She smiled as he placed his dish down, wow he really was hungry. She just smiled sweetly and listened to what he was saying though, after all he was interesting and the idea of playing cards together... well she would be more then happy to see him again.
"As long as you don't mind the fact that I am not very good, I use to watch father play with his friends. So up for a game of poker at some point?" She really wasn't very good but of course she would give it ago!
"Who? Well only some people, they have to be interesting to talk to and so many at school are just so boring." She had to laugh as he mentioned weirdo's though. "I am not afraid of any weirdos, I know how to deal with them." Of all kinds of weirdo's too, in fact she had a habit of going after the creepy men wandering around, it was her way of cleansing the city.
"I am with you on that! Hot weather, swimming, oh it's a nice time though summer always gets ruined by those people who think they can get away wearing a bikini or big old fat men walking around topless, sometimes it sickens me. I tend to go away for summer, find some nice private resort away from such people." She really wasn't stupid enough to hang about where people would look hideous she put up with it enough at school, some of those girls!

"Card playing is all about having fun, so don't worry about it." Ok well, that sentence was a complete lie, but he knew she'd like it sounding better that way. For Cassius cards and other forms of gambling were very competitive and it was never really about the fun. The fun would come after when he won it all. But, in this type of situation it would be actually be cool to be playing with someone new. So, maybe his sentence wasn't a complete lie?
"Yeah, I agree with you on the boring part. I just feel like so many people are the same. I try to avoid lemmings like that." He was glad to hear she also knew how to avoid the weirdos. "You are lucky that I myself am not a weirdo. Although, if I was I have a feeling you could find a way to kick my butt very quickly." He chuckled lightly but knew athletic girls were not a force to be messed with. Those types of girls were always tough to handle.
On the topic of bikini wearing and fat men, Cassius only laughed rather loudly. "Oh my gosh, it is so gross to see all those hairy men on the beach. I mean I'm not gonna lie, bikinis don't bother me but I have seen people who shouldn't be wearing them." He was still laughing a little bit as he spoke. "Yet again, that's the good thing about having money. It's so much better and easier to find private beaches and estates. Or go off on boats for weekends." He sighed lightly and realized he should probably plan some getaways before it got too late.
"I wish there was like a beach police or something that kicked gross people out of places. If only they existed I wouldn't hate going to public places as much." He sighed lightly and realized how hilariously similar he and Skye felt on the subject.
"So does a classy and smart girl like yourself have a boyfriend?" Now that he had gotten to know her so well he had to ask, of course.

Skye smiled though she knew full well from when she use to watch her father playing cards that it gets serious. Though surely it would be fun if they were playing together? They could maybe make it fun anyway?
"I am indeed very luck you are not a weirdo, though if you were I wouldn't have spoken to you in the first place." She smiled and chuckled a little as she spoke. She liked Cassius and the way he seemed to compliment her maybe a little too much.
Though on the topic of ugly fat people, well this was an easy one. Skye hated them so much and it seemed Cassius agreed with her opinions which was something.
"Beach police would be amazing, it would save us all from the horrors of every summer!" She laughed a little and finished some more of her ice cream. It really was nice ice cream though as he asked her the next question she had to be careful not to spit it out. She laughed, she couldn't help it but she managed to swallow the ice cream.
"Seriously? No I don't have a boyfriend. Do you have a girlfriend?" She smiled as she answered his question. She really was slightly curious to whether he had a girlfriend though.

Unfortunately, Beach Police didn't exist so he and Skye would have to suffer for the rest of their lives. In Cassius' mind he usually focused on the pretty people at beaches to get the ugly out of his eyes. Sometimes as Skye hinted, even THAT was still impossible. Life was rough.
So really, they were just s**t out of luck on this one. But as he said earlier, thank goodness they had the money to get away from public beaches.
He also didn't mean to stump her so much with his question, but he was amused at her reaction. Everyone always had a different feelings on the subject and hers was actually pretty innocent. "Oh no, I don't have a girlfriend. I don't do the serious relationship thing." he shook his head lightly with a small grin. "All I see are young kids out and about in these serious situations. I don't understand it." Casual dating was fine by him, but he was usually 'dating' a large amount of people at once with no shame.
It wasn't that he expected Skye to be affiliated in the 'serious relationship' group of people, but he was curious nonetheless. Either way, her reaction was cute so he was glad he asked. "Wow, you have enjoyed your ice cream as much as I did. I got lucky with choosing that flavor." he paused and chuckled to himself. "I also am glad you came and sat with me today, by the way. Its hard to find chill, intelligent people in general. I got lucky with that too."

Skye's mind generally worked like Cassius, she would find the hot guys and ignore the others but the worse times were when the hot guys were surrounding by the fat ugly drooling women... who Skye just thought of as rabid dogs. They always looked like dogs anyway and really desperate. One day she would put them all down or just imagine doing so anyway.
"Makes sense, it's silly to get caught up in serious relationships so young, where is the fun?" She was good with fun, after all she spent every night flirting with guys before casually killing them.
"You did make a good choice, that ice cream was really tasty." She smiled and nodded at the compliment though she wasn't sure if it was meant as one. "You weren't the only lucky one, it seems I was lucky to bump in to you too!" She meant that too, after all good conversation and she managed to be the envy of those stupid girls in the mall. All in a days work...

Cassius wasn't one who enjoyed ending a good time, but he had many errands to attend before being stuck in a meeting with his father and their lawyers. Such was life when money was all that mattered between family members. "Well, I hate to have to go but I must. I really enjoyed meeting you, Skye. I hope we can hang out again some other time?"
Luckily for Cassius, he'd soon find out that Skye had another secret that would be very similar to his. Perhaps the next time they met as Negaversers they could give all the stupid people the punishment they deserved. "Here is my card by the way- call me sometime and we'll set something up."
It was also good to know another rich socialite in general. For Cassius it was refreshing to speak with someone who was privileged. That mean there were no weird expectations since money was never an issue. And with that, he waved to her lightly as he made his way towards the door. Today was a definitely a good day, and it was nice to meet someone that would help his future to come.

Skye wasn't overly happy when he said he had to go but she refused to show how annoyed she was by it. Of course they couldn't sit here all day but it would have been nice.
"It would be nice to hang out with you again sometime." She smiled as she spoke, like she always seemed to do, at least around him. She took his card though and looked at it. Oh she would call him, give it a few days first of course but yes she would call him.
"I shall see you around." Skye called after him as he left. She played with the card in her hand for a minute or two before getting up and leaving herself. Oh today had been a good day!
