Noelle
Noelle woke up pretty late, as she definitely liked sleeping in. But something woke her up... maybe it was because she felt like she was on FIRE?! She jumped up onto her four paws to try to extinguish the fire that she felt. Instead of a water gun, an Ember came out, and Noelle shrieked more.
"Tessa-- Someone! Help!" She stopped panicking when she realized that the fire that she felt wasn't actually burning her. She looked around to see why she was feeling this way when she saw her black paws and stubby tail. She frowned, then sat down to examine what she was. A Houndour? I can't be." While trying to find out what could've happened, she sat down, took deep breaths, and hoped that her little escapade didn't wake whoever was in the room with her. As she calmed down, the 'fire' that had awakened her dimmed down to a warm, comfortable glow.
After a few seconds though, she couldn't help but let out a frustrated growl, which turned back into an Ember, which had lit a small grass-type on fire. She shrieked, and instinctively spouted out another Ember, trying to hose it down. She screamed and patted it out with her paw, and hoped the Cherrim she had lit on fire wasn't too mad at her for slightly charring her 'hair'/petals. "I'm so sorry! I just... thought... I was... a Vaporeon. She face-pawed herself for how stupid that sounded, but turned to the grass-type anyways hoping for some explanation to what was happening.

Incultyr && Chronicler && CrownChronicler was woken from her nightmare by FLAMING PAIN. The Cherrim rolled off her hammock as she panicked, trying to pat away the fire. She hit the ground the same time a burst of sweet scent came out of her petals, and settled over her body. The Aromatherapy choked out the fire and got to work mending the burns. "Ooowwww...What was that for Anna?" She groaned, getting up to her feet. "HOLY SH-" From the ceiling dropped a butterfree, right on top of Chronicler. It flailed around violently, its wings releasing spores of various types. Chronicler crawled out from under what she believed to be Crown, releasing another burst of Aromatherapy, less they all get paralysed, put to sleep, and poisoned. "Crown, you ok!?" Chronicler asked, eyes wide as the Butterfree cursed and flailed around, now on his back. Crown doesn't usually talk like that... "WHY THE HELL WAS I ON THE CEILING?"That...that was Incultyr's voice. Chronicler looked from Incultyr-Crown and then to Morana. "Ink? Anna? What's going on!? Where's crown?"That was answered by a shrill scream coming from the next door, the guy's room. "INCULTYR! I'M YOU!" It wailed.

Noelle
The Cherrim Noelle had lit on fire asked her why she had done such a thing in a blaming tone. "I'm sorr--!" She was interrupted by a Butterfree that landed on the Cherrim she was talking about. The whole situation was explained as the three who had gotten switched realized that they were someone else. The Cherrim had called her Anna. She shook her head in disbelief. "I don't know an Anna--or any of you guys! I'm Noelle, I'm a Vaporeon." She sat down, wondering if this Anna was in her body. If so, she hoped she was nice, because she still had that cut on her side and any sudden movements would make it bleed again.
"Soo... " Noelle squirmed, obviously not used to to heat of this body. "It seems like you guys all know each other..." She commented. She was out-of-place here, and she didn't like it.

Incultyr && Chronicler && CrownThe door from the guy's room opened and a Larvitar stumbled in, awkwardly walking forward on all fours. Her eyes opened wide when she spotted Incultyr in her body. "We...we...switched." She squeaked in a small voice, doing her best to stay calm. Chronicler hurried over to her, giving her reassuring words as she tried to figure out what was going on around her. Incultyr, still on his back, both wings flat against the ground, stared up at Noelle. "Well if you're Noelle, where's Morana?" He struggled to get onto his feet, but couldn't do much except wag Crown's arms and feet in the air. "Argh...help me up, and tell me where your Team room is! Anna frightens easily, I need to be there for her..."

Noelle
The Vaporeon-turned-Houndour nodded at the Larvitar's statement. "I wonder if there are others who have this same problem? If we all switched, there's bound to be more." Noelle wondered if the rest of her team was alright. Hopefully, Dash hadn't been affected, just like this team's Cherrim. Because if he did, he probably wouldn't have noticed until someone pointed out something, then he would probably start gnawing his limbs off. Noelle shrugged at the thought, then turned to face the team.
"If you'd like to see your... Anna, you'd better come with me to our team room." She sat down as she waited for everyone to agree, and swished her tail. Well, she tried to swish her tail, but it just came out as frantic twitch. She frowned, then got up. "Follow me." She began awkwardly walking to the exit, because even if she was used to all fours, controlling a body not your own was pretty hard.

