Amirynth
The girl frowned a little as he walked on yet when no one seemed to be in the passage ways, he breathed a sigh of relief. He still did not want to meet the others yet, this was worse than a bad dream... Spriggin's mind wandered as he thought over the past few days. 'It did seem like a bad dream... or a very badly done story line. If this was a game it had excellent graphics, he almost could feel the walls with his fingertips.' Reaching out his fingers sank into the plaster and he took them back out to examin them. "..." The gamer shook his head and then squinched his eyes shut before opening them again. 'It must be a game... How else could a person explain his glitched state.' The girl examined his hands again before nodding slightly. 'People don't just walk through walls and it would explain his new apperance.' With that thought squarly in mind the hacker turned on his heel and continued to wander through the corriador, attention back on the tetris diversion.

Eragon Elder
Icarus was striding down many halls not knowing where he was going. "I wish i had some string to follow my path...it's like the labyrinth in here." He shuddered at the thought....hopefully a minotaur wasn't around here. He remembered making a plan with his father to give to a boy. He needed to escape the labyrinth.

Sandals softly padded the floor as halls went this way and that past his curious eyes. A turn here, a turn there, who knows where he was going. He was walking looking everywhere but infront of him. Before he knew it he was on the floor looking up at another studenr he guessed. Long red hair and many scrapes and bruises decked her from head to toe. He didn't know what to really say.
"Um...sorry about that"

Amirynth
Spriggin looked startled as he looked down at the yound mostly naked boy that suddenly appeared at his feet. It wasn't until closer inspection that the girls feet seemed to actually be slightly under the level of the floor, not that the gamer seemed to notice. "Umm... 'ello there. Ya seem to need a little help?" Reaching down he frowned slightly at his hand before grasping the others and helping him up. 'Yup definate contact there, good no more glitches it seems' Looking around before realizing there was no way out of this meeting he shrugged and then added. "T' name's Spriggin. Whats yours?"

Eragon Elder
Icarus smiled as the student helped him up.
"Thanks"
He dusted his robe off before facing the person.
"Oh, my name's Icarus." He looked at the girl. Icarus was a bit confused. He decided not to mention anything at the time.
"Have you been here long?" He questioned looking around the halls. He didn't even know how long he had been here.

Amirynth
"I've been around not long, but this is my first time out. The rents are making me go to class..." He shrugged and then turned to look at his PDA. "I managed to get into something like computer files here which had a map of the school... Should be going this way." He pointed off into the distance and then looked back at the boy. "Ya need some directions t' somewhere, ya look a little lost."

Eragon Elder
Icarus gave the boy a really strange look. What in the name of Zeus was a computer?
"Um....Yah I don't know where anything is." He looked down at the small rectangular grey box. Is that what a computer was?
"Excuse me, but what is this..computer you talk about?"

Amirynth
This question had Spriggin halted in his tracks... 'How could someone not know what a computer was?' He shook his head at the PDA in his hands and instead hunkered down pulling his laptop from his carryingcase. Opening it up and flicking his fingers over the keyboard to take off the protective barriers he turned it so that Icarus could see it. "This is a laptop, it's like a portable computer."

Eragon Elder
Icarus watched as the boy moved with such speed and had this box glowing before him. He looked at it still wondering what it did. What did it do...?
With a totally clueless expression he stared at it.
"What is a computer?" He looked at the laptop still clueless yet getting interested in the whole idea.

Amirynth
"Hmmm... Well... Ya can use a computer for practically anything. Typing things, art, chatting, games, getting information, reading, music, video... anything really." He opened a few programs before pulling up a music video of Queen and playing it. "See, this is a music video, it plays the song and we can watch the group as they sing." Spriggin still hadn't figured out why his wireless connection would only connect to his main computer but he would work on that some more later.

Eragon Elder
Icarus nodded only understanding a little bit at a time. He still didn't know how it did this. He always wanted to know about things and this was quite a brain stumper!

All of a sudden the box made movement and noise! There were people inside it! How did they fit!? He jumped back at this sound and slowly came closer. He touched the "person" and then recoiled back. He studied the computer from all angles and still couldn't figure it out.
"What sort of trick is this. How do those people fit in this...computer." His eyes were wide with shock.

Amirynth
Spriggin tried not to laugh as he paused the video. "No trick, just a music video." He grinned and then remembered his sister's comment once. "It's like a camera is actually a box with a little flemmish painter painting furiously inside it." The comment gave him an idea and he grabbed his phone. 'still roaming... blech' Pointing it towards Icarus it made a clicking sound and then he poked a few buttons to call his laptop. In a few moments Icarus' image was up on the screen.

Eragon Elder
Icarus still didn't understand but decided to find out it's mystery later. He then looked back just in time to see himself on the computer. His eyes widened again.
"How am I there!? And here?" He shook the computer screen face down trying to shake "himself out." He set the computer down after he couldn't get him himself out.

Amirynth
"Ack! don't shake it!" Spriggin reached for his 'baby' and placed it back in his lap. "I took a picture of you. It's like a painting only it happens lightning fast and then I can show it on here as if it was in a frame." He closed the laptop down after saving it in a folder he had named 'friends' "So ya know of anything to do around here?"

Eragon Elder
Icarus shrugged at the weird invention. He mentally made a note to study it more. But with the explanation of the painter...now there was a painter inside? He decided not to ask again.
"I really don't know of anything to do here...I have stayed in my room except for the other day and now. I began to walk around searching for people. It's like the labyrinth! But I bumped into you instead of the Minotaur." He smiled quite happy it wasn't the minotaur.

Amirynth
"Well I am glad I am not a minotaur." Spriggin smiled before he stood back up, slinging his laptop back around his shoulders. "Though with the way this game is going it might be interesting to see one. Must find a save point first." He mumbled on a little longer as he started to make his way around the passageways again, peering into doors as he went. Some things were really wierd behind them and one he had to open up again, his eyes widening as he gazed inside.

Eragon Elder
Icarus nodded his head in agreement. He looked around and noticed what had caught Spriggin's attention. He raised an eyebrow at the opened door. This guy was an interesting one. He didn't mind the boy's rambling on about 'save points' or other things going on through his crazy head.

