I always always always touch my face. I never change my pillow case. XD I wash it with just hot water once every day or every other. And I like never ever get zits unless I'm on my period and even then it's like tinyzit.
BUT MY HAIR IS NOT COOPERATIVE.

Diuy I didn't realize SWFT was so insightful on the subject of hair. and so completely and utterly wrong. straightening damages your hair. straightening while wet not only damages but FRIES your hair, jesus christ.

I've never tried it but along the lines of the clean pillowcase thing is sleeping on a clean towel. If like me you only have one set of pillowcases (I have 6 pillows so all the cases are always in use), then having a clean towel would work just as well.
Also, vaseline on eyelashes for longer lashes. I applied it at night and then slept with and by morning it was like wearing mascara. I was mega skeptical of this at first but it totally works. Some people get mixed results, and sometimes it takes a while for you to notice any difference.

Peanut butter and mayonnaise are both incredibly useful for getting sticky substances out of your hair.

when it comes to high-end make up the only thing that really matters is eye liner (the pencil kind). the more expensive liners have the better waxes that glide on smoother. mascara "formula" doesn't make a difference, it's all in the brush shape.
"bare minerals" is only good for covering up like rosacia. if you have any bumps it seems to magnify them.
idk what that drunk whore is talking about, you want to use high lights, not shadow colors under your brow and on your tear duct. like a pearl or a light silver, and blend it in a bit no blunt lines or you'll look ******** ridiculous. makes your eyes look a lot more awake and happy.
also, if your eyes are looking particularly sleepy, put a slightly lighter than flesh neutral shade across the entire lid. it's a small effort, but usually can make a big difference.
when you're putting cover up on over your dark circles, don't follow the curve. place a littttle dab right near the duct, and then kind of dot it out straight line between your eye and nose like / nose then keep dabbing until it's blended. it won't make the light reflect in the same way, it'll be better covered up.
UMMMMMMMMM bathe in the blood of slaughtered orphans and you should be good to go.
