(no no no its perfect. I was so happy you posted so much ^^ my turn lol)

Amy watched as Eric fell and glared up at her father. Tears were streaming down her face. She wanted them to stop fighting! The sirens were blaring louder and she watched as her brother looked around and then at her body as she yelled at them. can he hear me? she wondered.

She fell silent as she watched the paramedics work on her. It felt embarassing, and she could feel their cold hands on her neck and wrist though she was a ghost. She walked forward staring at her body as they worked. Her body jerked as they used the electricity pads, and she jerked with it. Her image felt as if it was disapating and she felt that way to as her heart was forced to beat. She was crying and nealing on the ground by the time they had confirmed her as being dead.

She felt so bad for the roookie who had worked on her, and her brouther. Both who seemed to be crying now. She was in shock though as they moved and carried her body to the big white van. She could feel everythign they had done to her body. How?

She watched feeling detatched tired and in a huge amount of pain as the cops questioned her father. She felt herself being draged along with her body as the truck got ready to pull away. She shook her head knowing she wouldn't be able to fight it. She didn't want to leave her brother this way.

ERIC! she screamed again as loud as she could manage. Her voice was thick with fright and pain.

Amys father could easily tell they didn't like him. He had had much expeirence with cops before. As he was shore they knew. He took only a second to glare at his son before trying hard to put on the act of a stressed out father who hadn't ment to hit his son. He sniffed and imediatly his eyes watered. Inside his head he was smirking at himself thinking this would go over smoothly.

"No sir.....I was just inside....I was working on cleaning and then I hear a scream and a loud crash. I come outside.....and ..I find my daughter" he made a show of wiping at his eyes and running a hand through his hair as he watched the van pull away. Unaware that amys ghost was going with it. He cleared his throat and continued.

"Amy had a bad case of doing drugs...she cut herself and wrote all of these depressing poems" he said looking momentarily disgusted wich was easy because he hated her interests. "I think........she killed herself" he said not knowing that someone had killed her. He just wanted the cops off of his back. He hung his head in mock shame and glanced at his son though the cops couldn't see the evil glint in his eye. Based in the utter sorrow of his voice, and the way he looked..he could be very baleivable...to those who didn't know him anyway.

Jeff nodded sympathetically, though even he wasn't really fooled by the watery eyes. There was something about the disgust shown on his face when he talked about her depressed habits. "And try as you might, sometimes it's hard to understand your kids, I get it sir." He was probably going to have to use that bottle of hand sanitizer to rinse out his mouth after this.

Alfred cleared his throat. A frown covered his face, but it looked like if he tried to smile, the strain of changing the muscles would rip something. Even when he talked, the frown stayed, "Can we please have access to your house? To see if we can find a note or something?" His tone emphasized how easy it would be to get a warrant.

Jeff tried to smooth it over a little. "With the note, sir, this it'll help clear things up." He gave him a comforting smile, actually reaching out to gently pat his shoulder. He was probably going to need to bathe in Purell.

Eric turned to follow the two EMTs when he heard his sisters voice, causing him to stumble and land flat on his face. He had a tendency to be a total klutz, which was why he danced at the club he worked at instead of bar tending. Raising his head, he whispered her name again.

Standing quickly, he ran over to the side door of the ambulance, and tapped on the glass until the rookie lowered it. "W-what's going to happen to her? Can I talk to someone?"

Richard sighed, wiping at his eyes as if there was sweat in them instead of tears. Today might have been a hard day for him, but it was even worse for this guy. "Kid, how about you go to those police men over there. They're going to be handling this case." He gave him as comforting of a smile as he could, but the quivering lip sort of broke the effect. Thankfully though, it made Eric feel like he was empathizing with him. "We're going to take her to see what happened to her, okay? She's in a better place now." He watched Eric nod numbly and reached out the window to gently turn him around towards the police officers.