Amirynth
Spriggin took a step into the room and looked around. Weapons of all shapes and sizes covered the walls including a rubber mallet and a 40 ft pole. "Wow! I think I have just found the armory. Score!" He ran around a bit looking for something cool. "But I haven't found any monsters yet. How can I tell which would give me the better bonus?" Grasping at something almost squishy the girl pulled on it and dropped it as soon as she saw what it was. "Oh eM Gee! What is an arm doing in here?!"

Amirynth
Looking around Spriggin realized he had lost the other he was guiding around. Assuming the burnt looking one had found his own way he shrugged a little and went back to weapon hunting. After a few moments he remembered his summons and decided to continue on his exploration. "Still need to find a save point..." The girl stood up, tossing a bent sword aside and then heading back out into the passage.

Jeanemon
Beth turned a corner, nose burried in a book. Quite nearly burried, since her eyes were about an inch from the surface. She was mouthing the words, trying to memorize the words. Absorbed in her book, she started to make a turn too early and ran book first into a wall.

"Ow!" She cried, slipping on the floor and landed on her behind. She looked around, hoping that no one had seen her do something stupid. Again.

Amirynth
Spriggin continued on his way when he heared a thud just around the corner. Curious he wandered towards the noise to see a girl this time sprawled on the floor. 'Wow, people have bad balance here, must be another glitch...' he thought to himself. Sprigg reached out his hand to help the girl with a smile. "Ahh I see new players have entered the game. How ya doing? The name's Spriggin."

Jeanemon
Dusting herself off slightly, Beth shot a smile at the girl. "Heyah, Spriggin." She said, pushing herself up and grimacing. Book... Book... Aha! She found it and picked it up, grinning again. " 'M Beth. Haven' seen ya 'round b'fore. Ya lost, 'r sumthin'?"

Amirynth
The gamer shrugged slightly. "Not lost, exploring. I have a map from my files to use if I wanted." He poked towards his bag slung over his shoulder before tilting his head slightly to peer at the book, most of his hair falling over his face. With a slight scowl he pulled it back and looked around for a hairtie which he had obviously forgotten in his room. "I've been 'ere for a bit but they are making me go to classes now so I had t'make an apperance." The girl nodded towards the passage Beth had just come from. "So where ya headed?"

Jeanemon
"Ah. I get losta lot, m'self. Mos'ly tryin' ta read an' walk at th' same time. I ain' so good at th' whole learnin' thing yet." Beth rolled her eyes. When it came to shooting and/or maiming things, she was game. But reading? That pushed her brain just a wee bit too far.

"Where was I goin'?" She asked herself lightly, tapping her lower lip. "Bathroom, bedroom, onna those." Beth shrugged. Ah, well. Must not have been that important.

Amirynth
Listening closely to the banter Spriggin tried to figure what she was talking about. The heavy accent was hard to decipher. "Where are ya from anyway? I was born in Birmingham, England but I moved to the States just a few years ago." He was curious to place the accent. The last few words registered with no problem and he waved his hand in the opposite direction. Well the maps said bathrooms would be somewhere in that direction... as for your room I 'ave no idea."

Jeanemon
"If m'town hada name, I did' know it." She said, shrugging. " 'M from England too, jus' a bit before yah were." She smiled, somewhat pleased that someone else was from her country, even if her England and Spriggin's were as different as night and day.

"Oh, good. 'Cause I think bathroom was what I was goin' fer." Beth nodded. "A'least someone knows what they're doin' 'round here."

Amirynth
"That's cool!" The girl gave a thumbs up feeling a touch of pride in his homeland. "Ah always wanted to go back... don't believe I shall be able to now." He could remember where he grew up, the trains that thundered along the tracks near his house and the school he would play in. Come to think of it, his room did remind him very much of his old room in B-ham. Hearing her last comment, the gamer nodded, "I got a map of the place. I can print one out for ya if you want." Turning he made his way to the bathrooms. "So ya remember anything about where ya lived?"

Amirynth
Wandering around the passages, once again alone, the girl turned his attention towards the back end of the school. He knew where he was suppost to be going but wandering around aimlessly was proving to be much more interesting. Now if only he could fix that certain problem... The game glared at the walls as if willing them to be firmer. He did not want to fall through another one and was sure Beth probably didn't like being left stranded.

Kako_Kawaii
Joshua walks down the hall aimlessly, the color of anything within a five-foot radius of him fading quickly. He was to distracted to keep check on his power at the moment. "I feel really bad for Axiss," He mumbles to himself.

Amirynth
Distracted with another patch of wall that refused to be solid Spriggin didn't notice the other until he was on top of him literally. It was an odd feeling walking right through another being and the girl halted in shock, not ever daring to turn around.

Kako_Kawaii
Josh freezes, something strange just happened. His distraction causes the colorless area to expand by about six inches. He glances left and right, then turns around. "'ello," He says to the that had suddenly appeared behind him, "Ye new 'ere or sumthin?" He steps towards her a little and... steps through her foot. "Eh..."

Amirynth
"Ack! Now I'm glitched!" The girl shook her head and backed off a moment staring at her hands before he looked up with a confused expression and poked the image he saw before him. "Unless you're another glitch..." The finger met resistance and Spriggin seemed to relax a little again still frowning at his fingers.

After a moment of contemplation the gamer looked back up with a smile and did his usual speal. "Hi! t'names Spriggin, You'd be the third gamer I met so far... doesn't seem to be to many on this server though..."

Kako_Kawaii
"Gamer...? Ye mean like that Dungeons and Whatsi'called?" Joshua responds confusedly. "I be Joshua, by th'way."

Amirynth
"Dungions and Dragons? Nahhh that be old school." The girl shook her head, long reddish hair falling behind though it seemed to have a habit of gravitating towards objects as if full of static. "I'm figuring this is a beta of a new high graphic vertual reality game. I haven't worked out the story line too much yet but I already found one of the armory points. It seems to be very sophisticated except when I get out of it I'm going to have to let them know that some of their terrains are not stable."

Kako_Kawaii
Joshua Shakes his head, How could this girl think it was a game? "Uh... why do ye think this be a game?"

Amirynth
"Well for one, only in a game could I look like this." He points down to the boobs before adding, "And where I come from the walls don't just suddenly become insubstantial." The hacker frowned at his hands again before mumbling something inteligable.

