Yes she's very childish but the pixl queen was a young girl that her farther *kinda* experimented on and made the pixl queen. I think that she was the pixl queen at one point in time, the other story that Mimi has is that she was a experiment of a witch. I think that after the pixl queen got killed 1500 year ago, the witch brought the soul of the pixl queen back but she had no memories of her past life, but still had some of her past powers. And that's the Mimi we know and love.
I don't think it's the Shadow queen, wrong time and place.
It's not Dimentio I'm pretty sure he's just the author Dark Porgnosticus. I don't think this is true one bit, but Dimentio could be the older brother of the pixl queen. (If you remember that the son didn't die.) Who knows how old he really is.
It may be Shadoo but we don't have enough info to back that up. Precisely. I mean, we can only guess on Mimi, and Dimentio. I'm about 100% certain Dimentio wrote the Dark Prognisticus (which is why he knows it so well), and made Count Bleck (indirectly) read it. O'Chunks is too simple, and we also know he was a soldier. Nastasia is "supposedly" a bat that Blumiere saved. And we all know about Count Bleck. Shadoo, well I never liked Shadoo, so it doesn't have my support. mrgreen Mimi, however, is crazy enough to do it. She's quite cunning, and posesses enough power to carry it out. And the story did say that a little girl died, and was reborn as the Pixl Queen. Also, Pixls are somewhat mechanical, and, when you fight Spider Mimi, and you flip to 3-D, she has cogs inside her. I'ma go with the first one. :b And Super Mario Wiki does kinda suck on this subject, but they may not want to ruin it for people who find their way in who haven't played it. :/
