use the devil fruit powers together with his swordsmanship, making his nodachi a "scalpel" of sorts while his or her powers are active. It was stated by Smoker that the territory generated by the user of this fruit marks the range of how long said user can strike targets from afar. The Ope Ope No Mi makes the user well-suited at fighting long-range battles, since he or she is practically at full control of an area where anything can happen for as long as his or her powers are active. The user also seems to be able to make a smaller area, circling just below his or her hand. What this technique is has yet to be determined, though seeing as how his or her Room is formed, it can be used to make a quicker Room.

Spring-Spring Fruit Powers List:
* Room (ROOM(ルーム) Rūmu?): The user creates a spherical space around his or her targets, in which he or she can manipulate anything he or she wants in a variety of ways. This was first seen used against some Marines during the escape from the Human Auction House.

* Shambles (シャンブルズ Shanburuzu?): Within the space created from Room, the user can separate anything they want into pieces with his or her sword and rearrange them to his or her likings, including people. The user can also switch the places of any object inside the space.

* Tact (タクト Takuto?): The user uses his or her ability to levitate an object within his or her Room. To use this technique, the user performs a lifting motion with his or her index finger (by pointing upwards). This technique is first seen being used against the G-5 Marines, and is powerful enough to lift a battleship and part of the river it was in, into the air.

* Scan (スキャン Sukyan?): The user scans people inside his or her Room with a sweeping motion and is capable of locating and switching the place of anything on the scanned people, selectively switching away any items they may have on their person. It was first used to steal all the Den Den Mushi from a group of G-5 Marines.

* Mes (メス Mesu?, literally meaning "Scalpel"): The user strikes his or her opponent in the chest with their bare hand, causing their heart to fly off their body, encased in a glass-like cube. This attack leaves a square shaped hole on the opponent's body where the heart was and presumably renders the victim incapable of going on in some way, since Smoker panted heavily after Law succeeded at depriving him of his heart, although it doesn't seem to kill the victim. It was first seen being used on Smoker.
