 Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Chunnin|Iwagakure! Raiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Static Force)
Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearbye things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.
Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)
Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Kai just wanted to finish the last two genin lightnen justu and maybe torture the Tsuskikage some more after a bite to eat. She grinned with a laugh.[1/4] Kai focused on the first justu for a bit then rolled her eyes already knowing the forces of electricity or electrons. "So I focus lightnen chakra in my hands and start rubbing agaisnt each other to create electricity forces to and either pull or repel things away." She said.[2/4] She started to do the hand seals, focusing her lightnen chakra carefully putting the correct amount into both her hands.[3/4] She rubbed her hands together creating a static force then took out a kunai and threw it in the air a bit as it dropped she she put her hand ready to catch it as it repelled away from her. "Perfect!"[4/4] She started on the next justu she wanted to learn.[1/4] She started at the hand seals first then focused chakra to create the electricty she needed.[2/4] She started to create the ball of electricty by twirling the lightnen in her hand like cotton candy.[3/4]

Earth razz aper turns to dirt
Water:paper becomes soggy
Lightnen: if you see electricity in it and it electricutes you a bit]]

Kaze took the piece of paper. As soon as he held the whole thing in his hands, the paper turned to dirt, and fell to the ground. "Okay..Whats going? Why did the paper just turn to dirt?" Kaze asked.

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Chunnin|Iwagakure! "It's special paper with all the elements in it but a certain element is only activated if it has chakra pushed into it like what you just did! So your a Doton or earth user! Woo! I can teach you your element!" She said doing some hand seals and going under ground and stuck her hand out of the ground grabbing his ankle and pulling him udner to his neck then let go while she came back up to the ground looking down at him. "Haha! First justu Earth Military movement!"

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Chunnin|Iwagakure! "It means your not getting out of the ground till you learn the justu and notice or feel...that i dug a hole for your hands only to move to do the seals! If you do the justu then you can get out but for now you better hurry before you loose too much air your chest can't expand underground without digging a tunnel doing the justu."

"What a hassle.." Kaze said. He sat in there ground, and couldn't do anything about it. 'Just great...' Kaze thought. How was he going to get out? He wasn't even really sure of what was going on. He just knew he had to get free. 'What was that jutsu's hand signs again?' He thought.
