The safety bars came up and Llujah sprinted out of the coaster car, wings flapping away and tail twitching furiously. He giggled hysterically as he waited for Pippin to get out. As he did, Llu ran over and wrapped his arms around the boy in a hug and broke away with a jump, swishing his skirt around. "Yeah! Wasn't it soooo fun? I've never been on that one before and it was awesome!" He smiled happily and he ran over, grabbing Pippin's hand, before dashing off again with the boy in tow.
Llujah ran excitedly out to the plaza with Pippin and stopped abruptly in the middle. He looked around with wonder at the other rides that the two could ride together. There were many food and game stands around the plaza as well, and they all looked tempting. Llu looked at Pippin. "What do you wanna do, Pippin?"

Pippin laughed lightly as he twirled, it seemed that people enjoyed twirling him a lot as Vali had done it several times. He blushed lightly as he was set down and looked up at Llu with an embarrassed grin before speaking again, "I don't care, whatever you want to do is fine with me." he reassured the other, mildly paranoid of picking something the girl would find no enjoyment in what-so-ever. He was always worried his interests strayed from that of other children.
He looked around at all of the rides, not as intimidated by most of them anymore now that he had experienced a rather large one. It was now only spinning that made him a bit nervous, he didn't want to get sick at least. "If you wanna play games sometime I can get money from my mother." he added with a small nod, he was aware at even a young age how his mother did have a good amount of money, and he was willing to share what she would give him.

Llujah's eyes widened at the mention of games and money to play said games. His mouth broadened into a wide grin and he bounced up and down on his toes. "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yessss! I want to go and play some games! Like, um..." Llu turned around on the spot, surveying all of the options here in the plaza. There were so many fun looking stands... His sight landed on a brightly lit arcade. Arcades meant video games, which Llujah prided himself in being sufficient at. He turned to Pippin and pointed in the direction of the arcade. "Let's go there! And yeah... If you could get, like, some money from your mama, that'd be good." As he bounced on his toes, the spawn felt the jingle of money in his skirt pocket. ...Well, Pippin was offering, wasn't he? Llu couldn't pass up that bargain!
Llu pulled a lock of hair behind his ear, being mindful of his horns. He looked around and then turned to Pippin again. "So, uh, where is your mama?"

Pippin nodded lightly, he knew his mother wouldn't mind one bit. She was always giving him things to make him happy, and in return he thanked her what seemed like a million times and showed her lots of love. He pointed to a nearby bench where the beautiful young woman sat with a gentle smile on her face, "She's right over there, I'll go get some from her." he said, trotting over to his mother.
"Mother, may I have some coins so my new friend and I can play games together?" he asked politely as always. He certainly knew his manners, and his mother smiled gently as she replied, "Oh, you made a friend dear? That's wonderful! Here, of course you can." the woman leaned over to kiss Pippin's forehead, "Now you have fun sweetheart." she said with that voice as smooth as honey as she handed over quite a few coins. The woman liked to toss her money around, but they never seemed to run out so it had to be okay.
Pippin grinned and ran back to where Llujah stood, "Mmkay, she gave me some money. What do you wanna play first?" he asked, rather excited after seeing the fun-looking machines with all of the flashing colors.

Llujah bounced happily and swished his tail back and forth as Pippin retrieved the money from his mother. His eyes followed Pippin to see what his mother looked like, and as his friend got the money, Llu could see that Pip's mother was pretty. Not as pretty as his mama, but still pretty. The spawn was pulled out of his thoughts by Pip's return. He smiled at his friend. "Oh yeah. Come on, let's go find a good game that we can both play!" Llu grabbed Pippin's and headed over to the arcade.
When the pair got inside the dark building filled with bright colors, Llu scanned the area for a game built for two. He meandered a bit before spying a Dance-Dance-Revolution game that was vacant. Better yet, it had two dance pads! Llu grinned at Pippin and twirled his skirt. "Wanna go play DDR?" Without waiting for a reply, he ran over to the game and hopped on one of the dance pads. This game was so fun, Llu bet it would be even more fun with Pippin with him!

Pippin allowed himself to be pulled over to the arcade without a fuss, and had to restrain himself from jumping up with excitement at the mention of the game. He still remembered playing it with Cody when he was younger. Due to the memories he giggled slightly, nodding his head in agreement with the game, "Yeah! I'd love to, that game is super fun!" he hopped over onto the pad with Llu and looked right below the screen where you place the money.
Reaching into his pocket the boy pulled out six quarters, enough for both of them to play and inserted them into the slots until the credits were counted. He then placed the remaining quarters on a ledge of the game, not wanting the jingling to distract him while he was playing.
"I'm okay at this game, but I bet you're better." he admitted with a laugh. The screen came up, Pippin chose two players, and then came the long, colorful list of songs to choose from. "You can choose the song!" he said in a chipper manner, figuring it was ladies first after all.