'A better place...' Eric wasn't religious at all. He believed that dead meant dead and nothing really else happened. But even that was true. She was away from their father, and therefore in a better place. Taking in a deep breath, he walked over to the small group. Now he had to do the job Amy had. She'd stayed to take care of the other siblings. Now he had to talk to the police to tell them about their Father, in order to keep him away from the other siblings. Maybe it wouldn't work, but he had to try.

The truck could be heard as it turned off of the gravel of the sidewalk, to carry Amy away to be examined. Amy was no longer with Eric or the others so her presence couldn't be seen. Nut if eric was there he would be able to hear her weaping as she stood next to her body. Never to really open her blue green eyes again. What had happened to her? She didn't know and she still felt so much pain. She missed her brother already. Was she doomed to wonder with no rest?

Their father sighed mentaly listening to their "comforting words" He knew they probably hated him, but he couldn't refuse to let them look around. That would cause suspicion. He grumbled lightly. "Alright...i'll let you look around" he said sounding severely angered at this. His house of course was an utter wreck because Amy hadn't had a chance to clean it up again like she was supposed to. Clothes and dirt ws everywhere. A cop stayed behind to answer any of erics questions. He ran a stressed hand through his hair going over to the boy to talk to him. Maybe get the boy to calm down. He looked like he wass going to pass out.

Eric had to stop himself from running back to the ambulance, even though he didn't know why. He felt weird, like he was going crazy. He'd heard of people feeling a little nuts when they lost someone, but schizophrenia was a little overboard. He copied the police officer, running a hand through his hair and messing up the locks, as he stopped in front of him. "H-hi. There's something I want to talk to you about..." Mostly, he just looked like he wanted to sit down. But for Amy's sake he had to take care of their other siblings. Eric was never close to them, since there was such an age difference, plus they were raised to be brats. But Amy was his savior in his childhood years, and though Eric failed her as ultimately as possible, at least he could take over her job.

Alfred knew he was going into the place alone. Silently he was remembering what he could do and what he couldn't. If it was out in the open, he could seize it, but if the guy just sold weed, it would show Alfred as a jerk for charging him with possession just after his daughter died. No, this trip was mostly for information. And Amy. If she left any information behind, then he'd find it, and figure out what happened to the poor girl. Going through the door, he asked quietly, "Other than her depression, what can you tell me about Amy?"

Jeff noded placing a comforting hand on the boys shoulder. He knew he had to be extremly stressed out right now. He would take him back to the headquarters to question him when alfred was done. "Hey..I know you must be stressed out, so why don't you rest in the cop car for a little while and we'll drive you to headquearters when we're done here alright?" he said trying to sound comforting as possible.

Their father sighed running a hand through his hair trying to think. What did he know about amy? "She had a bad habit of sneeking out at night...she didn't have many friends....she never went out anywhere....she was kind to her siblings and her parents......" he said sounding distracted. He really didn't know what all to say. "I don't think she had a boyfriends..don't really know" he said sounded stressed looking around his dirt home still trying to think how he was going to get her blood out of his car.

Eric raised his head, to look almost hollowly at Jeff. After a moment, it registered what he was saying, and he nodded a little before adding, "It's about our dad." He voice quivered a little, and he rubbed at his eyes a little. He really didn't want to cry in front of this cute boy. He was a cop, and somehow, the semi messy way he wore the uniform was just adorable. He leaned his over, to rest on the guy's comfort, like Amy used to have, then blushed realizing what he was doing.

Alfred nodded. He did understand not knowing everything about your kid. His kid apparently was a Pagan...which meant more than the motorcycle gang (thank God) or just not being Christan (which he'd thought...) Pushing away his thoughts he asked, "Is that where you think she was tonight? Sneaking out?" While Jeff would have used a notebook to keep the facts, Alfred had a stereographic ((I might have made that up...but the cute nerdy guy in Criminal Minds can do it--he's just a lot smarter.)) memory. He could repeat word-for-word what they'd said. "Do you know where she would sneak out to, if she had few close friends?"