Monday November 29th, 2010 Chronicles of the North Star: Chapter 100

This day had been nearing for many weeks now. After Morana and Incultyr's last mission with Team Trinity I had carefully spaced out my chapters. Looks like I got my timing just right.
Last night the Guild was attacked by a powerful Mightyena. Its power seemed to have come from some dark amulet on its neck. Acer and Crescendo were there, and they witnessed the fight. Neither of them were hurt thank goodness, but the battle had left both of them shaken.
The enemy seemed to have been able to control the pure essence of darkness, turning the ground into solid shadows, sucking in and destroying everything nearby. Their recount sounded terrifying, and we feel the repercussions of what had happened even today.
Morana's older brother escaped yesterday. Zero, in his madness, had disabled his daughter and answered the alarm. They managed to bring him back safely afterwards, but it was a harrowing experience for the family. I feel so sorry for him. Trapped in his memories, living through them again, unable to make new ones...
This morning we received a package from the Guild exchange. We had been expecting it. Acer and Cress's participation in the protection of the guild yesterday had earned Team Polaris Mission Points.
Enough to take up up to the next rank, the last rank. Team Polaris is now a Champion Team.
It's an odd thought. Morana and Incultyr first pulled this team together only nine and a half short months ago. And already we're one of the most powerful teams in the guild! In name anyways. Truthfully, Morana and Incultyr are still the only real fighters. Crescendo is extremely strong, but he avoids battle, would rather heal than hurt. And Acer...he's still only a young child, though he is eager to prove himself.
With the package came a letter. It mostly just congratulated us on reaching such a rank, and then it went on to explain the package itself. Within we would find a beautiful flute made of what looked like gold. It seemed to glow on its own, a magical aura around it that was captivating. The note explained that this is something called the legendary "Golden flute". I have heard of stories of such things, said to have been created by Arceus in order to call together the forces of the world.
Champion Rank Teams are given one, the note explained. They are deemed worthy and powerful enough to face the Legends of the world, and the Flute allows them to call such legends. Legendaries. It was a bit of a shock to us all, that they would give such a thing to a team, any team.
There was little info on the flute, how to use it, what its effects are, and what are the consequences. Guess we'll have to do some research ourselves. We took it to Second Chance and kept it locked in one of our safes. We don't really know what to do with it, but it was given to us and we shall keep it safe.
I'm tempted to test it out, I would love to meet a legendary! A legendary that isn't bent on destroying the guild anyways, as most of them seem these days...
I can feel it. So many forces and factors are coming together, colliding. Something big is coming, but I don't know what. I try my best to find them, but every time I seem to get near they slip just out of my grasp like water. Like the shadow of water.

Desdemona Desdemona arrived outside Team Polaris' room. It was finally time for her to deliver her gift. Unfortunately, there was hardly any time left to the event; certainly not enough for her to stay and chat, so she would just have to drop it and go. She put the package down and slid it toward the enterance. "For Team Polaris. From Desdemona." was written on a card attached to the top of the lid. Underneath the seperately wrapped lid of the box was 25 berries worth of carmelized cubed Pecha berries. Fresh, of course. The Mawile straighened up and made her way back to the Team Room.[Pecha Berries x25 for Team Polaris. Happy (late) Holidays!]

Thursday May 5th, 2011 Chronicles of the North Star: Chapter 138

A lot has happened. As I explained in my last Chapter the Guildmaster died. Yesterday was his funeral. It was short but its impact great. Poor Acer was devastated- he had been there to see his death after all.
But today a great deal of things happened. Morana (Bt the way, she finally evolved yesterday!) left this morning to journey with her big sister Zosee to Pilgrim's mountain, where they found Jirachi! It restored Zero's mind, and we spent the afternoon clearing the room so we could safely bring him back to the present.
Zosee finally woke him up, nuzzling him and murmuring words of affection. He woke and instantly bolted to his feet. He looked so confused the poor thing, but Zosee helped him relax, get him out off the battle his mind had been trapped in.
We spent a long time explaining to him everything. Zosee looked happier than I have ever seen her and Anna was really excited. Even Atra seemed to be in high spirits, which is nice because I've heard that he hasn't been doing well for a long time.
They brought back with them a baby Jirachi as well. Her name is Hope, and it's absolutely fascinating. Apparently they had met the Original Jirchi, who claimed to be under a curse. It had to sleep and only wake for seven days every thousand years. The Flute had temporarily freed it, and in order to make sure there was someone who would grant wishes in its stead, it created Hope and left her care in our hands in exchange for restoring Zero.
It's late now- we stayed up talking for quite some time. Everyone decided to stay here in our room for the night, even Atra. I'm going to lend Zero my Chronicles so he can catch up on everything that has happened since the trip to hell. There's a lot of figure out.

Incultyr && Acer && Crescendo && Chronicler && Crown Veritas && Melissa && Lilium && Zero && Zosee && ZoraZosee looked around at the assembled Pokemon. "Is everyone ready?" She asked, and those who had formed a circle around her nodded. The Manectric had taken charge of the mission. Incultyr walked up to the electric type and placed a hand on her side (he couldn't reach her shoulder). "Bring her back safely.""I promise. She's my little sister."Around Zosee those who are coming on the expedition, readied themselves. Veritas, Melissa, Zero, and Zora. The rest of them would remain at the guild. --- Atra and Morana were missing. After the fight with Ivan, they had expected to find Hope with the two of them in the azalea team room. They were not there. Several days of anxious waiting and they did not come back up. They couldn't track them psychically- the Jirachi seemed to have erected a barrier, wherever they were. They became worried. Both Atra and Morana -especially the former- had been extremely hurt during the battle. Who knows what their condition is like? Finally, Anna's older siblings could take no more. They're mounting an expedition to find them. "We need to find them as fast as we can. Our first destination will be Pilgrim's mountain, to where Jirachi sleeps. If they are not there we may be able to ask Jirachi itself." Zosee had explained to those who were coming, as they poured over a map of the world, brainstorming likely areas. They came up with little, but it did not deter the members of Team Absolute Indignation. Incultyr watched on with growing dread and a feeling of helpless rage. "You can't come." Zero had told him firmly. "We have to be as fast as possible. the group is already too large, and I'm afraid you will slow us down.""She's my partner damn it! I have to be there for her!""I know. Just...be strong. Wait for her, have faith. We'll bring her back."--- "Alright, let's head out." Zosee, her back laden with supplies as was most of the others left the guild as those who remained behind stood watching from the doorway. "I can't let this happen again." Incultyr murmured, his hands balling into fists. "I won't be helpless anymore."And with that he turned around and left. ((This fail post was brought to you by a very tired Cherry. At least it doesn't take forever to read.))
