Diesel looked at Altair carefully for a moment and the mask that he had taken to wearing became almost unemotional "Kai is a good friend and my guard. He can choose for himself to stand aside." he stepped forward to stand in front of Yukari "Despite your rank, you're extremely rude. I'll thank you not to speak that way to a lady." he didn't give a s**t who this man was or about God. If God had cared for any of them, Ryuta would be alive and none of this nonsense would have ever happened "Negate us from the realm of souls? If you hope to scare me into doing something, you're doing it very poorly. Your words and how rude you are to those below your rank are only making me want to do as I please."

 Altair walked carefully to Diesel and was dead infront of him staring into his eyes, "I know what you are thinking about God and you truly know nothing about God's work you simpleton. Only three people truly know what happened to Ryuta and Iokina. Yes they died in this realm, but they might exist in the fifth plane." Altair looked at some papers laying on a table next to him and picked them up. "The stability of your fraction is weak. in 18 hours we go to war with Hueco Mundo and start the first wave of cleaning. After that I will set up a flux barrier and defense so that no one with out given access may enter the soul society." Ryuta handed a royal decree to Diesel, "If you have any objections to this you can hold your tongue and waste away in your throne. I will also make the necessary arrangements for you to see the fifth plane and a tour of the void."

Don't mind him,  Kai's eyes flashed as he grabbed the hilt of his sword, enraged by this man's lack of respect for anyone. He let out a low growl that said back off. This man was going to be trouble and even though he was probably stronger than him if he even hinted that he was going to try to kill Diesel he had orders to find and kill the man before he could. He hoped he would be able to run his blade through his ignorant skull. The man was insulting his King now and how he ruled. This was going too far and thus made him say softly but firmly."You may be qualified but if you are to be the new Head Captain you fall in rank under him and you will follow orders from the king of this region as long as you are a captain of this region." he's just contemplating the best way to kill you.

"Kai!" Diesel barked, his voice stern and harsh, motioning with one hand that Kai should release his sword. He looked back at Altair "We're not ready to fight anyone. We don't have enough shinigami and we've only just begun to regain our strength." he said, his voice cold. He took the decree but then set it down on a table, ignoring it completely. Diesel had little patience for the decrees of royalty, even though he had become one "I'll not waste away in a throne because a King's place is in the battlefield, beside his men."

Altair looked at the guard, "You are a hasty little brat aren't you? Regions don't matter in this situation. If you think you can get away with ordering me and acting like this to me then you are sadly mistaking. I will not hesitate with getting rid of you." Altair then released a burst of pressure strong enough to force Kai to his knees. "The more idle time we waste the more powerful the arrancar army gains. Now understand this the arrancar only know of basic soul reaper knowledge. They are unaware of the Greek region." Altair extended his hand to Diesel. "I would at least like you to organize a mass training session."

Diesel glared at Altair, his temper rising dangerously at the way the other man was throwing his weight around "Leave Kai be! He is only doing his job." he swallowed any more words and shook Altair's hand, though it took all his patience not to squeeze "I can do that. So long as you apologize to Yukari. She did nothing to deserve being called a filthy beast." he was going to be stubborn about this because he found rudeness a disgusting thing.

Third Division Captain: Eizo Okamaru
Eizo whom was in the deep part of the chamber heard the noise and stood form his. He held his straight face as he turned the corner and only looked at the others that have just entered the chamber without his okay or knowledge "Why must everyone enter such important areas without my consent..." he said even though it was his fault for being to into his work to notice let alone hear people enter the chamber. "What files do you need?" Eizo asked as he seem to have a file in his hand the read No Unauthorized Access! in deep red color. Eizo was not pleased to see this man people in his Internal Chamber like this.

 Yukari waved a hand and gave her familiar sly smile, the first time she gave it since she arrived. "Don't trouble yourself, Diesel. This brat just doesn't know proper respect is all. It must be a pretty vile place where he comes from if he turned out like this." She wanted to hit this man so badly, but now was not the time. She needed to regain her full potential before she rids herself of such annoyances. "Now if you'll excuse us, we have a very important matter to attend. Someone of such high prestige such as yourself should be able to see why having an allied Arrancar is NOT something you'd want to turn down. Now I suggest leaving us to our business, little one. You can go run and play elsewhere~♪" She moved her wrist making a shooing motion to him. One thing Yukari was good at was getting under someone's skin, and this one was just too good to turn down.

Diesel slid a glance at Yukari, not pleased but didn't comment as he turned in a flurry of his robes. He moved to extend his hand to the Captain "My apologies, Captain. I'm Diesel Wilhelm. We're not sure what files we need and I understand how troubling it can be to have people rifling through your records." he apologized before continuing "We're looking for any information on an arrancar named Yukari. We're in need of any records having to do with a seal that may have been placed on her at one point."

Yukari let out a heavy sigh, still slightly irritated by the new Shinigami. It was rare that someone else genuinely got under her skin like this. Even so, she brushed it off, and turned to the captain, adding in on what Diesel had just said. "And as you may have just heard, I am Yukari. I'm nearly positive that your records contain information on a seal placed on me long ago. If you could find it for us, it would be greatly appreciated." Being sure to stay polite, she gave a small curtsy with her dress. At this point, she was not only trying to make a good impression on the other captains, but also trying to stay on Diesel's good side. She could tell that he wasn't in the best of moods right now, and getting into a fight with the new brat would not help either.

The curtsy threw Diesel for a moment and he blinked at Yukari, raising one eyebrow. He didn't comment though, keeping his thoughts to himself That was odd. I haven't seen anyone curtsy in a long time... suddenly he smiled Its refreshing, in a way.

Altair flash stepped to the girl and looked at her with a smile, "I am sorry madam." Then the curtsy hit his fancy, "Oh you are not Japanese var you?" Altair grabbed her hand and tapped his lips against the back of her cold hand. "You var much of grace Miss Yukari." The romanticism was cheesy and almost gag worthy. "I guess Ryuta wasn't able to fully transfer all of the wisdom to you during the ceremony no?" Altair looked over at Diesel, "Maybe something cut him short and halted his transaction. I do know the area in which Miss Yukari's seal is, but such seals var impossible to fully unlock. You will still have a limit on your abilities."

Diesel twitched slightly, almost impossible to see and coughed into his fist "No, he wasn't. Somehow getting stabbed and having his throat cut must have halted the process." he said dryly, the emotion from earlier vanishing behind the cold mask once again. "We need that seal. So we'll just have to unlock it."

Yukari glanced around, seeing Diesel raising an eyebrow and Altair complimenting her, all because she did a curtsy. She smiled and rubbed the back of her neck, slightly embarrassed. "Aha, thank you. You're flattering. Actually, my descent is mostly French. Politeness was something always taught to me, but I was a bit of a bad girl when I was alive." Yukari frowned and tilted her head down with the mention of Ryuta's death. It reminded her of Keine and how she had changed. She knew she had to save her, but it wouldn't be easy. Her head perked back up when Altair said he knew where her seal was. Now elated again, Yukari replied with a sudden eagerness. "Then...can you take us to it? I don't mind if we can't fully unlock it. I'm sill a double agent after all. Hueco Mundo has a brilliant scientist, and I might be able to have him figure out how to fully unlock the seal in time." Her hopes were high once again. Once she got her powers back, she would be that much closer to her dream.
