Maybe you should try making a new enviro? Some of the items you have listed aren't even showing up. I don't mean the stuff you just bought, either. Normally the enviro knows which phase the item is at and works accordingly, but since there's items that I want to use that aren't showing up in the enviro and I don't know the phases...

I don't really like the green items that you have, as far as making an Enviro Tektek outta them. Red, my best attempt at the colour was already topped by the time I did it.
Is there anything else I haven't done and/or played around with?
I'll be back later... any feedback welcome.

I don't know about it seeming to be me, #3 is catching up fairly well.
I didn't even vote for my own, so I guess I'll have to take your word for it. XD
I have fun with enviro tekteks, to be honest.
You're limited so you have to figure out the best looking image possible with using a certain reserve of items and then, of course, the memorized list of items to polish it. I'm fairly good for that part...
