Fun, ha maybe her idea of fun. He was about to say no when he saw her sad eyes looking at him. It hurt him to see his sister sad. 'Well I do owe her one so I guess if we go on another small adventure it will be okay. Plus dad might be worried and find us so we can end our adventure early,' he thought.
"Alright I we can go somewhere dangerous as long as it isn't too dangerous. But if anything goes wrong we are going back home okay?"

Ahadi let a smile of triumph cross her maw when her brother agreed to go someplace dangerous. She knew he would, those sad eyes always got what she wanted. Her tailed wagged about happily. "Yeah, yeah we will go back home if something goes wrong." She merely agreed to that part just to keep him quiet about it. Now then, where to go next. Her eyes scanned the horizon, looking for a good place to go.
Her eyes spotted a herd of elephants way off in the distance. Ears perked up at the idea but then Ahadi remembered that Mirie was in tow. Keeping herself safe was one thing but Mirie would cause too many problems and likely slow her down. But she would visit the elephants some other day. Well dang, she couldn't find anything specific to go to. "Come on lets go..." Her head swiveled about for a moment. "This way!" There wasn't anything she could see in that direction just yet but adventures could sneak up on you no matter where one went. So it was the best place to start. She padded off in the direction she had indicated, eye constantly scanning for anything of interest. "If you see anything let me know."

"Alright." Mirie followed Ahadi closely, looking around. He didn't see anything of much interest, which pleased him more than anything. Maybe if Ahadi got bored they could head home. As he walked he heard a twig break behind him. Startled, he jumped from fright. "What was that?" he asked as he quickly turned around. A small rat scurried behind him. Mirie couldn't believe that he had been frightened by a rodent.

Ahadi continued along her eyes and ears alert to anything that could prove interesting. When her brother jumped she rolled her eyes. Gosh he was jumpy. Turning her head she looked back at him. "It was just a rat Mirie." If Mirie was afraid of such a tiny little creature then why did he insist on following her on this mornings adventures. Giving her head a small shake she returned her gaze forward. Well, there were a couple of gazelles off in the distance. But they weren't very interesting.
Coming to a stop Ahadi let out a sigh. It seemed that the rhino had been the highlight of her morning adventures. A small rumble from her stomach caught her attention. She was quite hungry. As much as she would have loved to try her hand at hunting she knew Mirie would say no. Glancing at her brother as he came up to her. "I'm hungry." She told him. "I guess we better head home and get something to eat." Turning she led the way back in the direction of their home.
