"Devastating. I'm better now though." He tried to act casual, despite his words. "want to train together? Your pokemon and mine can actually fight. I have a younger pokemon, Skye can play with. one without many moves." he was thinking about shadow, the annoying one. More annoying then Swiftwing was, and that was saying a lot.
"No thanks. I'm only interested in a little scaring" he shrugged and floated up a few feet into the air.

Cal smirked, "A battle sounds nice. I hope it won't be like our first battle." She picked Skye up from Shade's head and patted Shade. "I want to see this younger pokemon." She stroked Skye's head.
Skye squirmed in Cal's grasp but quickly gave up. ["You should scare Cal then..."] He pouted as Cal petted him.

"Alright, but I warn you, he's routy." Panther opened his ball and released his routey pokemon, a gasly who crackled and floated around investigating the new girl by floating around and then licked the ivysaur.
"Hi!"
Shade shook his head. "What is he doing out here?"

Blossom was shocked by the sudden lick from the Gastly. "Hey! What was that for?" She threateningly waved her vines in the air in his direction.
Cal laughed at Ivysaur and the Gastly. "You two play nice now, ok?" She smiled putting Skye down to go meet the Gastly. "What's his name?"
Skye sat on the ground next to Shade. "Who's he? He was very amused that the new pokemon had already started to annoy Blossom.

"You taste like pollen! Such a tasty gas! He stick his tongue on her flower, trying to get more."
"Shadow, cut it out before I punch you!" Panther threatened uselessly. Next was enlisting Shade's help.
Hearing the tone in panther's voice he stopped and then spotted the small, pokemon. he floated over and gave Skye a good lick too. "Hi! I'm Shadow! you are the bluest pichu I've ever saw!"
Shade put a paw to it's face, closing it's eyes in an expression of pain.

Blossom was ready to spray him her poison powder but she realized she couldn't move. "Hey! What did you do to me?!"
Cal bent town to Blossom's level, "Hm... Seems like he paralyzed you. But was it on purpose or on accident?" She snicked, spraying Blossom with a Paralyze Heal. "There, all better, but watch yourself! I don't have too many of these things." Cal stood back up and looked at Panther, "Can you actually punch a ghost pokemon?"
Skye stroked his blue tail. "Thank you! I'm Skye and you're the greenest Gastly I've ever seen! He looked Shadow up and down, then to Shade. "What's wrong?

"No... but believe me, I've tried. Well, you actually can, but it usually invokes more laughter then anything, cause it simply, doesn't hurt. But evil intent works a little. They respond to emotion, so... threats actually work better then physical attacks." his face fell blank. "Not that I thought much about it before."
He then realized her pokemon was actually paralyzed from the lick of affection. "Oh, I doubt he tried to do that."
"I'm green! mwahaha! I'm pretty cool huh. All the other gasly are purple, but I'm green." He practically shouted.
Shade shook his head more. "No self restraint at all."

"I need to know about them." She nudged Panther with her elbow and gave him a sly smile. "I may be getting a ghost pokemon one day!" She patted Blossom on her head, "I've taken a liking to Shade, he's pretty cool."
Blossom snuggled into the caress of Cal's hand, glad that Shadow had his attention on Skye.
Skye winced at the sudden loudness of the Gastly's voice, "I like both colors! I think green suits you and Purple suits Shade." He lowered his voice so that only Shade could hear him, "Is he always like this?"

"Ghosts are pretty useful. I like that they move right through walls. But they take a lot of patients, especially Shadow." he glanced at the green gasly. "Shade is a good pokemon he listens pretty well. I'm not sure why."
Shade nodded. "Yes, usually worst."
Shadow floated right up to sky and licked him. "You are all blue! Cheer up!"

Cal pondered this, two unruly pokemon was just what she needed. She sighed and rolled her eyes, "Maybe I'll deal with Skye first. Get him on a good basis with me." She crossed her arms thinking about a possible solution to his attitude problem.
Skye tried to push Shadow's tongue back in his mouth, "EW! Don't lick me, that's gross!" He shivered and turned to Shad, "No offence..."

"Yeah, likely a good idea. One unruly pokemon is more then enough at a time." he glanced at his own. "So are we gonna start that battle? It seems they have introduced themselves."
Shadow just grinned wider. "It's not gross."
"None taken." Shade shrugged. He never had the annoying habit that the younger ghost did. He found it rather annoying as well. "You have full permission to zap him."
"What? Why do I get zapped?"

"Ok, I'll go take my place" She walked a few paces in the clearing between the water and the trees. Blossom followed like a loyal puppy, but Skye stayed where he was, talking to Shade and Shadow.
"It's very gross." He stuck his tongue out at him, turning his small body and ran to meet Cal. He called out from where Cal and Blossom were, "I plan to shock him!" He smirked and wagged his small blue tail.

Panther walked in the other direction widening the space out a bit and gaging a good ring size. 'You two fallow me!"
Shade listened and fallowed after landing in front of his human in battle position, thinking he was gonna fight again.
"Not you shadow, over here. you are battling!' Panther called.
Shadow got a confused look on his face but fallowed gasses swishing about him. He was fighting. what a rarity this was. "I'm gonna win!" he challenged the pichu, grinning.

Cal smiled, "Maybe next time Shade." She shooed Skye to from her side and had him stand in front of her. "Give it your all!" She hoped that he would try with all his little might.
Skye sparked with excitement, "Oh just you wait! I'll show you!" His tail twitched with anticipation as he focused on Shadow.

Panther grinned at the sparky pichu. It looked ready to go. Ashes and it's bound had certainly strengthened. it was time to test that strength. "Alright, Shadow, start this off with confuse ray."
Shadow grinned, as he liked the move. He sent out a beam of confusion at the little pichu.
