I don't think this was mentioned.. It's interesting. In the game Spore by EA, to advance to the space age from the civilization stage you must take over every nation that is not your own either by War, Religion, or Financially or a combination of the 3. The message I feel that this game is teaching is that the world can not advance and evolve without a one world government aka new world order.

They have a test that seems to determine which secret society you have the potential to belong to: Illuminati, Templar, and Dragon.

TrutherMei....it seems that I have failed you. XD

According to that little test, I would be best suited for the Illuminati.

However, despite what choice they think best suits you, they allow you to become an initiate of whatever side you wish for future use in the game (and possibly outside it). If this has some actual connection to the real war, we might have an interesting opportunity on our hands. And if it really does, I think I might have just signed up for Templar. Is that bad?

(Strange how they labeled me as an Illuminati when I swear all my choices made me a candidate for the Templar. Maybe my knowledge of their ways isn't as up to date as I thought.)

Some interesting paragraphs about each faction. It's almost like their trying to secretly find more members and devotees. Of course that's a little far-fetched.

Illuminati - The Triangle
Quote:
"Sex, Drugs & Rockefeller"

Notorious bad boys and girls of the secret world, the Illuminati are also the most ambitious, cut-throat and furtive of the secret societies.

From the gilded halls of the ancient pharaohs to the private clubs and the decadent parties of the famously rich and egocentrically famous, from leaders of industry and Hollywood agents to presidents and popes, the Illuminati have weaved their intricate web with ruthless cunning and acute skill.

They rule their corporate pyramid with cold opportunism, and only the strongest members survive. Their secrets can make you rich and powerful beyond compare - or they may destroy your soul and sanity with it

The Illuminati seek to plunder heaven and hell by any means necessary, and god help those who stand in their way.

As a member of the Illuminati, you don't play by anybody's rules. There are no rules. There is no honour.
There is only victory.

Dragon - The Circle
Quote:
"The Art of Chaos"

Manipulators and conspirators, the Dragon have survived for millennia by playing their enemies against each other. Since before the first empire, through the aggression of the Mongol Khans and the ebb and tide of the polotical change, a whisper in the right ear, a strategic assassination, alliance carefully crafted and broken - and the world eventually bends to the patient will of the immortal Dragon.

With a spiritual and philosophical approach to the secret crafts, as an acolyte of the Dragon you are taught to listen, shown how to teach others, and expected to respect the balance of the universe and to be humble in the face of fate. Yours is not the path of force, though force is often needed to clear the path.

Few know of the Dragon and their long history, and that is how the Dragon want it. You are invisible but pervasive, silent but all-knowing, and when the other secret societies have decimated each other, you will rebuild the world from the ruins of their arrogance.
The Dragon is too easily underestimated, but those who do so live to regret it - or die before they get the chance.

Templar - The Cross
Quote:
"Deliverance From Evil"

Crusaders. Judges. The Holy Terror. The Templars are the world's least secretive secret society. Their military-ideological machine has operated in plain sight since Babylon - a matter of pride, or moral superiority. Conspiracy theorists, obsessed with the minor 'Knights Templar' offshoot, underestimate the Templars' true European empire. Private armies. Members of parliaments. Royal families.

The Templars believe they will deliver the world from evil by force, and even their opponents - who call them zealots and warmongers - cannot deny that force. As an agent of the Templars you are not just fighting the war on darkness, you "are" the war on darkness. Suave and sophisticated, but brutal and uncompromising, you use history as a weapon to shape the future.
Few will stand in the way of the Templars' banner. Do you have the will to stand behind it?

This game can either be a good thing or a bad thing. It would be bad if they made the illuminati out to be something cool and acceptable. It would be good if this game brought awareness of conspiracy.

Release date is going to be somewhere around 2011-2012.

They don't seem to make anyone cool. They tell the things most known about them and their conspiracies but the main purpose of the game is allow people to play whoever they would dare choose and fight the others. Good (Templar), Evil (Illuminati), and the Neutral (Dragon).

Good thing I don't listen to main stream BS! I'm immune to this Illuminati "mind control".

Maybe you're the real one secretly meant to be an Illuminati. Cause I find that Templar chick with the dual D-Eagles to be straight BA. XD

After watching a few interviews about it. The game is mostly about all three secret societies trying to survive after the end began. And it's completely the player's choice of who they wish to play and who they want to take over the world in the end. And I doubt it's anything to do with brainwashing cause they let you look at real conspiracies associated with the three. Seems like a Truther game to me. Just be careful who you pick to win in the end.

I find it hilarious how every person working on this game has a foreign accent yet the site says you MUST speak English. It's like they have no respect for their own languages. XD

It's a GAME... World of Warcraft have ELVES and DRAGONS! The WoW team must be hiding elves!!!

EDIT: I got the Dragon, and I am happy. They sound pretty cool. My least favorite of the 3 options would have been Templar, probably, though Illuminati's description was awful, too. The Dragon wants balance in the world and knowledge to be spread. (once they take over)
