Personality:

Ten is not a battling pokemon. Mau uses him more as a lab assistant. The chatot's ability to learn and mimic human speech makes him valuable for repeating and reminding Mau of things in the lab.

Ten has mastered mimicking Mau's voice, which can sometimes be a problem. The chatot will often say the wrong things at the right time, such as a contradictory command in a pokemon battle, or something inappropriate to a fellow rocket. Mau is trying to figure out where Ten learned such language!
