Nameless blew a sigh of relief. Good she would not let any harm come to him. But that begged another question. How would she make she that happened? Surely she would need to give his sisters attention at times and that would leave him vulnerable to the stallions whims. A shiver ran down his spine as he thought about it. His ear twitched as Thanos did something he hadn't expected him to do. The stallion said he could stay...for now at least.
When his father turned and left Nameless stepped close to his mother pushing his head into her neck. He would cherish this time and what she had just done for him. "Thank you." He muttered into her neck. She had just saved his life. For how long he wasn't sure. But he couldn't help but feel happy right now. He vowed that he would return the kindness she had showed him on this day. While he wasn't sure when or how that would happen he told himself that no matter what he would.

Regret blew out a breath of relief as Thanos turned and left - she had not expected the stallion to give in so easily, but then she had played dirty by threatening to leave. Regret had no place else to go and despite her desire to be moving she had no desire to return to her life of wandering. Conflicting...she knew, besides if Thanos really wanted too she knew he could keep her from leaving - Regret just hoped that such a thought wouldn't cross the stallions mind for a while longer. At least until Nameless was old enough to survive without her.
"Thanks...thanks.." She shook her head slightly, suddenly weary from the days activities "you should not have ot thank me for something like this" she told the colt with a slight snort "Come...let us return slowly, so your father has time to cool down and we have some peace together" she stated as an excuse, truthfully - Regret had been in no shape to go madly galloping about the herd lands and now that the adrenaline of this had worn off she found herself paying the price in exhaustion. She led the colt back to the herd at her more normal slow shambling pace.
