He shook his head and scanned the surrounding area again. He honestly wasn't sure how the skinwalker's pelts stayed in place. It sure didn't seem to him that they were clasped down in anyway.
"It's probably just part of the curse." He said, looking back at her. "Some form of cursed magic that keeps them on."

She nodded in acceptance. From what he had mentioned, that sounded like a reasonable excuse for the pelts to stay on. "I see.
She looked over the area, not entirely sure what to say to the stallion. Looking back at Hiamovi, she tilted her head to the side. To say that she was curious about his headdress would be an understatement, but she didn't want to be rude and ask out-right. She took a different direction in conversation, instead. "So, where do you think the two-leggers will move your camp to next?"

Hiamovi smiled again at her, she was definitely a sweet enough mare and very curious about the world she didn't know of yet.
"The other side of the lake. It's the same pattern every year. Winter is at the base of the mountains, there are caves there used for warmth and safety. Spring and fall are spent at the plains just short of the forest edge and then summer is here at the lake." He said, turning his gaze to the other side of the lake.
"Very few two-legger camps move it seems...I don't blame you for being curious about it. I'm not sure why they do either, but I've gotten too used to it that if we didn't move I wouldn't know what was happening." He finished, nodding back at her again.

"That's not too bad, then, is it? At least it's to the same location for each season, instead of a different location each time. I suppose it makes it easier, too; you'll know where you are, after a while." As she spoke, she tried to recall all of the areas he had mentioned. She had seen a few of them, but that was it.
"We tend to stick to the forest, and that's about it. Then again, I suppose that if we moved, it might be a bit hard for two of the group." Fond thoughts of the two flutters that stuck with one of the two leggers crossed her mind. If they were to move often, she imagined that it would be rather easy to accidentally lose one of them.

"Hard for two of them..?" He questioned, keeping focused on her. "You have elders among your two-leggers? The ones that need help moving each season?" That usually became his job if he wasn't loaded down with supplies. They had the elder two-leggers ride upon his back to each location. At least that way they were guaranteed safe and didn't have to tire themselves walking such distances.

"OH! No, no elders amongst my two-leggers. However, one of the two-leggers has two flutters, and the other has one. They're rather small, so I imagine it'd be a bit more difficult for them, then it would be for the rest of us." The three flutters were all family, though, if she were honest, between the two two-leggers, majority of them were family. Except her, and two usidas, that is.

"Ah." Hiamovi nodded and smiled to the mare. "I understand now. I've never seen more than one or two flutters...they really are quite small aren't they?" He finished, chuckling a bit.
"I can see why you'd be so worried about them and your two-leggers. Easy to get lost."

"I'm fairly used to them by now. Though, I always worry about running into one of them...if I don't watch where I'm going, that is." she flashed him a quick smile.
"Luckily, majority of the pack are family, stemmed from a stallion and a mare that are lifemates. Though, I'm sure that Zaka probably feels less of a stallion at time...he's the father, and a flutter...his mate, Teyla, is a regular."
