Gorillaz Geek I do not know what happened to the old spongebob, it just died a while when they made the spongebob movie. Here are my opinions on the characters: Spongebob: I liked when he was actually really funny, when they try to make the whole show funny, they just kill it. Patrick: Patrick is the same, more annoying though Squidward: The same squid Plankton: Died Mr. Krabs: Boring Sandy the Squirrel: She got annoying, ALOT more annoying I have to agree. I still like patrick being that he has no sense in anything.

last time i saw it (last year) i was watching like a new episode i guess cause i was bored and i was like what is this crap
i loved the first episodes like those early ones now its all a bunch of bull crap! stressed

MusicandSouthPark last time i saw it (last year) i was watching like a new episode i guess cause i was bored and i was like what is this crap i loved the first episodes like those early ones now its all a bunch of bull crap! stressed It was good until the movie, the movie was good, but everything else sucked. I call the GOOD spongebob BM (before movie).

SpongeBob was the Best! They actually had jokes that made me laugh other then the new loud, gross spongebob. -_-
ever since the 3rd season they went down. I loved when Spongebob and squidward were on strike, or when squirward lost his job. Those were my favorites. why cant they have that anymore instead of them beign imamture lil ****ers

Like one or two of the stuff in the new episode can make me laugh but when I watch them I usually start to think about how it would be more cool if the episode was a old one-but one I hated was the one where he was a jellyfish-He was naked!!!!

Oh yeah! I forgot some other stuff too:
-The show has no plot, AT ALL.
-The jokes are as stale as month-old bread, if not more.
-The animation sucks.
I can't name the rest on the spot, but honestly, this is why I hate Spongebob, always have, and always will. Honestly, I feel REALLY sorry for Tom Kenny; I love that guy because he voices one of my favourite characters; Transformers Animated Starscream. How he can tolerate voicing Spongebob without his voice giving out from that stupid squeaky make-your-ears-bleed voice baffles me. Sometimes I wonder if he eats toothpaste with toast for breakfast and drinks mouthwash with every meal.

I used to crack up and genuinely think the show was funny. Now it's just kind of... bland. I don't really like the new episodes at all.

I was actually excited to see Clash of Triton. Too bad it was so disappointing. Family drama with gods. Boring. I was expecting a truly evil non-pathetic character. Plankton's just sad anymore.

omg, spongebob is my least favorite cartoon, EVER. I agree with everything Other Winged Knight said, and add that the art is ugly. I watch cartoons a lot of times for the art involved...spongebob is ugly. I don't think it's funny when his face mutates into something else, or gets cut in half, and it's even less funny when he pulls down his pants. How is that funny? How is that good for kids to watch? spongebob can be super inappropiate sometimes. i'm surprised it isn't PG by now. hate that sponge, HATE IT. the sponge, for a few years, reigned supreme, starving all other shows of any attention or merchandising whatsoever. I blame it for killing off Danny Phantom. mad

It shouldn't have continued because, quite frankly, it would be like spongebob, getting worse and never ending.

New Spongebob episodes... Not much to say that hasn't been said already. They all suck. I barely even bother to watch the new ones anymore. I think the last one I even bothered to watch was Truth or Square and that was just.... I have no idea how to even describe the weirdness that it was... I swear the writers were on drugs when they made that. The first song gave that impression and in addition to that there was the whole creeper Krabs thing. That special was what officially killed it for me.
