Nice to see both of the events having their info posted.
Might attend the Gaia panel, if it's not opposite something else I'll be doing... not sure of the meet-up, though.

I wont make either of them seeing as on saturday is the Anime Hunters panal and after that i will being going on a date with my friend Chelsea
so if people who cant make those two days plz put down a time in which you can meet up
My vote is for Saturday at noon
that way all those who wish can still go to the gaia panels

Cosplay (if you have one): I wish. I'm very lame at costumes. I'm kind of jealous of those of you who have a different costume for every day.
When and where to have the meet: I'm pretty flexible. I'm staying at the Grand Hyatt and checking in probably mid-morning Friday and leaving the convention some time Sunday afternoon.
A gaian / RL friend of mine is also coming but I'll let her post for herself if she wants. She may or may not be attending all three days but she will be in town.

Cosplay (if you have one): Shippuden Temari. I'm shortish and will have a home made fan and no wig. Should be with a very loud group of people, easy to spot. [All 3 days]
When and where to have the meet: If you want to find me check the rave at night. I'll probably be there with my friends. Or if you really want to meet-up without just running into me PM me and we can arrange a time and place. I haven't thoroughly examined the schedule for the con so I'm not sure what times work for me yet. I'm staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
WARNING: If you meet-up with me my friends will most likely be there so BE PREPARED TO BE HUGGED/GLOMPED by either them or me. We're like that.
Also I'll have a nice camera with me and I've taken some photography classes. I'm more then willing to take pictures of you and your group for free(unless you want to tip me) and just give me your email, I'll send them to you later or put them up on my dA account.
I hope to see as many fellow gaians as possible at todays con. If you spot me, no matter what I'm doing, feel free to say hi. Seriously, it'd make my day. See you all there!

Lord_Griffthedragoon Ok so from what I am getting it sounds like everyone would like to have this meet up on saturday the second day of the con. So here is what I have in mind. Day two of the con is the day we will have the meet up. We will meet near the water features on the south side of the convention center (please tell me if i am wrong). As for the time lets meet about lunch time so about noon. Feel free to bring lunch. If this is good I will update the first post and when there is a map of the convention center up i will put it up to show where we will meet. Thx Griff ^-^ I'll try to make it. I would go to the cosplay contest but mine won't be that great. It's my first year making one myself. So I'll most likely be at the meet-up. You're talking about the water things in that tall main room, correct? The one with the massive flight of stairs outside the hall where all the bands play?
