Deimos's blue eyes got quite wide as the girl explained what all she was working on learning and he was shocked and a bit in awe, "W-Wow..." He breathed, "That's amazing." He was awed, and found himself thinking over what all he was working on and found it to be a bit lacking in comparison. Maybe he should see about getting his Momma to teach him more then he already did as he didn't want to be behind the others of his age it was bad enough that he had such a terrible time with... well most everything due to his fears.
He looked over at Jiang for a moment before nodding, the Kirin seemed to be really good about book learning if a bit naive about things that involved street smarts, that was more something he would need to talk with Reu about if it came to him wanting to learn that... which he would worry about later. One thing at a time as he didn't want to overwhelm himself.

"If you want to we can study together sometime," Victoria said with a smile. "I've been told that sometimes two heads are better than one when tackling an insurmountable task."
"Alright gentleman and lil' lady breakfasts served," the waitress said as she sat down the plates where they went along with drinks. "Let me know if there is anything else."
"Thank you," Vlad said on behalf of the table.

Deimos gave a shy sort of smile, "Thank you, that could be fun." He murmured to her, the idea of studying with someone as smart as this girl was a little intimidating but he wanted to try it none the less if they were able to coordinate a time for the two of them to get together to study. After all while it would be a little tough being with someone smarter he would be able to learn more from her.
He turned his attention to the waitress as she arrived and he seemed to perk up at the scent of the food that was being brought in. When his food was placed before him his lips turned up into a smile, "Thank you." He murmured, pleased to find that the fruit looked really good and none of it was the colors that bothered him. He picked up his fork ever so carefully, not wanting risk poking himself with it, and set to eating.
Jiang watched his boy as he dug into his food and gave a happy sort of smile, "Yes, thank you." Jiang said to the waitress as well, setting to eating his meal as well.

Victoria nodded her head to them and study time. When the food arrived she watched Deimos eat for a moment before picking up her fork. Most of what she had could be counted as finger foods since it was all fruit. However, she liked to be move polite about things. "Do you have a favorite fruit?"