Kako_Kawaii
"Well, why wouldn't ye look like that? I mean, ye may have aged a few years but... I don't really see what's wrong with girls having boobs." He notices the color fading going on around him. Irritatedly, he regains control of his power and the colorless area shinks to cover only his immediate surroundings.

Amirynth
Spriggin looked up with a shocked expression on his face. "I'm not suppost to have boobs! I was a normal kid. Ya know... normal... all I wanted was to become the greatest hacker and get laid... and then I get tossed out a 10 story window and wake up the next day with boobs... How can I get laid with these?"

Kako_Kawaii
Josh looks at the girl confusedly, causing his aura to extend out an inch or two again. "Well, it seems ye could definately get laid should ye wantta. They are of -ahem- ample size... There're pleanty'f guys 'ere that'd well... -ahem-"

Amirynth
The shocked expression turned into one of almost dispair. "You might swing that way but I am totally on the streight an' narrow. How can I do some chick without the proper equipment?" The girl sat down, missing the floor by a few inches so that he was sitting more into the floor than on it. Spriggin didn't even notice, his arms hung limp at his side. "It's just not cool... So it has to be a serious game, other wise someone is seriously going to have some trouble staying away from the IRS." A fist clenched slightly.

Kako_Kawaii
"Ah, so yer gay? I think Professor Torrid is willing t'do gender transplants, but after this whole issue with Axiss she probably's given up 'n it."

Amirynth
"I'm not gay!" The girl shook his head again and tugged a little at the loose strands that were comming from his ponytail. "I'm a guy! I don't know what happened... some something happened and I'm not in the right body... well I am but then I am not... I'm not suppost to be female." He had stood up and was almost pasing across the passageway. Each turn took him closer and closer to the wall before he partially went into the wall before turning, comming back out and then stomping over to the other side. He didn't seem to notice that he was doing this.

Kako_Kawaii
"A guy...?" Josh mumbles, surprisedly. "'EY! WAIT UP!" Joshua runs after the er... guyl? so quickly his colorless aura has trouble catching up. "Well, do ye look like ye did when ye were alive?"

Amirynth
In mid stride the girl paused, turned and came back out of the wall, still not realizing he had been in it. "My hair is the same... my eyes still look like mine... it's as if I am suddenly the wrong gender. I'm supost to have... well not have boobs." Spriggin had calmed down a little by now and seemed partially defeated.

Kako_Kawaii
"Well, that leaves out bodies getting switched. How, exactly did ye die?" Joshua says, momentairly forgetting Spriggin thought this was all a game.

Amirynth
Not paying much attention to anything, including the words that were comming out of his mouth Spriggin answered. "I got caught... maybe by the feds I'm not quite sure. They ran me over with a car and then interrogated me. I was thrown... maybe I escaped, it's a little fuzzy... out of a 10 story window. I caught a powerline as I fell but it broke. The next thing I know, I woke up in my room with a slitting headache and these." He jabbed rather quickly at his chest before wincing at the pain that was caused by it.

Kako_Kawaii
Josh tries to think, he had learned a lot during his time at the academy so far, but not THAT much... Wait! "Did ye get electrecut'd by th' power lines?"

Amirynth
"I guess so..." The girl paused again, thinking. "The powerlines became grounded through me when I hit. But it 'cant be true 'cause otherwise how could I be standing here." He shook his head before leaning against the wall, evidently solid once more.

Steal
Axiss felt terrible. He had finally started to take normal classes, as apprently he had passed his exams well enough to have been told what his class schedual would be like. That didn't matter to him though. What mattered was the feeling that he had done a terrible wrong to his friend, and now had no friends as a result. Certainly he had learned a serious lesson from his exam, but one had to puzzle if that was what he was supposed to have learned.

"I truely am a bad person.." He whispered to himself, as he trudged down the halls, head bowed and hands folded at his chest. His bare feet made no sound as he walked across the cold stones and in truth his pale form was a near to being ghostly as was possible in this place... though everyone was a ghost in reality.

"How much wrong must one do in life, before they are damned? I must have gone well over my quota.. and I don't know how to start to make things right again. Truely the spirts are mad at me in ways I can never fix."

Amirynth
Spriggin took a step back to find a wall infront of him. Reaching out his hand he poked the white paint only to find it preventing from going back the way it came. With a shrug, he was getting used to this persuasive glitch, the hacker turned and looked around, wondering where he had ended up this time.

It was then he noticed the other person in the corriador... a young girl who seemed to be gliding across the floor in pale robes. There was an aura about her that seemed sad, much different from the bumbling merriment that he had seen in the other girl he had met. A moment or two past as he decided whether to say 'hello' or leave her be.

"Well... no time's like the present..." With a smile on his face, the girl stept forward to meet this new player.

Steal
Axiss wasn't really paying attention to anything around him. His concerns were beyond that of what was around him afterall. So deeply engrossed in his internal pain, was he that he didn't notice that there was someone else in the hall. Another girl... nothing surpriseing there and nothing overly interesting really. Axiss nodded fairly poliltely before continueing his self pity.

No, that was just rude. No matter how bad he was feeling he couldn't be so rude to anyone, not conciously.

"I'm sorry.." Axiss whispered, his head still bowed. "I.. didn't mean to be rude. I guess... I have forgotten my manners."

Amirynth
The hacker smiled and then tilted his head to the side. "You rude? Nahhh... I probably shouldn't have interrupted your thoughts." Spriggin thought for a moment and then with a quick thought put his arm around the girls shoulders and lightly patted the other. "Ya seem a little down, anything I can do?" There was something about this one which made him want to stop for a moment and help. So be it, he thought to himself. Probably a quest or something where I can get a key... or maybe a weapon to finish this level.

Steal
Axiss shook his head. "No, no matter what my thought ma'am I should not have been so rude. It takes but a moment to say good 'eve to a person and let them know that they have been noticed." He folded his hands again. "Though in this case you are truely spoken. I was indeed thinking deeply on my faults and mistakes."

Shakeing his head he looked over at the girl that had her arm around his shoulder. "I am called Axiss. I have been here a few weeks now, perhaps going on a month. I do not think I have seen you. Have you as of yet, got your rooming?"

