If you think about it, all characters are based off something already in existence, so why would i say "no u cant be Aang, but you can be identical to him in every way but name -.-
Such a limitation is a nuisance more then a tool

Cade, I am invoking the right of citizens arrest upon you for the fact you have Mispronounced Punch. It's "FALCOOON PAAWNCHH!", not "PUUNCHH!". Boom, Your in jail for an unknown amount of time.
Options:
1. Give a World Wide Apology for your nasty transgression.
2. Break Out Of Jail, Causing mass mayhem and numerous deaths.
3. Use a Monopoly "Get Out Of Jail, Free!" card.
I would use number three. Even if it doesn't work, The guards would be laughing to hard at you to realize you just snatched the cell keys.
