I prefer middle notes. You know B flat on the treble cleft

I like middle notes, mostly those within the staff. But then again it's fun to challenge myself with high notes and fast rhythms. I don't particularly like playing low notes, but I love hearing them. Yes, I'm complicated. Oh, by the way, I play flute.

As a flute player, it's funny I'm saying this.
I actually think I prefer the lower notes. When played well, they sound lovely. :] The high notes... I have a grudge against them, since high notes are usually out of tune.

I prefer notes in the clarion [Middle] section on the bass clarinet, I mean, I LOVE how the Chalmeau register sounds [When played properly] but as a personal playing preference, I would have to say clarion [f-Bb]

I like low notes better on clarinet, they sound beautiful. On bass clarinet, I like high notes though. It's a different, sorta saxophoney (if that's a word) sound.

Well, I play the flute, so I'm a big fan of high notes when they're in tune and nice sounding, but I think low notes are nice, too. It's the ones on the on the top half of the staff that I don't quite enjoy.
