If it's a trip that might deal damage or alert someone, kind of yes. But otherwise no, don't worry about it.

What if it's a trip that may cause a different kind of external effect. For example, what if you're trying to infiltate a nobleman's house, your talking to someone elegantly while in disguise and then you trip. If you fall, your cover would be blown.
