Subu nodded to Usiku as she stood and started off, he didn't make a comment about her whimper - dogs like Usiku didn't like such weakness pointed out to them and he imagined doing so would only get him a few choice insults in return. Best just to keep quiet - which is also why he didn't ask her if she needed help.
