Arela jumped into the shallow part of the beach splashing water everywhere. "I love the water Anna, don't you?" she shouted to Anna. Arela stuck her head in under the water and moving started to "doggy paddle" around the water. As she was under the water she saw a small fish swim by and she caught it with her teeth. She came out of waded through the water back on the beach to put the fish down bedside Anna's feet. "Here I got you a fish instead of a rabbit."

Anna watched as Arela plopped the fish that she had caught for her. Anna was so grateful, she couldn't stop her stomach from growling as the fish sat in front of her. Anna looked up at Arela and said, "Really, this is for me? I mean i can catch my own food." Anna sat down in front of the fish pondering why Alera was so different from her. She though she was a normal cub. But maybe because of her past she was different. Anna wished she knew why.....

Arela looked over at the cub, "Of course this is for you. I owe you food remember." Arela jumped back in the water to find herself a nice fish. She saw a small one swimming about and caught them with her teeth to bring back to shore. She trotted towards Anna to eat with her. She started tearing the small fish apart and boy did it taste good. She looked over at Anna with mouth full and asked,"You like fish?"

Anna sat there starring out into the sun as Alera dived back under. She saw her come back with her own fish. Slera said, "You like fish?" Anna looked up startled by Alera. Anna turned towards her and said, "Yeah, I like fish a lot." she took a huge bite out of her fish. Her stomach calmed as the fish settled in. It felt so good to have her stomach halfway decent. Anna finished her fish in another gulp, leaving just the bones. Anna sat back down and started staring out as the sun started dipping below the horizon. As it did the sky lit up redish orange, such a beautiful shade. Anna turned towards Alera as she finished her fish and said, "Well Alera is there anything else you wished to do this fine day. As you can see the sun is setting such beautifully and if you wouldnt mind coming with me i was thinking about a nice stroll along the beach, what do you think?" Anna cocked her head to the side waiting for her reply.....

This cub Anna was quite different then any other she had met before. Anna had relaxed some but she still seemed very tense. "Yes Anna lets go for a stroll." Arela starting walking off."Anna I have never seen you before where is your den at?"

Anna started getting up until Arel asked her where her den is. Anna froze, unsure what to, or even to tell her where it was. Anna's mind raced with all the possibilities. Then she landed on one. If she never trusted anyone no way would she have friends. Anna gave in turning towards Arela and saying, " It's over this way," she pointed with her nose, "if you want i can take you to it. Its not that far." Anna started walking again very slowly if Arela said she did want to go. not caring for either answer, Anna sat down and waited.....

Arela looked over at Anna as she stoped walking. She could tell that Anna was uncomfortable with telling her about her den. This cub must trust no one. She must have either lead a hard life or suffered a misfortune. I better take it easy with the questions and just make her have fun with me. Arela thought to herself. "That is ok Anna. We can finish our stroll and maybe another time you can show me your den." Arela began to walk by the shore again. She watched as a crab crawled by. She ran over and picked it up with her teeth bringing it back to show Anna. "Look at this thing Anna! Isn't it interesting!"

Anna was so relieved when Arela didn't want to see her den, she didn't know what she would have told her sister when she arrived. Arela ran off; Anna sat down in the sand and sighed, today had been such a big day. She made her first friend beside her sister, she had had fun for the first time in months. Anna looked up as Arela came up to Anna with crab in her mouth. Anna hadn't seen many of these before in her life and this crab was the biggest ever! Anna inched her way towards the crab. Anna stuck her paw out and poked the crab, trying to get a reaction, and she did.....

The crab pinched Anna when she poked it. Anne had the strangest look on her face after it did. it was so funny that Arela dropped the crab and started in a fit of laughter.

Anna gasped as the crab pinched her! She leaped back in shock and pain. Her paw was throbbing. As the crab pinched her paw she yelped, spun around to face the crab and growled at it. Anna watched as it slinked away from them. Anna watched as Arela rolled around in a laughing fit. Anna turned towards her and said, "Hey, its not that funny!" and leaped onto Arela pinning her on her back. Anna then collapsed on Arela laughing as she saw her face. She had this screwed up face as she tried not to laugh, but wanted to at the same time. It had her cheeks puffed out and her nose all crinkled up. Anna rolled off Arela to make sure she wasn't squishing her. Anna laughed and laughed as Arela.....

Arela was so happy to see that Anna was laughing. It seemed that she truly enjoyed herself even though she had been pinched. She then looked at Anna's paw and licked it to make it feel better. That is what her mother usually did for her. "I have been pinched by them lots of times! That is why I hold them from their backs so they can't get to me. They are quite fun to play with. My mom can crack them open and eat them on the inside. I think that is gross though."

Anna rolled onto her side to look at Arela as she talked about being pinched and eating crabs. She wondered if she had a mother if she would have been taught how to do that. Anna turned towards Arela and said, "Is there anything else you would like to do today?" Anna decided if Arela wanted to see her cave she would definetly be allowed to. She would never get any further in this friendship if she didn't. Anna waited for her answer....

I think it is too late to do anything tonight. I better get home to my mom soon. It is getting pretty dark and there is not much else to do. But I have an idea! How about we meet up tomorrow back here at the beach?! Then we can do all sorts of things.
(we can either end the rp here and make the next meeting a new RP. So that way we can turn this one in to the contest for prizes OR we can continue the meeting in this thread. Which do you want to do? Does not matter to me)

Anna looked at Arela and said, "ok we meet up her at the beach tomorrow. I will try and get my sister to come along with me, but she is usually out." Anna ran up to Arel licked her on the nose and ran away. As she was running she stopped and turned back to Arela and said, "This was one of the best days of my life thanks to you." and dissapeared through the bushes.
(i think we should start it up in a new thread cause i would like to enter this in the rrp contest for the month.)

Arela felt Anna lick her nose then run off. She told Arela that it had been a good day because of her and she was happy. Arela started to walk off in the direction of her den. Her mother was going to be furious when she got back. However, she would not mind cause now she had a new friend and was excited about the day to come.
(I will start the next rp and I guess this is the end of this one ^_^)