Amirynth
The girl shook his head. "It's not Ma'am... And anyways, you don't have to be so formal, Dude." He tilted his head to the side and the added. "An' it's not that good t' be thinging bad about yourself. Ya could end up hating yourself that way and then bad stuff follows... it's not pretty..." Spriggin waved his arm around a bit, emphisizing his statement. Glancing down at the girl he thought for a moment before answering her question. "I think I'm on me own 'cause I haven't seen anyone in my room yet... I've been around, mostly staying on my computer but I was ordered to get to classes or summthin' so I'm out and about now. Met a few others so far, it's been cool." He shrugged slightly.

Steal
Axiss sighed and looked at the floor. "I know where my classes are, but I am not that good at any of the stuff I have to do. It's kind of creepy knowing we will have to take people's souls and make them dead like us." He looked at his class schedual, pulling the list from his sleeve. "See.. I have to learn about souls and about history and stuff... cause you can't do our job without knowing how."

He sighed, and looked at the floor again. "I'm more than a little ascared by it all. I don't want to be more of a bad person than I already am."

Amirynth
"Huh?!? Dead... souls... Double U Tee eF?" This was the first time Spriggin had heard about that. "So what you are saying is that you go to people and take their souls from them?" She shook his head and then popped a finger in her ear, swilling it about before looking at it incase he had heard Axiss wrong. "Now that's a new storyline if ever I heard one..." Peering over he took a look at the class list and put a bruised hand to his head, "Those classes sound menacing. Don't be scared ne? I'm sure they don't seem as bad. It's like the bark of a dog is worse than his bite." Spriggin wasn't quite sure where he was headed but some of those classes were what the e-mail had mentioned... but that would mean he had died... then how was he able to walk around and chat unless... "Axiss... are you dead too?"

Steal
Axiss looked down at the class list, before giving the girl a baffled look. She was sure saying some weird things. "Double...tea.." He shook his head and tried to puzzle out the cryptic language before decideing that this had to be a student from some other time. "Dead.. yeah.. I am dead." He looked down the hall. "I died a very long time ago, I guess in what you and many others would call the past." He shrugged. "I am comeing to terms with it. I was poisoned." He glanced at the girl and smiled. "Do you remember how you died?"

Amirynth
Spriggin took a step back as his mind whirled. He tried to gather his thoughts before speaking yet something else seemed to take a hold. "Well I was planning on becomming the greatest hacker of all time. I guess some black suits didn't like that and they caught me, interrogated me and then threw me out of a 10 story building. I woke up the next day with a splitting headach and looking like this." He pointed down at himself as a fleeting look of sorrow flashed across his face as Spriggin murmured. "I'm not supost to have boobs... I'm not suppost to look like this..."

In the next moment the prescence was gone and Spriggin stood with a faraway look on his face before shaking his head as if comming from sleep and then looking down to frown at his hands. "Being poisoned would not be a very good way to go. I'm sorry to hear that."

Steal
Axiss got somewhat of a baffled look on his face as he looked at the other student. "Not supposed to.. have boobs?" He tilted his head to the side. "Breasts.. you are not supposed to.. but all females have them I thought." He shrugged. "unless, you are not a female?" He chuckled. "I.. guess that would be strange, but I know little about you or your time."

"Yes, I was poisoned and I guess it was a bad way to die, it stole my voice while I was going. In a way I deserve it.. I did something very bad, something that I continue to do. I suppose I will learn to control that which is evil in me." He looked up and smiled. "Anyway, what classes do you have?"

Amirynth
"I'm not female." Spriggin shook his head firmly. "I don't know how I ended up like this but I'm suppost to look male... not have these in the place of loosing..." he broke off again, not wanting to be too vulger in front of Axiss. There was something delicate about her that seemed to ask for protection. Hearing the pale one's story he frowned. "What did you do that diserved being poisoned. That is terrible and I am sure the punishment did not fit the crime, how barbaric."

Steal
Axiss looked down. "Oh but it did, you see.. I.. I kissed a lords son, someone important. It isn't right for one of my standings to have done that. It was in their right to protect his honor and get rid of me."

Axiss looked at the ground. "You are not a girl, but you look like one. How I wish I was in your place. I would gladly take that if it gave me the chance...." He stopped himself, his pale cheeks flushing. "I am sorry.. that is wrong of me too."

Amirynth
"No one has the right to take the life of another... especially not for kissing a guy." The gamer strode across the floor a few paces before turning back and adding. "Who in their right mind would not want a kiss from you. Your pretty, and nice and seem rather smart." A few more steps back and he turned again, "Though I wouldn't usually go around kissing random guys... I mean girls in my case... but still that's no reason for death." Spriggin closed the gap between them once more while thinking, a look of puzzelment across his face...

"If there was a way we could switch, I would be all for it but we'd both still be girls." Spriggin was now confusing himself, "Wait... you mean to say, you are a guy that looks like a girl too? Or you are a girl who wish you were a guy? Or a guy who whishes to be a girl?"

Steal
Axiss looked around and gestured for the other boy.. er.. girl.. well the other kid to follow him into a room. "Uh.. I am a boy.. completely boy, though.. I love other boys.. that was my crime." He looked at the floor, his eyes filling with tears. "I fear I have made my mistake again, and the price rather than my life this time, is the other. The one I like no longer likes me, because he knows I am a boy now."

Axiss slid to the floor, his hands covering his face. "I would give anything to become a girl if only that would make him like me again. He doesn't need to love me, I just don't want him to hate me anymore. I lied to him.. I let him believe I was a girl."

Amirynth
"Hey now... I'm sure he doesn't hate you. There are a lot of umm... 'boy love' where I'm from and it is perfectly acceptable... well almost..." Spriggin sank down to the floor next to him and put his arms around Axiss akwardly. "But it is definatly not a crime... so yeah, I'd bet he doesn't hate you. And as for the lieing, ya look like a girl so it's easy to assume but then assuming makes an a** our of you and me." He laughed a little about that before turning serious again. "I think our meeting must be fate. All we need to do is find the magic potion that will switch our bodies. Than you can be a girl and I'll have my manhood back."

No... Spriggin wasn't delusional... really...

Steal
For all that Axiss had said, he really didn't want to become a girl. Truely he liked being male, all the parts were in the right places,he knew how to deal with his body. It was a good thing for him, and he had been taught that there were times when one didn't mess with good things.

