Give us a little bit of history: For all intensive purposes, Raki would be considered one of the new rogues let into the coalition; however, her enthusiasm towards 'the Family' is hardly contained and expressed often through her friendly behavior and gerneral attitude. My idea is that she had been traveling with a group of relatives close to the area, when they were approached by members of the coalition and eventually negotiated into a 'protection' fee while traveling. The fee consisted of an offering of bounty for every night they were in the lands, and Raki was the one mostly doing the hunting for the group, meaning her hard work usually went toward paying the protection fee. Eventually when her group managed to pass out of the coalition's territory Raki had grown much more interested in them than she was in her current traveling companions. There's just something about the males that caught her eye- a mixed element of mysteriousness, danger, and closeness that drew her in. Or at least that's how she saw it. Determined to continue hunting for and feeding these intriguing strangers, she looked into becoming a permanent member of their group- their 'Family'.
How about a personality: Willing and cooperative when it comes to bettering the lives of anyone close to her, Rakidon finds pleasure in making sure all of her affairs- be it a hunt or other obligation -is performed to the fullest satisfaction of the other party. This leopardess usually keeps herself open and on friendly terms for the most part, and though she doesn't particularly have a temper to speak of, she is prone to sulking and despair when upset for any reason. That being said, her greatest pleasure in life would definately be the thrill of a successful kill, for she knows that in doing so someone else will get the benefit of a good meal; which she considers her most sacred duty to the 'Family'.
Why should your SOA be allowed to join the Family?: Raki's main purpose in the coalition is to provide the hard working members with as much meat as she's able to scrounge up for them. She's incredibly loyal to any decissions made on their part, especially from the higher-ups, and simply enjoys living amongst them and providing what she can to help them along in the day-to-day routine. Eventually she'd make a good loyal-to-a-fault wife for anyone considering the option, as she'd stand by any decision made by her future mate- so long as it doesn't go against the 'Family', of course.
Answer one (or all) of the following: What is Sheria-a-Kimya? (Their code of silence) How did the first boss get his rank? (Building up loyalties to all but a few, and eventually they practically asked him to take the position) Do we allow lion-leopard hybrids? (No, not unless they're the seer)

Give us a little bit of history: The typical life of a scheming rogue. The biggest mistake Siya's ever made turned out to be the best decision of her life- as it gave her children, and taught her the importance of family. She was an usual mother and, while not always the kindest, generally very controlling. Especially when it came to her only daughter.
How about a personality:
A beautiful girl with an elegant name and a seemingly proper, gentle disposition. Dhaunsiya is all about appearances and lies. Without them, she would have nothing. She likes nothing better than spinning webs, chalked full of wild lies that leave her victims reeling with confusion, frustration or both. Mind games are her forte, and her way with words (usually) helps this particularly treacherous girl weasel her way out of any predicament.
Abandoned by a sickly mother at a very young age, Dhaunsiya remembers very little about her roots and cares about it even less. As far as she's concerned, she simply is- her present is the only present. Selfish and cold-hearted, there isn't anything she wouldn't do to succeed, and her ability to remain distant from all types of living creatures helps her get what she wants out of life. Unfortunately, nothing is never enough, and her refusal to let herself get closely attached to anybody has left an aching hole in her heart.
It is because of this that she has taken to thinking about things as belonging to her. Dhaunsiya like to collect anything that strikes her fancy; pretty rocks, oddly shaped pieces of driftwood and, in some special cases, men.
Why should your SOA be allowed to join the Family?: OOCly? Because I want to play! Icly, because this coalition is an excellent fit for Siya. She'd feel very much at home here. She's ready to put the life of a rogue behind her, and embrace the protection and strength of family. It is, after all, what any smart girl would do.

Give us a little bit of history: aside from growing up under the protective, possesive, bossy will of her mother- Yata is a blank slate.
How about a personality:
Young, beautiful and lively; Dhanyata, the only girl in a litter of five, has spent her entire life being sheltered her mother, an over-bearing, sour and malicious cheetah, and protected by her brothers. She's innocent at heart, but hardly stupid, with big dreams and an overpowering need to break away from her mother and prove to the older woman that she can take care of herself. Slightly bitter for being cooped up all her life and, aspiring to rebel, Yata dreams of running away and discovering the world for herself- but her mother has other plans.
Why should your SOA be allowed to join the Family?: She's just a simple girl with big dreams, following her overpowering mother's orders. Yata is a restless soul but, if you'll have her, I intend to have her stay within the coalition.