Jeff stiffned lightly as the boy leaned his head on his shoulder(thats what I think you said Idk that part was confusing.), but then relaxed. He was slightly used to having to comfort people because of a loss of a loved one. It was always hard for him considering he was working on getting a family of his own. He moved the boy away so he could look at him and put a hand on his shoulder. "Its alright...." he gave a sad smile and steered him in the way of the cop car. "Go ahead and sit down..relax and we can talk later alright..or now if you prefer but I think you should sit down. What about your dad did you want to talk about?" he asked.

Sam(their dads name) ran a hand through his hair again as he led the cop upstaires to his daughters room. Of course the walls would be lined with band, and movie posters. Drawings and poems she and written. Her computer was still on. "I think she would have gone to her brothers house, or to a club. I'm not sure wich one it is but they go to a club on occasion" he said passivly aching to light a cigerate...or something stronger.

Amy remained with her body was it was transported to the morgue. She hated it there but couldn't seem to be able to bring herself to leave yet. The place looked like a celler and she knew when they performed the autopsy the pain would kill her.(sort of) seeing as how she could feel whatever happened to her body. She looked sad and tired and well....dead. She wished eric was there.

((Oops...yeah. That's pretty much what I was thinking: I probably worded it that way in case Jeff's hand was still on his shoulder, so he just rested it on the shoulder. But really either one can work. Sorry for the weird wording.))

Eric pulled away from him and breathed in deeply. Licking his lips, he started, "I don't know if he did this. I wasn't here; Amy was coming over to my place to see me. But," He hesitated, then cleared his throat, his voice changing to an almost impassive, factual way. "He is abusive. He started with me." He was staring past the cute boy's shoulder, as if he could see something that would make him fall apart if he lost sight of it. "If you need proof, I have the scars." He said it just sort of blase, even though his boyfriend hadn't even seen some of them. "When he threw me out, I figured he'd stop, but he didn't, he just moved on to Amy." Then his eyes, somehow hollow but deep at the same time, "And now that she's gone, he'll move on again." He was absolutely certain.

Alfred's eyes moved around the room. Upon seeing the computer on, he reached into his pocket to pull on gloves. Shaking the mouse, and seeing just her wallpaper, he got his affirmative. "Sir," he started as he turned towards Sam. "I need you to leave this room alone. I do not believe Amy committed suicide, and therefore the crime scene analysts will need to come and search her room." His eyes caught the other man's eyes and he stared hard at him.

(tis fine^^)

Jeff nodded in understanding. "Alright son, don't worry about it we will get this all taken care of, but we might need to see the scars. Do you know where any of your other siblings are at? And could you tell me about your mother?" he asked getting the questions in. He saw the look in the boys eyes and sighed. He knew that look.

sam nodded as if he completly understood. "Of course" he said as if he never thought about touching things in her room. At the sound of the murder though he really was shocked. A murder. "Yo think someone killed her?" he asked sounding surprised. As he was. He looked worried about this...only for his safety of course.
PostPosted: Thu Mar 04, 2010 6:06 pm

Alfred actually believed the surprise on Sam's face. He nodded but answered, "We cannot be certain, and will need to investigate. Your daughter is heading to the coroner's now." For anyone else, he would have softened the statement. "That should help us get more information. I will call for the investigation team to come quickly, so you won't have to wait." He stepped out of the room, expecting him to follow. "Are you willing to come with us and your son to the station, so we can get your recorded statement about tonight?" He could glance out the window and see the young boy sitting inside the open police door talking to Jeff. Thank god he wasn't crying. Alfred hated it when people cried. It was messy and awkward. At least when this loser cried, he could ignore it because it was fake.