The problem was, there was also the part of him that believed that one must do all in their power to help someone else. Even if it ment harm to yourself. If he was placed in this path, as Spriggan had said, in order to help the other. Then that was what he had to do.

"Do you really think this is fate, and that the spirits brought us together for this?" The pale boy gulped and looked a tad scared. "If you really think so.. then.. I guess it is something that must be done."

Amirynth
"Dunno really." The gamer shrugged, "But it would be nice if it was true." On the one hand it would be nice to find an easy way out of this 'change' but then games didn't work that way. Usually there was a quest to fulfil or a challange to surmount and this seemed too simple. He leaned back on his arms and streached out. "Why would ya want to be a girl anyways... It's not really that fun... the playing with yourself part easily tires, I mean boobs can only do so much for a person... it's much easier as a guy." He sighed and leant his head back in thought.

Steal
"I don't want it for me. I like being male, I want it so people will like me, and so it wont be a bad thing to be in love with another boy." His eyes filled with tears and he looked down again, the hot tears dripping onto the backs of his hands. "Its not wrong for a girl to like a boy, and its not wrong for a boy to like a girl, but.. but it seems bad when I like someone." He swallowed. "Why can't I be normal? Why do I always have to fall for the wrong people?"

Amirynth
"Well then if you like being male, then be male." The gamer put both hands on either side of the boy's shoulders and looked into the pale face. "It isn't wrong for a guy to like another guy... At least I don't think so..." Spriggin thought for a moment before a chuckle escaped his lips. "Here let's see if I can find something that will help." With a quick riffle through his backpack he drew out his laptop and opened it up with a few flicks of his fingers. Bouncing through the folders he came to a rather large one marked pr0n. With a grin and a click he pulled up a few drawings that would make any boy blush. "See, they are boys."

He wasn't quite sure they got onto his computer but he had never gotten around to taking them off... At least they were proving to be useful now.

Steal
Axiss saw the little people in the box, they didn't look quite proper to him, but certain points were certainly getting across the the albino boy. One of the strongest points was that.. real or not, those people seemed to be reveling in being together, and not worried about the crimes against nature that they seemed to be. They were happy. They were doing things that he only dreamed of... (and dreamed muchly at that). One pale hand crept to the boy's lips and he found his eyes locked on the magic box. His cheeks were now bright with color that had never been there before. THe best thing for him was that he was wearing a nice loose robe. sweatdrop

Amirynth
Spriggin glanced over to the pale boy and grinned. "I can give them to ya in a CD if ya want. Then ya can do what ever you want in the privacy of your room." Spriggin didn't knwo that most of the other studants were shairing, probably because if he did have roomates, he hadn't seen them or they hadn't shown up yet. Not that they could fir in amongst the cables and other computer parts he had piled around in there. "I guess you like them a lot... if ya want I have others too but miost of my collection is of girls." he frowned then, remembering that now to be with a girl would be just like Axiss with another guy. "I guess us types have to stick together ne?"

Steal
Axiss managed to look away from the moving pictures and he tilted his head. "I.. wouldn't know what to do with this.. disk thing you mention." He said honestly. "Stick.. together?"

The pale boy ran one hand over his damp face and he swallowed again. "Please.. I am very confused, can you teach me more about your time. It seemed less likely in your time for ones like me to be hurt, is that true?" His hands started to wring before him, and a frantic edge started in his voice.

Amirynth
"Well to use the disc you need a computer..." The hacker realized that this was another who probably didn't have access or the knowledge to use modern items like a computer. "Hmm... well I guess you'd need to find somewhere to stash them..." Spriggin looked up and watched Axiss closely. "My time isn't much better, we don't violently hate gays but there is still discrimination. I think there would be discrimination no matter where or when you go." He lay on the floor streaching out and getting comfortable. "But the cool thing about my time is that people from all over the world can meet together on the interweb and hang out, trade stories or pictures about anything that can be done, shaired or even imagined. That is what RPing is... pretending to be someone you are not so that you can have fun and create a story and meet others. Then you can also meet the people you created the story with and learn about who they really are."

Steal
The good thing was that Axiss didn't look completely vacant. He now knew what a story was, so that was one puzzle word fitting in, but then there were all kind of other ones that made no sense. "World... Internet, computer..gays..." He listed off a few of the words as he heard them, and looked like he was trying very hard to understand. Finally he just let out a soft sigh and looked down. "Forgive me please Spriggen.. I do not understand. There is much that I still need to learn, and I just can not grasp it all."

The look on Axiss' face was one of slight begging and pleading. Not to tell him, but rather not to get mad at him for being so dense. He had already had one tutor that had wanted to put him through a table for the vacancy of his mind and the slowness at which Axiss tended to grasp information. For one that was alive when he was, he had been terribly untaught.

Amirynth
"Hmmm... World, that would be where we live, the planet, the Earth. The internet is like an imaginary world where you can meet other people, real people. It's like an invisible spiders web that connection people between great distances. This is a computer of sorts," Spriggin pointed to the monitor that was still glowing, "It's actually a laptop, a portable computer per-se, but it does the same thing. Gays, that one is easy, to be gay means you like boys. You are gay Axiss."

He smiled gently at the forlorn looking boy, "I am sure you will know as much as me soon. I, on the other hand, know nothing about you time. What was it like then?" All Spriggin knew about what he guessed was about Axiss' time was that the were dragons and fay and knights in shining armour. Most of that he was sure he was wrong about.

Steal
"My time.." whispered the still stunned boy. "It was, not so good I guess. Many were sick. The rich lived in big houses and those like me, the poorer the ones that prefered the company of nature lived in small village settlements outside the area ruled by the wealthy. I was a healer. I could make people feel better and was often left to tend the littles when they were sick. They liked my singing, and they often fell asleep when I would sing for them. I lived in peace with nature, singing to trees and makeing sure that all grew well. The lords of the area though, they often came and carried off the girls of my village. That was how I first met him...." He broke off that line of thought. "I know there is alot of my time I don't know either. I lived in the wilds most all of my life, seeing only brief flashes of what the rich lived."

Amirynth
"That sounds sooo cool." Spriggin's eyes were bright as he imagined a world slightly different than what Axiss had described. He thought about what it might have been like to live there but then realized there was no internet then and thought better of it. Picking another sentance from the fray he added. "So you can sing? That is awsome! Can you sing something for me?"

