The PC will keep track of your Hall of Fame completion time. Don't believe me? Well then just go ahead and check and then when you can take a photo or something do so.
Not true: the game now states the date and time you last completed the Elite Four, but not the game time elapsed since beginning the game.

In the old games I just ran through with Feraligatr as my only pokemon the rest were meat shields. That way I can take down all the elite four with one pokemon. However 14 hours is hard to beat if you even it out. My highest was around 10 hours. After that it got tougher. Then when I got to Diamond I said screw it and started collecting ribbons and EV training. Since I collected almost all the pokemon from Fire Red, Leaf Green, Emerald, and so on. My pokedex was up to....455 pokemon in total by the time I emptied my boxes. >.> Most of the missing pokemon were event pokemon like mew and darkrai. I found a way to get Celebi without cheating if you would like to hear. You need Emerald for this.

I hope you're not talking about the false rumor about the small chance of finding Celebi on one of the routes in Emerald... It's a lie! Like the cake!

That's weird. The older ones did that. I assumed it did, but I figured people could just go check themselves. It's kinda a bummer. I don't remember the last pokemon that didn't tell you your game time when you conquer the Elite 4.

Pokemon Soul Silver time with Feraligatr: 32 hours 39 minutes. I just beat Red look at the time after beating him. I can do better.

For HG/SS, anyway.

As for me, it took me 14 hours and 38 minutes to beat the Elite Four, while refraining from using the Red Gyara and Lugia. I used a balanced team of five trained Pokémon, and one untrained meat shield.

I'll post up the time for beating Red, once I get there.

Team levels, after the challenge: Ampharos (Lv. 42), Noctowl (Lv. 34), Ursaring (Lv. 33), Miltank (Lv. 35), Quagsire (Lv. 41), and Typhlosion (Lv. 39). Ursaring was untrained, and was a replacement for a level 32 Weepinbell.

I can speed kill Diamond and Pearl's Elite 4. Also, I think Pearl and Diamond are the best overall because it's one of the biggest Pokemon games ever (you can catch 400 out of the 493 current Pokemon).

I think it shows the time on the back of the trainer card under "Hall of fame Debut"
for some reason it says 0:21 under the date i got in the Hall of Fame

so I am to assume i beat the elite four in 21 minutes of game time? thats impossible >.< then again they were easy the first time i went through them lol
If it's wrong then i assume the time it took me to get to the elite four and beat them would probably be about about 5-10 hours since they are easy the first time but harder after getting Kanto unlocked >.<

My current play time is 94:26 lol

I beat the Elite four the first time with:

Typhlosion lvl 52
Machamp lvl 53
Ho-Oh lvl 46 (i don't think i even used it at all lol)
Dragonite lvl 57
Weavile lvl 55
and Electivire lvl 66 (my sweeper in case my team got KO'd lol)
