I like to ask people obnoxious questions about random things. For example, I ask, "Someone painted your chair blue. How does this make you feel?" It's obviously not going to make them feel any differently about their chair just because it's blue now. XD I often ask a lot of questions to people when trying to annoy them.
Other times, I make random noises. I made a very annoying sound with my nose earlier and it annoyed even me.

One thing I do on a dily basis for a good laugh: ~Go up to some totally random person, and say," Don't you just hate it when random strangers come up and talk to you?" Then, whatever their answer, go along with it. ~one step better than repeating the batman song: Either A. Constantly repeat the hamster dance song, or B. This song, which is totally annoying. The video is not important. I love this song 0_o

XemryXIII 1. go to wal-mart an put random items in people's buggies 2. omegle...yeah... hellz yes.omegle is my main thing to do. pop my gum over and over curse at ppl in german(i know alot of german curse words) say huh after every sentance. put bouncy balls down your friends shirt(my friend lacie hates when i do that)

Have giggling spasms. That never fails to get weird stares. I also get them if I'm out in my school uniform. Weird people, my fellow citizens.
One that has and will NEVER fail to piss at least 8 people off is to ask for donations (legally, of course) in a large group, spread about a working area. Once there was a lady who glared at me even though I wasn't about to approach her. gonk
