OMG... Erik crossovers....
Cross it over into a yaoi. And make Christine SUFFER!!!! Muwahahahaha!!! I'm sorry... but it's kind of a dream and I'm sort of working on that fanfic. The "If Erik were gay..." lol
Another one... Cross it over with Romeo and Juliet. O.o Use your imagination on this one.
Put Erik in The Lord of the Flies to make it cool. NOW WHO'S GETTING PWNED BOYS!?!?!? FYI.. I hated that book. >.<

I've wondered that too: if given the choice would Erik give up his geniusness (sp) in return for hansom-ness?
I personally think (and hope) that he wouldn't. If he did he'd be equal with Raoul, hot but talentless (and Erik's talent is what makes him). There's still a chance that Christine would leave him and then he wouldn't even have his music to comfort him.

I hated that book. >.< I just imagined all the male characters from the POTO universe as little kids trapped on a deserted island. Erik would be a combo of Jack and Roger, Raoul would be Piggy (kill the fop, spill his blood, bash him in lol ), Andre and Firmin (sp) would be Sam and Eric xp , and the Persian would be Simon.

Ummm....I don't think Erik would, but he is the trapdoor lover.....as for ITW, it's very good! I saw it at a community theatre a few years ago.

As for the question being asked about the potion...I guess it would depend WHEN he was given this potion but either way I think he WOULD take the potion. To Erik his mind is useless unless he has someone to share it with and in his mind no one could love him unless he was "beautiful". I think he would gladly give up his mind for beauty and the love he thinks would come with it. Erik doesn't treasure his mind as much as he treasures the thought of someone loving him.
As for Into The Woods, I thought it was a witty and extremly unique take on the fairytails that have been told SO many times. A very great example of how to take something cliche and turning it unique.
