Dysi chuckled to himself at her childish attitude. "Maybe your definition of fun will change when you get older. Not all fun is games," he told her, with a slight smile. She was older than a cub, but still not old enough to be out of her childish attitude. Maybe she would never grow out of it, but Dysi would be unlikely to find out.
Dysi stood behind her, scanning the water as she talked. "You can swim to get fish, but it gets messy, so what you do is you walk into the water," he said quietly, smiling at her before moving into the water. He moved until he was standing int eh water, shallow to him but would be around halfway up her legs for the young girl. "And then you have to wait, very quietly, or just talk very quietly." He told her, gesturing with his head to the water. "And keep an eye out for any movements. Fish fill this watering hole, so it shouldn't be long before one comes along."

Arr looked up at the older male before shaking her head decidedly. she giggled slightly then licked her lips. "No! Arr thinks fun can only be games and playing!" She nodded proudly at the idea, playing games was the most fun! How can anything else be fun. She was more then sure there MIGHT be something out there that was just as fun but if you asked her nothing was as fun as playing games to her anyway.
She trotted a little closer to the water looking carefully and listening to the male the best she could. She was excited to get some fish hunting done but as she started to get closer int the water looking for fish she heard a roar, she knew what it was! It was a roar she had heard in the distance a few times before. "Arr's really sorry!" She squeaked before looking back up at the leopard and then sighing she wasn't that happy to have to go right away.
"Arr really hopes she can meet you again. But that's Arr's daddy calling Arr." She nodded before nuzzling the larger feline in a freidnly manner before she started to trot away. "Arr's really sorry"!

Dysi had only barely heard the roar that had the young child reacting to, and raised his head to glance towards where the noise had come from. He couldn't see anything that would give away who had made the roaring noise, but it seemed the young cub had known immediately who it was. Her father calling? Well, at least she recognized his roar.
"Do not worry. I'm sure we will meet again some day, until then,take care of yourself, Arr!" He called out to her gently, as she started to move away from him. He settled himself beside the watering hole. He watched as she disappeared off to find her father, keeping watch over her until she was out of sight. Hopefully she would find her father quickly.
Perhaps he should have walked her back? He thought, blinking lightly. No. Her father probably wouldn't have appreciated the gesture, an adult male stalking after a young female? Not a nice image, to someone who didn't understand his motives. He sighed to himself and refocused on the fish in the water. May as well catch some more for himself while he was here.
