Forte peered in between the two-leggers, over their shoulders getting a better look at what was going on. She watched in amazement what they were doing. This was her first festival at night, and she couldn't believe she was missing out on something so magical like this. She would have to bring her daughter to see this sometime.
Forte glanced back at the stallion who had followed her. He didn't seem bored, so she looked back at the two leggers, and they probably stood there for a good hour watching, before things started to slow down.

After a while the dancers began to slow, their hypnotic dance coming to an end. The fire still puffed out colouful smoke, which lingered around in a haze before drifting into the air in coloured swirls.
"Its breath-taking, isnt it?" Firefly said to the mare. "Some of these festivals really do have amazing things in them"

Forte had to nod in agreement. She couldn't believe that it had ended. It felt like it had just started. But there wasn't much they could do about it. Even though the dancing ended, the festival continued, the two leggers would cook food, and eat, and some music played in the back ground.
Forte took no shame as she ducked around some of the people, and she looked for some food to munch on. "Lets see if we can get some food, before the night ends."

Firefly hadnt noticed how hungry he was, and getting some food sounded like a pretty good idea right now. He nodded in agreement and followed after Forte, nudging his way through the crowd, heading towards the smell of cooking food. Perhaps his two legger had saved something nice for him.

It wasn't hard for the horses to find food. The two leggers really enjoyed having the horses around. And they were giving them some little nibblets of the roasted corn and other greens. Taking some of the corn, she brought it over to the larger stallion, and she offered it to him.

Firefly happily munched on the food given to him by various two leggers, accompanied by pats and being fussed over. He noticed the mare offering him some corn, and gladly accepted it. He thanked her and smiled. With all the food he had been given, his hunger was satisfied in no time.

After eating, the night seemed to go by quickly, and the two leggers were slowly vanishing from around the now smaller fire. Forte could feel herself getting tired now, and had started to slow down. She glanced around, her two legger had been starting to gather her stuff and was starting to say her goodbyes.
Forte looks up at the stallion and she smiled a little. "Looks like the night is coming to an end."

The fire was beginning to die down, and two leggers were starting to depart for the night. "It seems so", Forte replied. He could see that she was getting tired, and noticed that he himself was beginning to get drowzy too. He smiled back at the mare. "I had fun with you. I hope your two-legger will bring you to more festivals. Its never enough to just go to one".
Firefly looked around and saw that his two-legger had gathered the stuff that she had brought along, and seemed to be ready to leave after saying goodbye to the others she was around.
