Ruuksha let out a suprised yelp as Anki pushed her forward. Shaking herself off, she glanced back at the male. She cocked her head at his words and hesitation before turning to face the coyote. "H-Hello there. How a-are you?" She managed to stutter out. Her ears were swiveling nervously as she watched the pink predator.

Trintia's tail waved behind her, whisking over her back. They were talking to her! She was overjoyed that they seemed willing to trust her. Of course the dark one seemed wary and wasn't coming any closer. He didn't seem to trust her one bit. So she focused her attention on the younger one.
"I'm wonderful. My name's Trintia, what's yours? How are you two?" She asked quickly. This happened sometimes whenever she was excited. Her words would blend together and be hard to understand.

Daeku strolled leisurely down to the water. He ignored his companions as he took a nice long drink. He felt the cool water slide down his throat and rest in his stomach. Daeku had missed this sensation, having not drank anything since early morning.
After a few more laps of water, he finally took the time to survey his surroundings. His companions behind him were once again arguing pointlessly. There were a few birds gliding effortlessly in the clear blue above. Then his eyes rested on a curious site, a large, but young, coyote bared its teeth to two ringtails.
The bigger ringtail cat looked as if he would bolt at any sign of danger, while the smaller ringtail looked amazingly calm. He watched this scene play out silently, taking note of everything, how the coyote moved, how the big ringtail responded, and how the little ringtail tried to converse with the coyote.

Cheo was severely annoyed at the lecherous purple ringtail. Every chance that creature had, he'd flirt shamelessly. And then Cheo and Daeku would be held at fault, just because they travelled with him.
And that was another thing, how could Daeku stand to travel with that stupid purple ringtail, anyway? Why does he just grit his teeth and take the punishment that that other ringtail brings upon him.
Cheo was lost in thought, he even forgot about his fighting with Knole, as he walked. He walked past the purple ringtail and past Daeku, into the water.
Cheo squealed as the cool water hit him, he bobbed and sputtered in the water. "Help!" He cried. "Help me!"

Knole grinned as Cheo suddenly became quiet. He knew that he had won the arguement, though what it was about, he couldn't quite remember. He watched as Cheo mindlessly walked straight into the water.
Knole snorted then laughed like a child. "Ahahaha! You little wimp!" He laughed, rolling onto his stomach. "Hey look Daeku! Mr. Whimpers fell in the water!" He exclaimed.

Daeku darted past the laughing Knole and jumped into the water. He grabbed Cheo by the scruff of his neck and pulled him out of the water. Daeku lightly pressed on Cheo's chest to make him spit out the water.

Cheo spat out the water and coughed for a minute or so. Then he drew in a breath and smiled at Daeku. "Thank you." He whispered weakly.

Daeku growled at Knole. "You idiot! Don't you ever pay any attention?! Cheo can't swim! He could have drowned! And what did you do? You just stood there and laughed!" He bellowed, his anger visible in his eyes.

Knole shook in fright as Daeku yelled at him. He sheepishly crouched and looked at his angry companion. "I, I'm sorry Daeku, I didn't know... Please don't be mad." He said quietly.

Daeku turned his back on Knole. "You shouldn't apologize to me, Knole." He muttered. He walked away from his two companions, who stared after him. Daeku turned a corner and laid on a rock. He shook his fur, hoping the sun would warm him.

Ankis ears flicked towards the sound of voices in the water, the coyote had called reinforcements he was sure of it. His tail puffed up a bit more and he almost thought of bolting but he was a big curious now that the dog hadn't eaten Ruuksha. That part of his family never skipped what was the saying curiosity killed the cat?

Rintri had silently been watching the exchange of words there was no doubt Anki and Ren were brothers however where Ren was a moron Anki was rude. She looked over at the few playing or fighting she wasnt sure in the water before turning back to the group just a bit below her, her blue bushy tail swinging back and forth with amusement.

((Figured id bring another in rather then just one, note Rintri is sorta a swinger between brothers... And shes the sneaky sly type that can out wit most and never tells about her self))

Ruuksha looked around, her pale eyes scanning above and to her sides. This was common, for although she was young, she knew how to stay on guard. A flash of blue caught her attention and she whirled around. She didn't pay attention if she suprised either Anki or Trintia. Her fluffy tail bristled as she tried to peer deeper into the leaves.

Trintia stood back up. She wanted to know what those other two were freaking out over. She glanced down at Ruuksha before looking into the higher trees. A flash of blue and white caught her sensitive predatory eyes and she saw that it was another ringtail! Today was just filled with them! With a shrug, the pink coyote walked over to the rat and the ringtail.

Cosmos shook his fur out. Although he enjoyed the sun, he didn't love it. It was what brought out the heat and dried up everything. But it also made him extremely hot due to his dark fur. Grumbling he made his way toward the waterfall. He only hoped that today, like most, would be peaceful.

Rintri snickered as she was spotted tho the young ringtails reaction was rather amusing. Jumping from branch to branch she soon landed on a lower one tho it was still some ways off the ground it was with in clear view of the ground and those on it. "you shouldn't take your attention off the larger." Flicking her tail still in amusement she winked at Anki.

Anki growend when he seen it was Rintri the female always seemed to show up at the worst times. Of course when Ruuksha had suddenly spun it did nothing then cause him to run up the nearest tree. From there he glared at the blue ringtail that posed on the tree not to far away.

Padding further along, Cosmos heard loud cries coming from near the waterfall. With a groan he veered from his original path. Muted flashes of red caught the bobcat's eye and he noticed a ringtail dozing on a semi-flat slab of rock. Reflexively he dropped into a crouch, but that's when he remembered his meal not too long ago. With a sigh, the male turned around to take another path. As he walked on, he could have sworn he heard the familiar sound of another bobcat. A faint scent hit his nose and he walked toward it, his footfalls silent.

Trintia paused in her walk toward the rat and ringtail. Both were defensive and scared. She flicked her ears and wagged her tail. "I'm not here to hurt you," her yip was soft, friendly.

Ruuksha watched the other ringtail warily, although she was curious. She seemed to know Anki, but he didn't seem to want her to be there. "Who are you?" She asked, her tail flicking over the earth at her paws.

Ruuksha nodded to Anki and jumped back a bit as the female, Rintri, jumped down. "I'm Ruuksha. It's nice to meet you too?" Her reply sounded like a question. She seemed nice enough, but she and Anki seemed to have issues with each other. She didn't know what to do...

Catching Ruuksha's eye she glanced at Anki. "Oh dont mind him hes just grumpy like always. Shall we find out whats going on?"

"No one asked you...." briskly walking past her he looked over his shoulder at Ruuksha, "Well?"