Llujah smiled happily as Pippin entered the coins into the machine and it hummed and glowed to life. He began to scroll through the options, denying most of the songs that came up on the screen. Finally, he came upon one of his favorite songs: "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga. He grinned from ear to ear and pointed to the screen. "Yeah! This one! I love this song!"
Llu selected the song and the game began. He concentrated on the screen intensely and as the little arrows came onto the screen with the song, he tapped the corresponding arrows on the dance pad. He was getting a fairly high score.
The spawn smiled at Pippin. "Isn't this game fun? Have you played it before?"

Pippin nodded at the song, one of approval as he bounced on his heels waiting for it to start. He looked carefully at the screen, watching the arrows float by and stepping, attempting to coordinate himself. It took all the young boy's concentration to keep his eyes on his own side and not try to compare their scores, "Yeah, I've played with my friend Cody once. He wasn't very good though." a quick laugh from the headwinged boy as he continued to 'dance' to the beat of the Gaga song.
"Like I said, you're better than me, but I love this game." it seemed Pippin was getting better at multitasking, managing to keep up conversation and play at the same time without missing too many points due to clumsy footing.
"Have you played for a long time?" he inquired, always curious.

The song continued and Llujah bit his lip in concentration as he tapped the dance pad in sync to the song and the arrows. His tail swished back and forth in time to the tempo and his wings fluttered rhythmically. He smiled at Pippin beside him. "I'm pretty good, but that's because I have a bunch of practice. You're doing as good as me!" He pointed to the two scores on the screen. The numbers were very close.
Llujah smiled and giggled at bit at Pippin's query. "Yeah, I have! My mama got us a DDR game a while back and I play it all the time. My mama is so good at this game! She loves video games!" He grinned and looked back to his game. It was slightly obvious that Llu had inherited his gaming love from his Eilian mother.

Pippin's mouth formed a grin, slightly proud of how well he really was doing at the game, "Thanks, maybe I'll see if mother will buy it for me. She might like to play too, and then I can get really good at it." The idea struck the boy as amusing as he tapped away at the colored arrows. After a moment the song ended and Pippin let out a long sigh, "Man, that's tiring." he admitted, leaning on the back bar of the game and watching as their scored flickered onto the screen.
Both scores were roughly the same, Llu coming out a bit higher in the end but that was no problem. Pippin had actually rather expected it. "You did really good." he complimented politely, just as his mother had always told him to. He looked at Llu, offering a light smile that was reflective of his mother though he shared no blood with her.

The song ended and Llu bent over, hands on his knees, trying to regain his breath. Dance Dance Revolution was fun, but boy, was it a workout! He sighed and chuckled, standing upright again and smiling at Pippin. He then turned to the screen. The two scores were indeed close, but his was slightly higher than that of Pippin's. He giggled. "It is tiring, but fun!" The Greed spawn turned to his friend and enveloped him in a hug. "Thanks for playing with me!" He released his friend and giggled girlishly, motioning Pippin to follow him. "Come on! Let's see what other games we can play!"
He rushed out of the arcade and looked around. He turned his eyes up to the sky. The sun was slowly making it's descent down over the horizon as the day was coming to an end. They had been playing for a longer time than Llu thought. He turned back to Pippin. "It's getting kind of late, huh?"

Pippin blushed lightly at the huh. The only two people who really hugged him were his mother and Vali, so it was strange coming from anyone else but he embraced it none the less. After wrapping his arms tightly around the other he pulled away, a sideways grin on his face. "Yeah, no problem. Thanks for wantin' to play." though he wasn't the most social, he did appreciate the bit of attention he received from Llu.
As Llu looked up at the sky Pippin joined him, gazing upwards, "Yeah, I guess it is." his smile turned into a slight frown, obviously disappointed because he knew they should be going home. "Do ya wanna play some other time? My mother can give you our phone number and you can call..." the humility boy offered, hoping the offer would be taken. It seemed whether he liked it or not he was becoming more social with at least a few people.

Llujah grinned at the idea of playing with Pippin another time. He was so fun and nice! He twirled his skirt and wagged his tail in approval. "Sure! I like playing with you! I'll give you my home number!" Llu dug into his pockets, trying to find a pencil or pen and some paper. When he found none, he ran over to a food stand and grabbed a napkin. He borrowed a pen from the vendor and hastily scribbled his home phone number on it. He gave the pen back to the vendor and ran back over to Pippin, handing him the napkin. "There's my number. You can call me and we can play again!" He smiled and grabbed Pippin's hand. "Let's find your mama now."
With that, Llu started of through the park, looking for Pippin's mother. He forgot what she looked like, but he was sure that Pippin would point her out when they found her. As he searched, he recognized the voice of his own mother. Belinda was sitting on a bench a little ways away. Llujah smiled and waved, then turned to Pippin. "That's my mama. She's super pretty and nice. Let's find yours now."
