Ume's jaw dropped, WHAT??! HER Ed was after a -MAN-!? She gave an indignant Gasp at the very THOUGHT! "Man stealing short s**t little negaverse b*****d!" She snarled and her Hand flew back to her pin. "UN HAND ED! BAD BLOOD!!" She flicked her needles towards the pair, she'd just have to Kiss Ed and make it better once she got that little b*****d off him, yes, lots of kissing, she blushed at the very thought.
Woah...did... he sparkle? Ok there were times that he was surprised that Schee...er...Dem... hell either of them didn't glow in the dark from the number of times he'd chewed on glow sticks. Maybe Ed just... really liked glitter. No shame in that, he liked -pandas after all. Maybe that could be small talk...people did small talk right??
Holyshit... was he reaching for... HE WAS! His face flushed like a proverbial school girl who'd never been kissed. "I...uh..." He stammered finding that his vocabulary seemed to have passed out.
Keeanu Reeves had it right when he said "Woah".
At least till the little red dart scored his cheek, that was irritating for a moment, but there were FAR more important things to worry about. Like it seemed that Ed was hungry...poor Ed. Demy was always hungry too he could swear it... one bite couldn't hurt right?

Man stealing?
REALLY?!
"MuCephei!"
Pegasus' voice sounded more like a mild scolding than an actual attempt to revive her teammate, looking a little startled as the pinpricks of red shot past her field of vision. Well... the ends justified the means, she supposed. As long as she attacked the cardian, she could snap her out of it later. The senshi of dreams didn't exactly mind that the lieutenant was in the direct line of fire either, although that part weighed slightly more on her mind -- he hadn't exactly done anything. Or he hadn't exactly done anything she'd seen. Which kind of made her feel guilty. He seemed like kind of a pathetic little thing.
Ilie, on the other hand, was a much more formidable foe. Pegasus' eyes flashed another wave of irritation at the green girl before returning them to the task at hand. Which was... trying to keep two apparently-smitten teenagers away from this... rather disgusting heartthrob.
"Dream Kinesis!"
Keeping the orb on the smaller end was an unusual tactic for her attack -- usually the bigger they were, the harder they hit. Trying to hit one thing and avoid another? Not her forte. But at the moment, it seemed the only option. Launching a soft-ball sized sphere, she aimed it as best she could at the Cardian, thinking, not for the first time during this fight, about how ridiculous this all was.
"Hey you big... beautiful ... whatever you are," she started, her voice jarring as she tried not to wince and groan with every word, "You're my teammate's... man... unhand that... other man."

Edtard seemed transfixed by the cut that appeared on Zinkenite’s cheek, staring at it for several long seconds before he seemed to recall that someone else had caused said cut. Looking to the side, he spied the angry, raven-haired beauty. The possibility that she might be jealous warmed that cold place inside of him ever so faintly, kindled the tiniest flame. His lips twitched faintly into what might have mistaken for a smile – Edtard was still far too depressed to truly smile – and offered MuCephei a look full of promise before he lowered his luscious lips to Zinkenite’s neck and-
-was rudely interrupted by a hit to his side. He clutched his side and hissed, giving her a look that was a potent mixture of sorrow, confusion, and anger. Why would she hit him and then try to talk to him? Was she trying to deny him the company and companionship his empty heart longed for? She must like all the other he had known in his long, miserable life: a plain person, jealous of his good looks, but unable to comprehend the pain of his desolate soul.
Well, he had no sway over such heartless types, and could only do as he had always done: suffer silently and trod on through life. Allowing himself a lingering last look on the pleasing boy, he made his way towards the more understanding of the skirted girls, one hand still pressed to his injured side. Perhaps one as she, made radiant by her obviously gentle soul, would take pity on him and persuade her… companion to leave them be.

((sorry to be so slow! I keep cracking up every time I try and post))
"You -hurt- him!" Mucephi said distressed and moved to comfort poor poor Ed. That -look-. so full of almost smiles, she just KNEW she could make him smile and comfort the hurt away. "It's ok! Your safe from that -nasty- nega!" She beamed and gazed at him with a blush lingering on her cheeks. Poor poor unloved soul... all he needed was a little attention.
-
"H...HEY!" Zink blinked and looked aghast when he was abandoned. Oh come ON...he was just... and then... He didn't actually LIKE that mini skirted MINX did he?!
"Who's a man stealer you... you corset waisted TROLLIP!" He fumbled in his pockets and fished out, of all the less than intimidating things, a wooden slingshot that looked like it had been cobbled together in a back yard and a little black and white 'pellet'
"Put THIS in your pipe and smoke it!" He snapped and launched a smoke pellet at the senshi.

[GMing Pegasus, I guess]
The senshi of Dream fell back a few steps at the Cardian's approach, and raised her hands as if to begin another attack; yet, no one had been hurt yet, so she did nothing, holding her power in stasis instead.
[Holy, you're up!]

Edtard had a problem. It was a serious problem, one of nearly cataclysmic proportions: he had to make a choice. The problem with Edtard having to make a choice, especially one as difficult as the one that was facing him, was that it required thinking. Sure, Edtard had the capability to think, but most his thoughts revolved only around that which was essential to survival: angst, food/blood, self-loathing, looking good, and a handful of depressing thoughts (for variety). His typical experiences with thinking would not do him any good in this situation, much to his dismay.
Why would they put him in such a difficult situation? Why did he have to choose? They should be happy that his hard, hidden heart had opened enough for him to show an inkling of interest in them. Didn’t they understand that in his fragile state of mind their selfish actions might make him seal himself off forever? After being alone for so long, how could they possibly expect him to choose?
In the end, Edtard made the choice to make no choice. With a shrug of his shoulders he simply continued on to his earlier goal: MuCephei. Raising a strong, well-formed, milky hand to stroke her elegant neck, he gave an almost apologetic look in Zinkenite’s direction, before allowing his piercing eyes to dart towards Pegasus, indicating that any fault lay with her. Then he bent down slightly, mimicking a movement he had done earlier, but that hopefully this time would go uninterrupted.

How -romantic- was the thought currently going through MuCephi's mind, true love found its way after all, it was like a -dream- those eyes, that face. She just knew she could make him happy, to unveil his deep kindness and be the utter envy of the other school romances. She sighed dreamily and submitted, naturally, to his 'tender ministrations'
Zinkenite was -seething- in the other hand... meddling senshi BITCHES. Had they NO respect at all, was there NO sympathy in the world for same gender 'affections' outside of campy badly illustrated novels and pretty-faced-***** drawings on the web?! It was not at all like him to be inarticulate when he was angry, but he was rendered so by seeing the object of his affections, for once not reluctant affections, stooping towards that 'woman's' neck. ALL of course because of that one in teal. Oh there was NO standing for this. He loaded a smoke pellet into his slingshot cursing and aimed it at her.
