"Ah, I've had turkey and chicken. Grams would dress them. It's an interesting experience if you haven't seen how those are dressed as well. Well like Grams does it anyways. She use to make sure they were fresh." He left walking around just an hour before out. He figured she didn't need to know that.
He gave a slight frown until she reacted to the broken ribs. He paused "Uh... well they're healing. So they're better than they were." He said softly. He tilted his head, "Yeah.... bad things." He said softly biting his lower lip softly.
"I..." He paused, wondering if she was talking about monsters or worse.

"I umm... I should probably go." -Her words were soft again, fingers wringing the poor hankerchief brutely as if that alone might fight back the forming tears.
It was bad enough to be caught crying.. but if she did it again... It was just sad though.. he was being so nice, and now it was going to look like she was running away.
Pushing herself up from her seat lightly, she grasped her bookbag in her freehand.- "I hope you feel better soon. It really was nice to meet you." -Really it was, even if it did look like she was about to start bawling again.
Beginning to walk, she lifted the hankerchief to her eyes once more. She'd really have to return it.. once she had the time to clean it and all. Maybe that... wasn't such a bad thing. Atleast she'd get a chance to apologize for her rudeness.-

He watched her as she got up. He frowned softly at the sudden notice of departure, "It was nice to meet you to, thanks." He said softly before watching her start to walk off. He leaned back on the bench for a second.
"See you around?" He said in almost a questioning tone, if nothing else he hoped she'd be around Melody. He wasn't worried about the handkerchief. More that she was happy, but he couldn't help but wonder what precisely bad happened. If she was crying like that it couldn't've been a youma attack... even if that was why she was crying.
He looked up at the sky, it was a nice day for a nap on a park bench, if only he'd brought a hat...
