You may want to respec that you have 3 points in Focussed Aim so you can get more Hit. Improved Steady Shot only needs 1 point to be efficient, so you can reshuffle from there. I enjoy reading through the guides at http://www.warcrafthuntersunion.com/ The guides are very easy and fun to read, general info on what's good or bad without getting too math heavy.
If you do quite a bit of PVP, I'd stock up on honor to buy some gems with. You are skinner/LW, you could make heavy borean leather, trade with guy in Dalaran for arctic fur, and sell at the AH to make some money for enchants and other stuff. 3nodding
