It depends on how lazy I am at bedtime. If i just took a shower, I'll probably wear jammies. If I'm really tired or lazy, I'll fall asleep in the clothes I wore that day. If something else happens that involves me changing from everyday clothing to something different before bed, I'll usually just wear undies.

PJs, shirt and panties or just panties(rare). Sleeping in the nude can be gross for numerous reasons just depending on the person or situation.
I live with my family and they could walk in on me. I have dogs that might come into my room. I also would hate for bugs to crawl up there. Plus it just doesn't seem clean.

Unless it's winter and a cold night out, nothing. If I get to warm I start to get sick, but on cold winter nights. Nothing beats silk pj's and a boyfriend to cuddle with to keep warm.

I sleep in pajama pants and a tank top, pj shirt or nightgown...I couldn't imagine sleeping in just your underclothes or with nothing at all!! Of course, I share a room with two little syblings (yes. Still sharing with 12 and 7 year old. Whatever, small house, you know? smile ) and they both wake up before me....so never without any clotes!! Plus you would feel so un-protected! What if something happened in the night where you had to run out??

in winter i sleep in my black long sleeves shirt and my owl pants
in summer i sleep in my V neck W/ tanktop under and shorts or my owl pants, sometimes i sleep without my V neck in the summer if it gets really hot

if its summer i sleep in a long shirt and short shorts or a skimpy tank and short shorts.