Spriggin lived around music and he took out his headphones so that he could properly hear the boy in case he decided to sing.

Steal
Axiss flushed at the request and he swallowed. "I don't sing much.. it seems my kind of singing isn't what people these days like. It is more.. ritual I guess, or songs for little kids..."

He closed his eyes and soon started to sing, his voice coming out not in english but in an old, almost gaelic lilt. His words though had a very melodic and fluteish sound to them.

He folded his hands as he sang a song of growth and life, and how the single tree in nature could live a long life, its brances growing, bearing fruit which soon fed other life, which in turn fed other things, and continued a life cycle that ended with the last creature returning to earth and feeding the very tree that stared it all.

Amirynth
Spriggin was spell bound... literally. Eyes closed, his whole body listening to the music that wove around him. He could almost feel himself grow along with the world, the loam pungent in his nose, the wispering of the trees in his ears. He felt more at peace than he had since he got here, even the fact he had boobs didn't seeme to matter as much at the present. When at last Axiss finished, he sat there blinking, speechless to what to say next, a floolish smile on his face.

Steal
Axiss finished the song and looked at the dazed boy.. girl.. er... Spriggin. "Umm.. that was one of the songs I used to sing for the solstice." He swallowed and looked at the table top. "I am a bit out of practice... and lots of times people would fall asleep while I was singing. I think I am just kind of bad at it."

Amirynth
"Wow.... that was just... wow." He shook his head slightly, hair falling over his shoulders before he slipped out of the dazed feeline and felt more alert than he had ever been. "That was sooo cool! I feel like I could run the Formular 1 and win!" He chuckled, the chiming sound spilling out from his throat, unlike his usual deeper voice. The girl turned to Axiss and grinned. "You should sing more often. You could be good enough to win American Idol, even if you wouldn't have a clue what that is."

Steal
Formula 1....
Americal Idol....

Yup, Axiss was going to be living in a state of terrible confusion the rest of his days. Not that he was living, but the feeling was still there.

Nothing seemed to want to settle down in his mind, though one thing got through to him. "You.. liked it?"

No surely Spriggin was teaseing him, jokeing as many others had done before. He wasn't good enough to please his own people, how could he please someone that didnt know what the song was for... and yet..

"Wait.. you say you feel.. revitalized.. at peace?" Could it have actually worked?

Amirynth
Spriggin nodded, "Yeah... I feel like I just finished a really hard level, Ya know, when all the adrenalin just left and ya just feel totally at peace with the world." He closed his eyes again as if remembering something before opening them once more and peering at the singer. "It was as if this vision was being painted... but I couldn't just see it but hear and taist it too. That's some damn good singing."

Steal
Axiss flushed and looked down, his cheeks going a nice rosey shade. He swallowed "Well thank you.. I never.. no one seemed to care before..." He sighed. "Pity.. that.." He shook his head. "No.. I can't go back to feeling bad again."

Kako_Kawaii
Joshua walks down the hall. The younger students were becoming so much more active nowadays. You used to never see other students outside of classes. He glances up. "Speaking o' new students..." He comments, noticing Axiss. "'ey, Axiss," he says upon reaching the boy, "'ello 'boobs'," he adds, randomly giving a nickname to spriggin.

Amirynth
Spriggin saw the expression on Axiss' face and frowned slightly. "Hey now, Ya with Teh Srpiggin! Ya gotta be happy around me... it's a new rule." he grinned and then laughed before noticing the other studant. After thinking for a moment he remembered the name and was just about to say 'Hi' when "Boobs" fell out of Joshua's mouth. Spriggin was stunned for a moment before his eyes flashed green and he answered with, "It's Spriggin."

Kako_Kawaii
Ignoring the boy/girl, Josh turns back to Axiss, "So, how are you?"

Steal
Axiss looked at Spriggin and was about to make a comment of agreement or that he would at least try, when he saw Joshua walk up. The reaction was instant. He paled again and he pushed himself away wall and to his feet, bowing a bit. "I did as you asked Josh.. he hates me now... I guess everything is fixed and you need not worry about Alex not knowing the truth. He knows I am a boy.. and.. we wont be friends. I wont be rooming with you.. I will... I will stay in an empty class from now on."

That said he smiled weakly at Spriggin and turned to run out of the room. Overreacting as usual.

Kako_Kawaii
"Axiss! Dammit... that kid is too sensitive." He glances at spriggin.
"Sorry to ruin your conversation, boobs, but I've gotta take care of this. It's partly my fault." With that, he runs off after Axiss.

Amirynth
"Hey! Axiss!" Spriggin looked from one to the other very confused about what had just transpired. "What is going on here?" The gamer didn't know whether to run after the pale boy or respect his privacy. "What happened between you two? Are you the one he likes?" The girl ran a hand through his bangs.

Steal
Axiss sure didn't want to wait for anyone. He wanted to be alone with the pain he was feeling. It had been his plan when he had started the walk anyway. How long had it been since Alex had read the journal, and since that day he felt like he didn't know anyone anymore. He kept running until he found a room that no one seemed to be staying in, and he pushed the door open, slipping inside and locking it behind him.

"Leave me alone.. leave me alone.. I don't want to be hurting people again." He whimpered and started to rock himself a bit. "I dont' want to hurt anyone else..."

Kako_Kawaii
Josh pauses, then turns around. "No, that'd be me roommate 'Xander, most people call 'im Alex, though. Y'see, I told Axiss tha' 'e should tell 'Xander th' truth..."
"But it was a mistake tellin' him to do so... I mean, after 'Xanders reaction when 'e found out about me, I should've known it'd turn out badly..." Josh suddenly realizes he might be confusing the boy/girl. "I'm Bisexual," he adds.

Amirynth
"What truth? Didn't know he was lieing to anybody..." Spriggin walked towards the direction which Axiss had gone. "Ohh you mean Alex is the guy he likes?" The gamer didn't think he had met him yet so couldn't put a face to the name. "Well it seems like Axiss doesn't think it went over well. I told him that things are different but... What time is Alex from anyway?" The girl continued to walk towards the other door, expecting Joshua to follow.

