Being rude to him would make you more vulnerable. That is what he wants you to do. It will piss him off, giving him a reason to rape you. i would suggest telling your parents and carrying pepper spray. In my opinion(don't grill me) he is bluffing. If he really was going to rape you, he would have already done without telling you. So i don't think you have anything to really worry about.
She has a point. He could be bluffing. But there's still the possibility that he may not be. Telling your parents is a good idea. Go to the police next if it doesn't help much.
