Hark, I'm afraid I'm going to have to say no, if you want abilities of the sharingan, make a character with sharingan. If you want abilities of a byakugan, make a character with byakugan.

If any custom technology (or any custom period for that matter) simply mimics or is a slightly weaker version of a bloodline or something I'm going to disapprove it. We already have the bloodlines and clans for a reason, if you want their abilities make a character with those abilities.

... wait, what? You mean the thing that deidara had? From what I gathered it wasn't a chakra sensor at all, it was basically a telescope/binocular thing, with the added benefit of training his left eye against genjutsu (but sense we just put the genjutsu resistance thing as part of the bloodline it would lose that function). It's cool to have because you can see from long distances, but that's about it.

I mean this is a canon thing, but if you're talking about something else then i guess i'd have to see the app for it to better understand

I wasn't aware that the binocular thing came with the bloodline, I don't really see how that makes sense, but I have no problem with you having it, however the idea of allowing the device to make eye contact without making eye contact makes no sense. Also what exactly would the chakra sensor do? Allow you to see chakra in a manner similar to the sharingan or something like this?

BTW this is for future use for kuza and others, Technology would not be created untill she hit jounin rank.

Description: A small orb in which is used in summonings for both puppets and actual summons. This allows the User to Summon the object or being with only one person if 2 people are needed to summon it. That allows the person to use their more powerful summons if they get cornered by a bunch of people and have no one else to help summon. The jutsu Chakra Orb Charge allows another person to give up 1 ranks worth of highest rank of their chakra for the day to fill a slot of chakra in the orb. The Orb its self has 10 slots, For each slot used in a summoning allows 1 less person per slot but the user but use there own chakra as well making 1 person summons unable to be summoned by the orb's chakra.
Weakness: Takes Two full days (48 hours irl Time before a person is able to channel chakra into it), Requires: Chakra Orb Charge Jutsu to charge it and others can only learn it from Kuza. The chakra orb is imprinted to the first person who uses it meaning if one person uses it another can not. When useing the orb to summon, your summon may defend attacks but is unable to do so until next post.

Also, because it reqires a jutsu to use and my rcp is onyl gennin and cant make one, would it be possible to have the jutsu marked for it creation to be at the same rank this is required? I only ask cause i would hate to jsut copy all this stuff down on note pad and forget about it later and never get it.

highest rank oh chakra is 1 s-rank... so useing this jutsu would take away your s rank ammount of chakra and because it is only at 1 you lose your chakra for the day. (so best to use it before midnight lol )

chuunin is lowest rank able to use the jutsu for chakra orb. once that ninja has learned it from kuza.

You might just be able to pull that off in the custom weapons... since it is kinda a weapon you know