Kako_Kawaii
"'e died in about the same time I did, some time in '04. But all of that can be explained later. Right now we have to find Axiss," Joshua follows in that direction with an increased pace.

Amirynth
Spriggin suddenly heard a familiar voice and turned, now knowing where Axiss had dissapeared off to. "I think he's over here." The gamer gestured towards where he heard the singing and then pondered how to aproach this best. he wasn't too good at social situations, at least not when there was more than one person so planning ahead would probably be the best. "Hey Josh, Do you know anything that would help?"

Steal
Axiss continued the lullaby like song, inadvertantly continueing the spell, makeing more things fall asleep, until he was completely alone within the room. If one was to look ever so close, they would see spiders asleep in their webs. Flys on the windowsills sleeping.. nothing moved in the room but the singer himself, then slowly, the song web wrapped tighter, takeing the life of the spider. Bad move... he had to break the trance of his song before it got too dangerous.

Amirynth
Spriggin nodded and then pushed through the door. "Axiss? Ar you in here?" The girl fumbled for the light, feeling around with fingers that were moving right through the wall. "Damn... I know there is a wall here... why can't I find it?"

Steal
Axiss was still singing as the other moved through the door. Maybe things would have been better had he not been in the trance, and had he seen the other actually come through the door itself. That would have snapped him out of things. As it was though, the sleep song was still passing his lips, not strong enough to effect a human, but surely doing a terrible number on the bugs at the moment.

Amirynth
Still fumbleing for the light, Spriggin couldn't feel anything behind or ahead of him. "Axiss? Where are you, I can't seem to find the light." He moved through a table and two desks, still not seeing anything as he eyes had not quite adjusted to the darkness. "Josh? maybe you can find the switch." Spriggin still did not realize he hadn't actually opened the door.

Kako_Kawaii
Josh tries the door, "I can't. It's locked."

Amirynth
Spriggin turned to Josh's voice a little confused. "It must have locked behind me, here... let me try and find it." Blindly he made his way back the way he came, through the desks and table once more. It was a good thing he couldn't see where he was walking. Suddenly a bright light surrounded him and Spriggin blinked in shock before looking around. "You found it?" It was then he realized he was back in the passage way. "Ok now that's odd." Turning around he slammed right into the door which was now solid. "Gosh darn it!" Rubbing his head, he was just about to say something else, when the darkness enveloped him again.

Kako_Kawaii
"Ye'r goin' through th' door, Boobs."

Amirynth
"It's Spriggin!" The girl yelled back and then fumbled around for a light switch, this time with a little more... "Ouch! Gosh darn it! Where did all this crap come from?" This time Spriggin moved around the tables, feeling his way across the room to where he could hear the singing. "Hey Axiss..." As his eyes began to get used to the dark he found the wall and began to fumble for the light and peer around in the shadows for the boy.

Steal
Axiss voice was going hoarse with use, he looked almost like he was swaying now, the deep trance of the spells wrapped around him. It was almost like a miasma was gathering. Not bad really, it was a loving one, gentleness and careing. This was obviously the same kind of talent he had used when singing children to sleep, or sick or injured to their final rest, though unknowingly when he had been alive.

Amirynth
"How about breaking the door down?" Spriggin yelled to Josh as his foot hit something on the floor and he landed sprawled across something soft...

"Hey Axiss... Umm... sorry for dropping in."

Steal
The physical contact jolted the boy out of his trance, causing him to gasp in shock. He froze in place, his eyes wide with worry, the red gaze trying to fix on the form atop of him.

Amirynth
Spriggin looked up and then slowly got up. "I didn't hurt you did I?" He looked around for the light switch, eyes finally adjusted. "Ahh that was what I was looking for." Switching on the light he blinked a few times as the room was illuminated.

Steal
Axiss shook his head, rubbing away some pain in his temples. "No.. I.. just feel like." He sighed softly and rubbed again. "I was doing something weird wasn't I? I wanted to sing to calm myself." He leaned back thumping his head on the wall. "I, just don't feel so well. Spriggin, you have no idea how bad it feels to .. to loose the one person... you shouldn't have grown attached to anyway." The pale boy winced. "I.. will be quiet now." Strangely he seemed to be mostly ignoreing that Sprig had landed on him.

Amirynth
"Wierd? Nope, didn't see anything wierd here. You sounded beautiful though, what song was that?" The gamer got up and sat next to the pale boy. "I do know what it is like to loose something close in a way." He glanced down, "I mean, I'll never get a chance of finding anyone now. At least you have a chance..." Pausing for a moment he looked back up. "And anyways, who says he hates you, I bet he just wanted to maul it over a bit. I know if a chick asked me out I'd want to consider things before jumping head first."

Steal
The albino shook his head. "I never asked him out, not really. I just.. admitted that I am a boy and that I like boys and.." He stopped. "I know that Josh said that Alex didn't take it well when he said he was attracted to both boys and girls, it must be worse to find out someone only likes boys." He swallowed. "I... I don't know what song I was singing, I was just.. you know.. trying to sing anything." He sighed and closed his eyes. "This room feels nice to be in, its so silent and alone."

Amirynth
"It is very peaceful in here," Spriggin leaned back and nodded before adding. "I guess some people are like that. I am sure he will like you for who you are though and not dislike you just because you like boys." The girl smiled lightly, "There are many people online who are like that, both sides of the fence. A lot of people are closed minded and do not listen to what the other side has to say but I think that is silly 'cause you can learn a lot from people who are different. I think Alex can be open minded about it, he might just need a little time?"

Steal
Axiss thought a moment before nodding. "Maybe.. I guess. I can't say I understand some of the things you say though. I don't know what Online is.. or anything like that, but I can understand that.. maybe.. there are others like me. I just know we were often the ones killed, or sacrificed because we were tainted." He looked at the floor. "I was waiting for my time and it did come because.. I deserved it." He shifted, pulling his knees to his chest.

Amirynth
"Ok... lets get one thing streight... ya didn't diserve getting killed just 'cause you like guys. I mean, then I'm screwed 'cause I don't think I can follow that path, I still like the boobs, it's just gonna be practically impossible to find someone who can look beyond mine. In your time I'd be in line for sacrifice too and that's just not cool." He paused for a moment before continuing. "Anyways, your not in that time any more, things have gotten a lot better. Any thing ya don't understand just ask and I'll figure out a way for ya to work out what it is and stuff. Who knows... maybe if ya wanna find ya way to my room tonight I can hopp into the web and we'll see about finding someone like you." Spriggin thought to himself, That's if I can get the bloody thing to connect to the net...