Eric flinched at the thought of actually showing his scars, but he knew he would if it helped. Ever since he'd been thrown out, he'd had a habit of avoiding the police (they didn't like his job on the streets, even if it was the oldest profession.) But now he was cleaner, and just an exotic dancer and waiter during the day. He felt like he didn't have to hide anything. Answering his question, he sighed, "Well, Ma's....out a lot. She doesn't do anything but go clubbing. Um..." He paused to think about where his siblings would be. Amy would know that better than where she was. "Lexi, the youngest who's 3, is probably still at our neighbor Roxanne." He pointed in the direction of the elderly lady's house. "She feels sorry for us." He blushed, not actually meaning to say that aloud. "Gary is probably still at the park downtown," beating up weak little kids, he added silently. "And Rachel is probably at her job; she's 15 and works at that fast food store down the street." Rachel never used her money to help anyone in the family. It just went to drugs, skinny jeans and make up. That was all of them. All the brats. Though Lexi wasn't old enough to be, Eric wouldn't be surprised. "It was better for Amy if they were out of the house." he added, not really sure why. It didn't even occur to him that it meant anything. He just felt like opening up to Jeff.

((If there are any you want changed, just tell me. I'll change them immediately. I just picked randomly.))

Jeff nodded writing things down on a notebook he had taken out. It made sense that the father was obusive. the way he looked. And this could help in the case."Ok...good....anything else?" he asked looking up at eric comfortingly. He felt so bad for this kid.

Sam nodded. "I don't mind going with you, I want to catch this man as much as you do" he said honestly stepping away from Amys room and waiting for the cop. He wasn't worried about anyone but him and if a killer was on the loose he wanted him gone.
PostPosted: Fri Mar 05, 2010 8:52 pm

Eric thought about hearing Amy's voice, but he knew that being schizophrenic was bad, so unless it persisted, he wasn't going to mention it. Instead he asked, "What's going to happen now? The other kids..." he hesitated then figured the truth would work better than anything, "I don't exactly get along with them, but immediately after Dad threw me out, that night he hit Amy." He looked sad as he wondered who would he choose? Gary was completely out of the question, even at nine he was practically a clone of their father. Was Lexi too young? Until he'd started showing signs of being gay his father treated him normally. There wasn't anything wrong with her. Rachel was the oldest, so more than likely, she'd be chosen. Eric could even predict the excuse he'd use: that she was stealing his drugs, or should be buying from him. And her job: she'd have to start paying up more.

Alfred nodded. "Good. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the yellow cautionary tape. Stretching it over the door frame, he attached it and glanced back at Sam. "What about the rest of your family? When will they return?" He wanted to call the CSI immediately to not let any evidence be lost. And if he left, and someone entered this room, it might be. He would need to call another squad car to keep out intruders while the investigators got there. He fought the urge to rub his temple to ease the headache that was forming. This was going to be a complicated case, he could just tell.

Jeff nodded making more notes as Eric spoke. They boy fell silent and jeff looked up at him. He seemed deep in thought about something. And stresed out. "Eric..you can tell me anything you want...i'm a cop so i'll do anything I can to help you. It won't help Amy or anyone else to leave something behind" he commented softly. He knew it was hard to lose someone like this. He to had lost a family member a while ago. It was ahrd to answer all of the cops questions while he stared at the bloody mess of his girlfriend. He shook the thought away returning to focus on Eric. "If it helps...I know what your going through" he said running a hand through his mop of black hair.

Sam shrugged. "Lexi my youngest is with our nabor. Gary is at a friends house, Rachel is working and Eric is my oldest next to Amy" he said stressed out. He really didn't care about the others exept for money and drug dealings, he needed them around for that reasone. He was really worried about his own hide though. No way did he want to get killed like Amy. He looked up to the cop. "can I call my wife" he asked in a deep voice.
PostPosted: Sat Mar 06, 2010 9:05 am

Eric's eyes flicked to him. "It's nothing," he said, used to brushing off his father's treatment, so no one would treat him differently. His face softened, somehow grateful that he wasn't totally alone. "How can you do this? See stuff like this?"

Alfred nodded, "Call her now. If you can get ahold of your other children, you probably should have them stay the night at friends' houses." It made him uneasy seeing this large brute practically scared. Alfred wasn't sure if the fear was for himself or another member of his family. All he knew was that Amy didn't matter to him. At the same time, his fear didn't seem faked. Alfred had pegged him as the killer, especially since most murder cases were that simple, but maybe something else happened...maybe. He kept his eyes peeled for more information. "Have your wife meet us at the police station, if she can."