Kako_Kawaii
A soft knocking comes from the door, along with a hushed voice stating "'ey, Sprig, d'ya think ye can unlock th'door?"

Steal
Axiss blinked at the knocking on the door, not overly sure how to respond to the offer made. He got up and headed to the door. "Why does he keep calling you boobs. I know I would be insulted if someone started calling me something like that. It seems... rude." He sighed and ran one hand through his pale hair. "This world makes no sense to me. I want to go back to my time."

Amirynth
"I don't know why either..." Spriggin frowned before turning towards the door and poking at it before realizing the lock was turned on it. Unlocking the door he pushed it open slightly before turning to the pale boy. "I can understand hoe everything being different would be hard. But think about what an adventure you could have. So many people to meet and make friends. So many characters to play, worlds to explore, secrets to discover." He put a hand on Axiss' shoulder. "An' ya always have me t' give ya a hand if you need me to. I'm pretty good with definitions."

Kako_Kawaii
Joshua peeks inside the room, then slips inside silently. Maybe if he didn't say anything he wouldn't upset Axiss.

Steal
Axiss wasn't really all that upset anymore. It was more on the line of serious confusion. He looked at the door just in time to see Josh slipping inside so very silently, and another series of confused looks crossed his face. "Josh... why are you so quiet?... Josh did... I do wrong...?" He swallowed and looked at Spriggin. "I.. upset a lot of people don't I? Maybe it would be best if I just stayed away from everyone for a while." Again he rose to his feet, giving a weak hug to the girl/boy before him, before heading to the door. "I.. am going to go sit in the library for a while. I need to think."

Amirynth
"Hye, ya didn't upset everyone." The girl shook his head and hugged back. "Ya need to get some self esteem there." Spriggin poked the boy lightly on the shoulder and then grinned. "Though if ya really want to go and think the library is the best place to go. Where is it anyway?" He hadn't been there yet and was still editing his map, it seemed like things moved around on occasion in this place.

Steal
Axiss got to his feet, nodding toward the door. "I haven't noticed any of the rooms moving around. Maybe I am just not noticeing though." He ran his hand through his long hair again, winceing a bit. "The.. The library is down the hall here, and to the.. er.." The pale boy stopped, closeing his red eyes a moment and thinking. "Left?" He just didn't have his directions memorized right. Shrugging he kept walking, takeing a turn on the left as he had said, actually having got the direction right. "Then down the hall here is a set of doors." He wasn't sure if he was being followed now, maybe he was just talking to himself.

Amirynth
Following behind, Spriggin looked all around him, memorizinf to his best, the turns that they took. "So ya been here for a while... I'd better follow you around for a few days so I don't get lost." He grinned for a moment and turned to look back the way he came not realizing that by doing so he managed to walk through a corner instead of around it. Turning back around to a forward direction he peered up ahead. "Hey... I think I was here already, I must have passed by this way instead of down it."

Steal
Axiss looked back just in time to see the other kid walk through a wall. He blinked and stumbled a little before remembering, they were dead, so.. why not be ghostly? He took a deep breath. "I have been here long enough to pass my entrance exam. I am formally a student here." He swallowed. "Don't ask me what half of those words mean though."

Pushing open the door to the library he walked to his usual table, sitting down and getting a vacant look in his eyes. He needed to speak to Alex. To make sure he wasn't hated.

Amirynth
Skittering into the library Spriggin took a look around before heading to the listing. With a grin on her face the hacker turned and peered around looking for his new room mate. "Yo Axiss! Guess what, I can show you all the boy/boy action ya could ever want!" He waved and then almost ran over there, sitting on the table with a silly grin plastered across her face before getting the most evil stare from the librarian. "Sorry... little excitable here." He turned and made a face at the pale boy that expressed his thoughts of her.

Steal
Axiss' jaw dropped as Sprig just yelled that out in the library, and unfortunately for the albino boy he was the one that got hit for it while the librarian was walking by. Winceing he rubbed the back of his head and glanced across the table. "All the... OH! Ohhhhh! Ohmy.." He blushed and looked at the other kid. "But.. How? I mean.. when.. I mean.. is that right?" He didn't know what to say and the stammering was getting worse now as Axiss turned a bright rose shade.

Amirynth
"Sure it is... the rents put us up in the same room and as I can't really move my entire network I guess your comming in t' live with me." The hacker grinned again and stuck his tounge out at the librarian as her back was turned. "Ya know... we need a DDR machine in here..." This one was having a great trouble keeping his mind on track for a moment...

Steal
Axiss blinked a little, not sure what a DDR was. He knew that was a series of three letters. "DRRR? machine?" He asked softly, trying to pronounce the series of letters, but not doing well. He shook his head again and sighed. "I need to get my things then, than I can start trying to read this book again. It seems that it is next on my list of tasks." He pointed down at the large science tome. "I can't even read the first line."

As he was starting to stress again, he failed to notice the other student sticking his tongue out at the librarian, not that it would have done much more than freak him out again. He was sure that the librarian hated him now.

Amirynth
The gamer picked up the book and started to read it. "What a load of mumbo jumbo. I can read faster than I type and this book is still greek to me. Are you sure it was this one, or should you have a different book... ya know, a little more to your reading level." Spriggin considered asking the librarian before taking it into his own hands and opening up his laptop. "See... I have a dictionary and an encyclopedia on here. With those together we can work out what that book says. Either that or we'll have to ask the dragon-lady over there if she has a more suitable copy for her."

Journal report: 7th March '06

Well it looks like things have gone quiet again. I seem to need sleep a lot more, maybe I am sick? Found myself in that old house again. Chance was there chatting with Spooky girl, she still creeps me out. I haven't seen Axiss in quite a bit, or the other's for that matter. Thing were very wierd there though, more like a very bad game or something. It would be nice to see Axiss again though, him having the same problem as mine...

Well I seem to have a little more interferance with the net so I'm going to have to logg off and fix a few things. Still have to be in hinding as the black suits have been seen around...
